Detailed Description
Specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail below based on the drawings. It should be understood that the description herein of the embodiments of the invention is not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the electric hair dryer provided by the present invention includes a cylindrical housing, a cylindrical air inlet unit 20 disposed at a first end of the housing, a cylindrical air nozzle unit 30 disposed at a second end of the housing, and a fan 40, a control circuit board, a heating wire support 71, and a heating wire 72 disposed in the housing.
The housing comprises a base 11 and an upper cover 12 which are connected by opposite buckles.
The fan 40 is disposed at one end of the housing near the wind inlet unit 20, the heating wire support 71 is disposed at one end of the housing near the tuyere unit 30, and the heating wire 72 is spirally disposed on the heating wire support 71.
The control circuit board is disposed between the blower 40 and the heating wire supporting frame 71.
The control circuit board comprises a first circuit board 51 and a second circuit board 52 which are arranged in parallel, the second circuit board 52 is connected with a first cable, and the first cable passes through a gap between the fan 40 and the shell, passes through the air inlet unit 20 and is connected with an external power supply. The first circuit board 51 is used for performing power conversion operations such as voltage reduction and voltage stabilization on an external power supply. The second circuit board 52 is provided with a plurality of buttons 60, such as a switch button, a speed adjusting button, a temperature adjusting button, and the like. The second circuit board 52 is connected to the blower 40 through a second cable and connected to the heating wire 72 through a third cable. The first circuit board 51 is connected to the second circuit board 52 through a fourth cable. The upper cover 12 is provided with a plurality of button through holes through which a plurality of buttons 60 pass.
An intermediate air duct is formed between the first circuit board 51 and the second circuit board 52 which are arranged in parallel, and air driven by the fan 40 passes through the intermediate air duct and enters the heating wire 72 and the tuyere unit 30, and meanwhile, the first circuit board 51 and the second circuit board 52 can be subjected to heat dissipation, so that the control circuit board can adapt to the space design of the shell, and the installation of the control circuit board is facilitated.

Referring to fig. 5, a connecting ring 14 is disposed on a circumferential side wall of one end of the extension portion 13 facing the housing in a protruding manner, two radial ends of the circumferential side wall of the connecting ring 14 are respectively provided with an arc-shaped groove 141 and an open groove 142 vertically communicated with the arc-shaped groove 141, and the two open grooves 142 are located at two radial ends of the connecting ring 14.
Referring to fig. 6, a second through hole is formed in a middle portion of an end of the outer screen 22 away from the housing, and the first cable passes through the first through hole of the extension portion 13 and the second through hole of the outer screen 22. The outer screen 22 has a second opening 221 towards one end of the housing, and two protrusions 222 are protruding from two ends of the inner sidewall of the outer screen 22 along the radial direction and near the second opening 221.
When the outer filter screen 22 is installed, the two protruding blocks 222 are aligned with the two open grooves 142 respectively, after the outer filter screen 22 moves towards the shell along the axial direction by a certain distance, the outer filter screen 22 rotates along the arc-shaped grooves 141 by a certain angle, so that the two protruding blocks 222 are respectively positioned in the two arc-shaped grooves 141, the outer filter screen 22 is installed on the shell, the wind inlet unit 20 can be quickly installed or detached, and the outer filter screen 22 or the inner filter screen 21 can be quickly replaced conveniently.
The peripheral side walls of the outer filter screen 22 and the inner filter screen 21 are provided with a plurality of hexagonal honeycomb air inlets. The hexagonal honeycomb type air inlet is designed to obtain the largest air inlet occupation ratio, namely the area ratio of the air inlet to the circumferential side wall of the outer filter screen 22 or the inner filter screen 21 is maximized, and the air inlet efficiency and the air inlet quantity are improved.

Referring to fig. 9, a first positioning ring 16 and a second positioning ring 17 are disposed at an end of the housing facing the tuyere unit 30 and protruding toward the axis of the housing, a first adsorption unit 31 is disposed at an end of the housing facing the tuyere unit 30, and a second adsorption unit 32 is disposed on an inner sidewall of an end of the tuyere unit 30 facing the housing.
A positioning groove is formed between the first positioning ring 16 and the second positioning ring 17, a third positioning ring 311 and a fourth positioning ring 312 are arranged on the circumferential side wall of the first adsorption unit 31 in a protruding mode, and a plurality of third openings 313 are formed in the middle of the first adsorption unit 31.
The third positioning ring 311 is located in a positioning groove between the first positioning ring 16 and the second positioning ring 17, and the fourth positioning ring 312 abuts against an outer sidewall of the second positioning ring 17, so that the first adsorption unit 31 is detachably connected with the housing.
The second adsorption unit 32 is provided with a plurality of external threads on the circumferential side wall, and the tuyere unit 30 is provided with a plurality of internal threads on the inner side wall of one end of the housing, and the second adsorption unit 32 is in threaded connection with the tuyere unit 30.
In the present embodiment, the first adsorption unit 31 is a permanent magnet or is provided with a permanent magnet, and the second adsorption unit 32 is an iron block.
