Abstract
一种吸塑金属柜板,包括以下制备步骤:制备底板、贴外框条、贴内框条和覆盖花纹膜;使用外框嵌条和内框嵌条模仿有高度差的外框结构,经覆盖花纹膜后,达到装饰门板效果,有效节约生产成本,且外框嵌条和内框嵌条可根据设计需求更换,亦可加入其它花纹嵌条进行装饰,便于根据不同设计花纹图案生产不同凸起花纹的门板,且花纹膜可根据不同的设计需求更换不同颜色图案,便于生产不同设计样式的门板。

技术领域
本发明涉及家居建材及技术领域,特别是一种吸塑金属柜板。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,对家具质量的要求越来越高,对花纹的要求也越来越多;传统的橱柜、衣柜、酒柜等的门板材一般采用木质材料,对木板四边装饰边框需要对木板整体进行切削、打磨等工序。使柜体上带有装饰花纹等,然而木质材料制作的柜板存在防水性差、刚度不强等缺陷,故需要开发一种采用金属制作的柜板。
然而,采用金属制作的柜板表面过于单一,通常橱柜、衣柜、酒柜等表面需要加装置花纹,此时采用金属制作的柜板需要冲压、激光等工艺,需要定制专用花纹的模具进行冲压等,生产成本过高,难以满足目前市场的需求,且专用花纹过于单一,更改花纹需要重新定制模具和制定新的加工工艺,严重阻滞了金属柜板行业的生产和发展。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的上述缺点,本发明的目的是提供一种吸塑金属柜板。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种吸塑金属柜板,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备底板:选用金属板四边弯折成“匚”形,中间设填充层,填充层上设有金属里板;
(2)贴外框条:在底板正面四边贴合外框嵌条;
(3)贴内框条:在外框嵌条内侧贴合内框嵌条;
(4)覆盖花纹膜:在设有外框嵌条和内框嵌条的底板覆盖PVC膜。
作为本发明的进一步改进:所述步骤(2)和(3)中所述外框嵌条和内框嵌条通过粘合剂固定在底板正面。
作为本发明的进一步改进:所述步骤(4)中覆盖花纹膜中覆盖PVC装饰膜于设有外框嵌条和内框嵌条的底板上,采用负压真空吸塑进行覆膜,吸塑过程中辐射加热。
作为本发明的进一步改进:所述步骤(4)中花纹膜伸出底板边缘为底板侧面高度。
作为本发明的进一步改进:还包括贴花纹嵌条,所述花纹嵌条贴合在底板正面,所述底板贴合花纹嵌条后覆盖花纹膜。
作为本发明的进一步改进:所述底板为金属板四边弯折90°制成,四边弯折方向的同一侧,所述底板四个角设有底板弯折固定件。
作为本发明的进一步改进:所述底板弯折固定件包括底板连接梢、角件和弯折固定件,所述底板连接梢固定在两面金属板弯折后相贴的角位,所述角件和弯折固定件两边直角边紧贴金属板,所述弯折固定件设在角件正上方,所述弯折固定件固定槽扣在金属板“匚”形结构上,所述底板连接梢扣在角件和弯折固定件之中,固定弯折固定件位置。
作为本发明的进一步改进:所述底板设有塑料连接件,所述塑料连接件设在弯折金属板的底板背面一侧,所述塑料连接件设在底板背面左侧或右侧。
作为本发明的进一步改进:所述填充层中填充材料为PVC填充板,所述PVC填充板并列分布,所述填充层中还包括固定组合件。
作为本发明的进一步改进:所述固定组合件包括主固定件和螺杆,所述螺杆设在PVC填充板上,所述主固定件设在相邻的PVC填充板上,所述螺杆穿入主固定件中,通过主固定件中偏心轮将螺杆固定以此固定相邻的PVC填充板。
作为本发明的进一步改进:所述底板的填充层和金属里板之间通过粘合剂连接,所述里板设有塑料连接件开口。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:使用外框嵌条和内框嵌条模仿有高度差的外框结构,经覆盖花纹膜后,达到装饰门板效果,有效节约生产成本,且外框嵌条和内框嵌条可根据设计需求更换,亦可加入其它花纹嵌条进行装饰,便于根据不同设计花纹图案生产不同凸起花纹的门板,且花纹膜可根据不同的设计需求更换不同颜色图案,便于生产不同设计样式的门板。

具体实施方式
现结合实施例对本发明进一步说明:如图1~4所示的一种吸塑金属柜板,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)制备底板:选用金属板四边弯折成“匚”形,中间设填充层,填充层上设有金属里板;
(2)贴外框条:在底板正面四边贴合外框嵌条;
(3)贴内框条:在外框嵌条内侧贴合内框嵌条;
(4)覆盖花纹膜:在设有外框嵌条和内框嵌条的底板覆盖PVC膜。
为了方便连接柜体和门板,所述底板设有塑料连接件,所述塑料连接件设在底板背面左侧或右侧。
为了固定经弯折的金属板不外翻,所述底板四个角设有底板弯折固定件,所述底板连接梢固定在两面金属板弯折后相贴的角位,所述角件和弯折固定件两边直角边紧贴金属板,所述弯折固定件设在角件正上方,所述弯折固定件固定槽扣在金属板“匚”形结构上,所述底板连接梢扣在角件和弯折固定件之中,固定弯折固定件位置。
为了增加橱柜门板强度,所述底板设有填充层,所述填充层中填充材料为PVC填充板。
为了固定PVC填充板在填充层中位置,所述填充层中还包括固定组合件,所述固定组合件包括主固定件和螺杆,所述螺杆设在PVC填充板上,所述主固定件设在相邻的PVC填充板上,所述螺杆穿入主固定件中,通过主固定件中偏心轮将螺杆固定以此固定相邻的PVC填充板。
本发明具体制备步骤为:
实用案例一:
1)选用不锈钢板,一体成型4边弯折3下成“匚”形外框;
2)四角嵌入底板连接梢,扣入弯折固定件,弯折固定件固定槽扣在不锈钢板“匚”形结构上,扣入角件;
3)排列PVC填充板,用固定组合件拧紧固定PVC填充板,放置塑料连接件;
4)在PVC填充板及固定组合件表面涂抹粘合剂,粘合不锈钢里板,得底板;
5)在底板正面四边贴合外框嵌条,在外框嵌条内侧贴合内框嵌条;
6)在设有外框嵌条和内框嵌条的底板上覆盖PVC装饰膜;
7)用负压真空吸塑机中辐射加热覆膜。
实用案例二:
1)选用铝板,一体成型4边弯折3下成“匚”形外框;
2)四角嵌入底板连接梢,扣入弯折固定件,弯折固定件固定槽扣在铝板“匚”形结构上,扣入角件;
3)排列PVC填充板,用固定组合件拧紧固定PVC填充板,放置塑料连接件;
4)在PVC填充板及固定组合件表面涂抹粘合剂,粘合采用铝金属制的里板,得底板;
5)在底板正面四边贴合外框嵌条,在外框嵌条内侧贴合内框嵌条;
6)在底板正面贴合花纹嵌条;
7)在设有外框嵌条和内框嵌条的底板上覆盖PVC装饰膜;
8)用负压真空吸塑机中辐射加热覆膜。
本发明的主要功能:使用外框嵌条和内框嵌条模仿有高度差的外框结构,经覆盖花纹膜后,达到装饰门板效果,有效节约生产成本,且外框嵌条和内框嵌条可根据设计需求更换,亦可加入其它花纹嵌条进行装饰,便于根据不同设计花纹图案生产不同凸起花纹的门板,且花纹膜可根据不同的设计需求更换不同颜色图案,便于生产不同设计样式的门板。

Claims (6)
1.一种吸塑金属柜板,其特征在于,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)制备底板:选用金属板四边弯折成“匚”形,中间设填充层,填充层上设有金属里板;
(2)贴外框条:在底板正面四边贴合外框嵌条;
(3)贴内框条:在外框嵌条内侧贴合内框嵌条;
(4)覆盖花纹膜:在设有外框嵌条和内框嵌条的底板覆盖PVC膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸塑金属柜板,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中覆盖花纹膜中覆盖PVC装饰膜于设有外框嵌条和内框嵌条的底板上,采用负压真空吸塑进行覆膜,吸塑过程中辐射加热。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸塑金属柜板,其特征在于还包括贴花纹嵌条,所述花纹嵌条贴合在底板正面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸塑金属柜板,其特征在于,所述底板设有塑料连接件,所述塑料连接件设在底板背面一侧。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸塑金属柜板,其特征在于,所述填充层中填充材料为PVC填充板,所述填充层中还包括固定组合件。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸塑金属柜板,其特征在于,所述底板的填充层和金属里板之间通过粘合剂连接。
