Abstract

The rewinding device comprises a base, wherein a left support and a right support are arranged on the base, a left platform is arranged on the left support, and a right platform is arranged on the right support; the left platform is provided with a sliding seat, the sliding seat is provided with a left shaft sleeve which can rotate around the central axis of the sliding seat, and the base is also provided with a first driving device which drives the sliding seat to move along the axial direction of the left shaft sleeve; the right platform is provided with a right shaft sleeve which can rotate around the central axis of the right platform and a driving device II which drives the right shaft sleeve to rotate; the left shaft sleeve and the right shaft sleeve are connected with a rewinding roller through a spline. Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of packaging material production, and particularly relates to a packaging film and a rewinding device for the packaging film.
Background
The packaging and coating film is one of the commonly used packaging materials for agricultural harvesting operation, has soft texture and large single packaging amount, and is suitable for on-site packaging of cash crops such as cotton and the like. When packing, the baling press utilizes the packing to beat the diolame and wrap up the packing material, then packs the baling film again and decides, pastes the sticky tape at the department of deciding at last and seals and can accomplish the packing operation.
When the packaging film is packaged, the packaging equipment needs to be braked at a specific moment, the current braking condition is based on the conveying time of the packaging film, however, due to the impression of many factors, the packaging film cannot be stopped within a specified time, so that the double-faced adhesive tape joint cannot be stopped at a proper position, and the problem of low packaging quality is caused.
In addition, since the packaging film is usually a plastic film, the manufacturing process is usually blow molding and stretching, and the manufactured film is often required to be wound on a paper tube in the final production link so as to facilitate integral packaging and transportation.
After the film is wound, the whole rewinding roller needs to be taken down from the rewinding equipment, and then the paper tube and the packaging film need to be taken down from the rewinding roller. However, the problem that exists in this process is that in order to facilitate the removal of the rewinding roller, the rewinding roller is usually installed in a non-fixed installation manner, and two end portions of the rewinding roller are directly supported at corresponding positions of the rack, so that the rewinding roller and the rack support are installed in a direct rolling contact manner instead of using a bearing, and thus, the rewinding roller and the rack are subjected to long-term rolling friction to aggravate the loss of parts, and if the bearing is used for installation, the difficulty of later-stage disassembly is increased, and the accuracy is also affected by repeated disassembly and assembly.

The invention discloses a packaging film, which is provided with a sticky area and a non-sticky area which are continuously alternated, wherein the adjacent sticky areas and the non-sticky areas are connected through a double-sided adhesive joint, the sticky areas are provided with a sensing label for braking a packaging device and an electronic label for recording information of a packaged object, the packaging device is braked after the sensing label on the packaging film is scanned by the packaging device, so that the double-sided adhesive joint is stopped at a set position, and the sticky areas and the non-sticky areas are narrowed at the joint of the double-sided adhesive joint to form a waist-narrowing structure.
The invention discloses a rewinding device which comprises a base, wherein a left support and a right support are arranged on the base, a left platform is arranged on the left support, and a right platform is arranged on the right support; the left platform is provided with a sliding seat, the sliding seat is provided with a left shaft sleeve which can rotate around the central axis of the sliding seat, and the base is also provided with a first driving device which drives the sliding seat to move along the axial direction of the left shaft sleeve; the right platform is provided with a right shaft sleeve which can rotate around the central axis of the right platform and a driving device II which drives the right shaft sleeve to rotate; the left shaft sleeve and the right shaft sleeve are connected with a rewinding roller through a spline.
