the one-way auxiliary element is movably arranged on the main body, and when the one-way auxiliary element is connected to the rotating element, the rotating element is of a one-way rotating structure; the rotating part is a rotating disc, a bayonet is arranged at the edge of the rotating disc, the unidirectional auxiliary part is rotationally connected to the main body, the end part of the unidirectional auxiliary part is lapped on the edge position of the rotating disc, and when the end part of the unidirectional auxiliary part is clamped into the bayonet, the rotating disc can only rotate in a unidirectional mode;
the one-way auxiliary member is a ratchet, the rotating member is a ratchet wheel, the ratchet wheel is matched with the driving member, the driving member is a handle, one end of the handle is connected to the ratchet wheel, and the handle swings downwards to drive the block body to move downwards.
