背景技术
鞋子有着悠久的发展史。大约在5000多年前的仰韶文化时期,就出现了兽皮缝制的最原始的鞋。鞋子是人们保护脚不受伤的一种工具。最早人们为了克服特殊情况,不让脚难受或者受伤,就发明了毛皮鞋子。鞋子发展到现在,就形成了现在这个样子。各种样式功能的鞋子随处可见。
鞋底是鞋子的重要组成部分之一,目前的鞋底与脚板的贴合程度一般,尤其是脚板窝,大部分的鞋底并不与脚板窝贴合,高贴合性的鞋底一直是本领域的技术人员所最求的方向之一。

一种贴合型的鞋底,包括发泡硅橡胶减震层、乳胶层、耐磨橡胶接地层和可拉伸鞋垫层,所述发泡硅橡胶减震层和乳胶层之间设置有保持架,所述发泡硅橡胶减震层和乳胶层分别与保持架的下面和上面粘合形成中垫体,所述耐磨橡胶接地层上面开有与中垫体相配对的嵌入槽,所述中垫体置于嵌入槽内,所述发泡硅橡胶减震层与嵌入槽的槽底粘合,所述乳胶层上设置有与脚掌窝相配对的凸起部,所述凸起部与乳胶层为一体式设置,所述可拉伸鞋垫层搭在乳胶层上表面,所述耐磨橡胶接地层底面设置有防滑纹,所述乳胶层由按重量份数配比的天然乳胶188-210份、二甲基聚硅氧烷38-45份、甲基含氢硅油20-23份、纳米银3-7份、蛇床子10-15份、决明子10-14份、狼毒3-8份、海泡石纤维10-12份、纳米氧化锌2-4份、二硫化四甲基秋兰姆1-3份、对苯二胺1-4份、纳米碳酸钙8-12份、甲基丙烯酸锌2-4份、铂催化剂1-5份、明矾2-6份和碳酸氢钠8-16份组成。
作为优选,所述发泡硅橡胶减震层背面设置有插入体,所述插入体和发泡硅橡胶减震层为一体式设置,所述耐磨橡胶接地层上设置有与插入体相配对的插入槽,所述插入体和插入槽的槽壁和槽底粘合,通过设置有插入体和插入槽,可以进一步的提升发泡硅橡胶减震层与耐磨橡胶接地层之间的连接稳定性。
作为优选,所述耐磨橡胶接地层两侧均设置有胶封槽,所述胶封槽设置有一个以上,所述胶封槽呈等间距分布,通过设置有胶封槽,可以将鞋面料一部分塞进胶封槽内胶封,可以使得面料粘合稳定性更好。
作为优选,所述可拉伸鞋垫层包含有前端和后端,所述前端和后端之间设置有连接端和弹力带,所述前端、后端和连接端均与弹力带粘合,所述连接端设置有一个以上,所述连接端通过弹力带连接成与凸起部相配对的弧形体,穿戴式弧形体和凸起部均受到压迫产生变形,从而与脚板窝良好的贴合在一起,采用了弧形的可拉伸结构有利于鞋垫更好的与乳胶层贴合。
作为优选,所述保持架为柔性pvc或弹簧片。
作为优选,所述保持架为镂空设置,通过采用了镂空的设计,可以有效的降低整体的重量。
作为优选,所述乳胶层上设置有限位布带,所述限位布带两端均位于乳胶层和保持架之间,所述乳胶层和保持架夹住限位布带的两端,所述乳胶层和保持架均与限位布带的两端粘合,限位布带与乳胶层之间形成有与可拉伸鞋垫层相配对的穿孔,通过设置有穿孔,可拉伸鞋垫层可以穿入穿孔内,使得可拉伸鞋垫层的稳定性得到较大的提升,同时有利于拉伸鞋垫层与乳胶层紧贴在一起,又对拉伸效果影响较少。
作为优选,所述限位布带设置有2个,所述限位布带呈对称分布。
乳胶层的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)将蛇床子10-15份、决明子10-14份和狼毒3-8份一起倒入到粉碎机中进行粉碎处理,其中,粉碎处理的粉碎目数为45-60目,制得粉末,备用;
2)将天然乳胶188-210份、二甲基聚硅氧烷38-45份、甲基含氢硅油20-23份、纳米银3-7份、海泡石纤维10-12份、纳米氧化锌2-4份、二硫化四甲基秋兰姆1-3份、对苯二胺1-4份、纳米碳酸钙8-12份、甲基丙烯酸锌2-4份、铂催化剂1-5份、明矾2-6份和碳酸氢钠8-16份和步骤1)制得的粉末一起倒入到反应釜中,在40-45℃的温度进行加成反应,随后经注射成型,脱模,即得乳胶层。
以下是乳胶层的原料的特点或作用:
天然乳胶:乳胶(latex)泛指聚合物微粒分散于水中形成的胶体乳液。又称胶乳。习惯上将橡胶微粒的水分散体称为胶乳,而将树脂微粒的水分散体称为乳液。以乳胶为原料制成的制品称乳胶制品,常见的如海绵、手套、玩具、胶管等。
二甲基聚硅氧烷:别称聚二甲基硅醚、二甲基硅油,主要用于消泡剂、被膜剂、抗结剂。
甲基含氢硅油:防水效果好。它在金属盐类催化剂作用下低温即可交联成膜。
纳米银:对大肠杆菌、淋球菌、沙眼衣原体等数十种致病微生物都有强烈的抑制和杀灭作用,而且不会产生耐药性。用纳米银和精梳棉纤维制成的棉袜,具备很好的抗菌防臭的效果。
蛇床子:常用于湿疹瘙痒,具有杀虫止痒的作用。
决明子:外治肿毒、癣疾。
狼毒:具有散结,杀虫的功效,外用于皮癣,与纳米银、蛇床子和决明子复配,可以有效的防止脚板出现细菌类的疾病。
海泡石纤维:可作为吸附剂、净化剂、除臭剂、补强剂、悬浮剂、触变剂和填充剂。
纳米氧化锌:比表面积大,活性更强,可以作为硫化活性剂等功能性添加剂,提高橡胶制品的光洁性、耐磨性、机械强度和抗老化性能性能指标,延长使用寿命。
二硫化四甲基秋兰姆:是天然橡胶、合成橡胶及乳胶用的超硫化促进剂,同时又是广谱的保护性杀菌剂。
对苯二胺:橡胶防老剂。
纳米碳酸钙:具有补强、填充、调色、改善加工艺和制品的性能,可使橡胶易混炼、易分散,混炼后胶质柔软,橡胶表面光滑;可使制品的延伸性、抗张强度、撕裂强度等有质的提高。
甲基丙烯酸锌:是橡胶助硫化剂和耐热填加剂,与橡胶体结合可获得盐性交联键,提高硫化胶的强度,改善高低温性能。此外,还能提高弹性,增加抗撕拉性能,降低补强胶料的压缩永变性,适得更适合用在经常受压的环境中。
铂催化剂:在铂催化剂存在下,二甲基聚硅氧烷和甲基含氢硅油可硫化成透明弹性体。
明矾:对多种革兰阴性、阳性球菌和杆菌都有抑制作用;对常见化脓菌有较强抑菌作用。
碳酸氢钠:作为发泡剂,同时与明矾配合起均匀发孔的协同作用。
本发明的有益效果为:通过在鞋垫下面设置有具有弹性形变性能的乳胶层,穿戴时由于受到压迫变形,从而可以更好的与脚板贴合,同时由于乳胶层上设置有与脚板窝相配对的凸起部,可以对脚板窝起到良好的支撑效果,同时由于凸起部具有良好的形变效果,对不同大小的脚板窝的适用性较好,此外,发泡硅橡胶减震层背面设置有插入体,插入体和发泡硅橡胶减震层为一体式设置,耐磨橡胶接地层上设置有与插入体相配对的插入槽,插入体和插入槽的槽壁和槽底粘合,通过设置有插入体和插入槽,可以进一步的提升发泡硅橡胶减震层与耐磨橡胶接地层之间的连接稳定性。耐磨橡胶接地层两侧均设置有胶封槽,胶封槽设置有一个以上,胶封槽呈等间距分布,通过设置有胶封槽,可以将鞋面料一部分塞进胶封槽内胶封,可以使得面料粘合稳定性更好。可拉伸鞋垫层包含有前端和后端,前端和后端之间设置有连接端和弹力带,前端、后端和连接端均与弹力带粘合,连接端设置有一个以上,连接端通过弹力带连接成与凸起部相配对的弧形体,穿戴式弧形体和凸起部均受到压迫产生变形,从而与脚板窝良好的贴合在一起,采用了弧形的可拉伸结构有利于鞋垫更好的与乳胶层贴合。保持架为镂空设置,通过采用了镂空的设计,可以有效的降低整体的重量。乳胶层上设置有限位布带,限位布带两端均位于乳胶层和保持架之间,乳胶层和保持架夹住限位布带的两端,乳胶层和保持架均与限位布带的两端粘合,限位布带与乳胶层之间形成有与可拉伸鞋垫层相配对的穿孔,通过设置有穿孔,可拉伸鞋垫层可以穿入穿孔内,使得可拉伸鞋垫层的稳定性得到较大的提升,同时有利于拉伸鞋垫层与乳胶层紧贴在一起,又对拉伸效果影响较少。

如图1-3所示,一种贴合型的鞋底,包括发泡硅橡胶减震层1、乳胶层2、耐磨橡胶接地层3和可拉伸鞋垫层,所述发泡硅橡胶减震层1和乳胶层2之间设置有保持架5,所述发泡硅橡胶减震层1和乳胶层2分别与保持架5的下面和上面粘合形成中垫体6,所述耐磨橡胶接地层3上面开有与中垫体6相配对的嵌入槽(未图示),所述中垫体6置于嵌入槽内,所述发泡硅橡胶减震层1与嵌入槽的槽底粘合,所述乳胶层2上设置有与脚掌窝相配对的凸起部7,所述凸起部7与乳胶层2为一体式设置,所述可拉伸鞋垫层搭在乳胶层2上表面,所述耐磨橡胶接地层3底面设置有防滑纹(未图示),所述乳胶层2由按重量份数配比的天然乳胶188份、二甲基聚硅氧烷38份、甲基含氢硅油20份、纳米银3份、蛇床子10份、决明子10份、狼毒3份、海泡石纤维10份、纳米氧化锌2份、二硫化四甲基秋兰姆1份、对苯二胺1份、纳米碳酸钙8份、甲基丙烯酸锌2份、铂催化剂1份、明矾2份和碳酸氢钠8份组成。
在本实施例中,所述发泡硅橡胶减震层1背面设置有插入体8,所述插入体8和发泡硅橡胶减震层1为一体式设置,所述耐磨橡胶接地层3上设置有与插入体8相配对的插入槽(未图示),所述插入体8和插入槽的槽壁和槽底粘合,通过设置有插入体8和插入槽,可以进一步的提升发泡硅橡胶减震层1与耐磨橡胶接地层3之间的连接稳定性。
在本实施例中,所述耐磨橡胶接地层3两侧均设置有胶封槽9,所述胶封槽9设置有一个以上,所述胶封槽9呈等间距分布,通过设置有胶封槽9,可以将鞋面料一部分塞进胶封槽9内胶封,可以使得面料粘合稳定性更好。
在本实施例中,所述可拉伸鞋垫层包含有前端10和后端11,所述前端10和后端11之间设置有连接端12和弹力带13,所述前端10、后端11和连接端12均与弹力带13粘合,所述连接端12设置有一个以上,所述连接端12通过弹力带13连接成与凸起部相配对的弧形体,穿戴式弧形体和凸起部7均受到压迫产生变形,从而与脚板窝良好的贴合在一起,采用了弧形的可拉伸结构有利于鞋垫更好的与乳胶层2贴合。
在本实施例中,所述保持架5为柔性pvc。
在本实施例中,所述保持架5为镂空设置,通过采用了镂空的设计,可以有效的降低整体的重量。

如图1-3所示,一种贴合型的鞋底,包括发泡硅橡胶减震层1、乳胶层2、耐磨橡胶接地层3和可拉伸鞋垫层,所述发泡硅橡胶减震层1和乳胶层2之间设置有保持架5,所述发泡硅橡胶减震层1和乳胶层2分别与保持架5的下面和上面粘合形成中垫体6,所述耐磨橡胶接地层3上面开有与中垫体6相配对的嵌入槽(未图示),所述中垫体6置于嵌入槽内,所述发泡硅橡胶减震层1与嵌入槽的槽底粘合,所述乳胶层2上设置有与脚掌窝相配对的凸起部7,所述凸起部7与乳胶层2为一体式设置,所述可拉伸鞋垫层搭在乳胶层2上表面,所述耐磨橡胶接地层3底面设置有防滑纹(未图示),所述乳胶层2由按重量份数配比的天然乳胶210份、二甲基聚硅氧烷45份、甲基含氢硅油23份、纳米银7份、蛇床子15份、决明子14份、狼毒8份、海泡石纤维12份、纳米氧化锌4份、二硫化四甲基秋兰姆3份、对苯二胺4份、纳米碳酸钙12份、甲基丙烯酸锌4份、铂催化剂5份、明矾6份和碳酸氢钠16份组成。
在本实施例中,所述发泡硅橡胶减震层1背面设置有插入体8,所述插入体8和发泡硅橡胶减震层1为一体式设置,所述耐磨橡胶接地层3上设置有与插入体8相配对的插入槽(未图示),所述插入体8和插入槽的槽壁和槽底粘合,通过设置有插入体8和插入槽,可以进一步的提升发泡硅橡胶减震层1与耐磨橡胶接地层3之间的连接稳定性。
