Abstract

The present invention relates to a canopy and a childcare article having the canopy.

Background technique

Conventionally, a canopy has been installed in most childcare products such as strollers and/or rocking chairs. Conventional canopies generally have a canopy main body that covers a seat cushion supported by a support part serving as a childcare product body, and a connecting part for connecting the canopy main body and the support part. . Moreover, the support part which is the main body of the childcare article is provided with a holding part which is connected to the connection part of the canopy and holds the canopy. The canopy main body includes a canopy cloth and a plurality of canopy bones mounted on the canopy cloth. The hood is formed in a substantially U-shape, and is attached so as to be swingable relative to the connecting portion connected to both base end portions thereof. In addition, by swinging the awning frame with respect to the connecting portion, the awning cloth can be unfolded. In its unfolded state, the canopy forms a space surrounded by the support and the canopy. Such a canopy can block sunlight and/or illumination light, wind and rain, etc., thereby providing a comfortable environment for infants and young children in the space.

One of the requirements for such a canopy is that it can be adapted to various supports and/or seat cushions. If the canopy can be applied to the various supports, the canopy can be used in combination with the support and/or the seat cushion in a desired manner.

However, in general, the connecting portion of the canopy can only be connected to the holding portion designed corresponding to the connecting portion. Even if the connecting portion is connected to a non-corresponding holding portion, the canopy is not held by the holding portion in the desired manner. In this case, the canopy shakes, or an undesired gap is formed between the canopy and the support portion and/or the canopy and the seat cushion, so that the canopy cannot perform the desired function. In addition, in general, the canopy cannot be connected to the support portion and/or the seat cushion which does not have a holding portion.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The embodiments of the present invention have been made in consideration of the above points, and an object thereof is to provide a canopy that can be applied to various supports and/or seat cushions. Moreover, it aims at providing the childcare article which has such a canopy.

The canopy of the present invention covers the seat cushion supported on the support portion, and the canopy includes:

a canopy body covering the seat cushion; and

The base is connected to at least a part of the edge portion of the canopy main body, and is arranged between the seat cushion and the support portion.

In this case, a hole through which a belt portion passes may be formed in the base, and the belt portion is provided in the support portion and extends through a through hole formed in the seat back cushion.

Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 are perspective views showing the childcare article having the canopy of the present invention. In Figure 1 the canopy is shown in a closed fully deployed state and in Figure 2 the canopy is shown in an opened folded state. Childcare articles are articles such as strollers, child seats, rocking chairs, walkers, and the like, and are typically articles used to care for children in the process of raising children (young people such as infants, toddlers, and toddlers). For example, a stroller is a stroller on which a child rides, and a child seat is a booster seat for children that is attached to a seat of a car, a frame of a bicycle, a chair, or the like. In addition, a rocking chair is a seat or bed for children, and is also called a baby chair, a high-low chair, a low chair, a rocking chair, a baby frame, and a lock frame.

In the example shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the childcare article 10 is configured as a rocking chair. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 , the childcare product 10 includes a support portion 20 configured as a childcare product body, a seat cushion 30 supported by the support portion 20 , and a canopy 70 covering the seat cushion 30 . In addition, the childcare product 10 includes the leg portion 40 which is provided below the support portion 20 and supports the support portion 20 . The child who rides on the childcare product 10 lies down or sits on the seat cushion 30 .

It should be noted that in this specification, "front", "rear", "up", "down", "left", "right", "front-rear direction", and "up-down direction" for childcare products and their constituent elements. ” and the terms “left and right”, unless otherwise specified, mean “front”, “rear”, “upper”, “lower”, “lower”, and Left", "Right", "Front and Back", "Up and Down", and "Left and Right". More specifically, the "front-rear direction" refers to a direction connecting the lower left and upper right of the paper in FIGS. 1 to 4 and 6 , and corresponds to the left-right direction of the paper in FIGS. 5 and 7 . In addition, unless otherwise specified, "front" refers to the side facing the child sitting on the childcare product and its constituent elements, the lower left side of the paper in Figures 1 to 4 and 6, and Figures 5 and 5 The left side of the paper in 7 is the front side. On the other hand, the "up-down direction" is a direction orthogonal to the front-rear direction and orthogonal to the ground contact surface. Therefore, when the ground plane is a horizontal plane, the "up-down direction" refers to the vertical direction. First, with reference to FIG. 3, the support part 20 which is the main body of a childcare article is demonstrated. As shown in FIG. 3 , the support portion 20 has a substantially symmetrical structure as a whole about the center plane in the left-right direction along the front-rear direction. In the example shown in FIG. 3, the support part 20 has a seat panel 21a, a back panel 21b attached to the rear end of the seat panel 21a, and a pair of armrests 22 and 22 provided on the side of the seat panel 21a. A headrest 21e is provided at the end portion of the back panel 21 on the opposite side to the end portion on the seat panel 21a side. A footrest portion 21d is provided at the front end of the seat panel 21a. The back board 21b is comprised so that it can fall back (refer FIG. 3) with respect to the seat board 21a, or can stand up upward. In addition, the headrest 21e is configured to be able to stand up on the side where the child is located (hereinafter, simply referred to as "the child's side") with respect to the back panel 21b (refer to FIG. 3 ) or to be able to stand up against the back panel along the back panel 21b 21b lodged.

The support part 20 is supported by the leg part 40, This leg part 40 consists of a pair of left and right front legs 40a, 40a and rear legs 40b, 40b. Each of the front wheel 40c and the rear wheel 40d has a stopper 40e that fixes the front wheel 40c and the rear wheel 40d. By fixing the front wheel 40c and the rear wheel 40d, the whole leg part 40 is fixed with respect to the ground surface F. As shown in FIG.

As shown in FIG. 3 , the support portion 20 serving as the main body of the childcare product can be used as a bed for children by laying down the back plate 21b relative to the seat plate 21a and raising the headrest 21e upward relative to the back plate 21b. use. Moreover, the support part 20 can be used as a chair for children by raising the back board 21b upward with respect to the seat board 21a, and making the headrest 21e fall with respect to the back board 21b so that it may follow the back board 21b. As shown in FIG. 3 , the child seat belt 50 is attached to the support portion 20 . The body of the child sitting on the support portion 20 is held on the support portion 20 by the child seat belt 50 . The child safety belt 50 may be formed as a three-point safety belt having a crotch belt and shoulder belts, but in the illustrated example, it is formed as a five-point safety belt having a crotch belt, a waist belt and a shoulder belt.

As clearly shown in FIG. 3 , the child safety belt 50 has a crotch portion 51 that functions as a crotch belt, a pair of waist belt portions 52 and 53 that function as a waist belt, and a pair of shoulder belts that function as shoulder belts parts 54, 55. One end of the crotch portion 51 is attached to substantially the center of the seat panel 21a. One ends of the pair of waist belt portions 52 , 53 are installed in a lumbar region in the vicinity of the end portion of the back plate 21 b on the seat plate 21 a side so as to be spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction. One ends of the pair of shoulder strap portions 54 and 55 are mounted in a shoulder region located in the approximate center of the back plate 21b so as to be spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction.

A buckle 56 as a first connector is attached to the other end of the crotch portion 51 . In addition, a tongue piece 57 serving as a second connector is attached to the other end of each of the waist belt portions 52 and 53 , and a tongue piece 58 serving as a third connector is attached to the other end of each of the shoulder strap portions 54 and 55 . The second connector 57 and the third connector 58 are configured to be locked with the first connector 56 .

It should be noted that the above-mentioned child seat belt 50 is not limited to being installed in a rocking chair, and is often installed in many childcare articles such as a stroller.

Next, referring to FIGS. 4 and 5 , the seat cushion 30 attached to the support portion 20 will be described. FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the seat cushion 30 . In addition, FIG. 5 is a partial cross-sectional view of the center plane in the left-right direction along the front-rear direction of the seat cushion 30 attached to the support portion 20 together with the canopy 70 . As can be seen from FIG. 4 , the seat back cushion 30 has a substantially symmetrical structure as a whole about the center plane in the left-right direction extending in the front-rear direction.

As shown in FIG. 4 , the seat back cushion 30 includes a seat portion 31 , a back portion 32 connected to the seat portion 31 and positioned behind the seat portion 31 , and a pair of sides positioned on the sides of the seat portion 31 and the back portion 32 . wall portion 33 . The seat portion 31 is supported by the seat plate 21 a of the support portion 20 , and is mainly opposed to the buttocks of the child riding on the childcare product 10 . On the other hand, the back portion 32 is supported by the back plate 21 b of the support portion 20 , and is mainly opposed to the back of the child who rides on the childcare product 10 . The side wall portions 33 extend from the left and right side edges of the seat portion 31 and the back portion 32 . The side wall portion 33 is supported by the armrest 22 of the support portion 20 . In addition, the seat back cushion 30 further has a head side portion 34 connected to an edge portion of the back portion 32 on the opposite side of the seat portion 31 . The head side portion 34 connects the left and right side wall portions 33 and is supported by the headrest 21 e of the support portion 20 . In addition, the seat back cushion 30 further has a foot side portion 35 connected to an edge portion of the seat portion 31 on the opposite side of the back portion 32 . The leg side part 35 connects the left and right side wall parts 33, and is supported by the footrest part 21d. Further, the seat back cushion 30 further includes a cover 36 connected to the side wall portion 33 and the outer edge portion of the head side portion 34 on the opposite side of the back portion 32 . As shown in FIG. 4, the cover 36 extends toward the side of the seat cushion opposite the child side. Then, as shown in FIG. 5 , the cover 36 covers the headrest 21 e and the back panel 21 b of the support portion 20 in a state where the seat cushion 30 is attached to the support portion 20 .

As shown in FIG. 4 , five through holes 61 to 65 through which the five belt portions 51 to 55 of the support portion 20 respectively pass are formed in the seat cushion 30 . The first through hole 61 is provided in the center of the seat portion 31 of the seat back pad 30, and allows the crotch portion 51 to pass therethrough. The second and third through holes 62 and 63 are provided in the lumbar region near the end portion of the back portion 32 on the seat portion 31 side, separated from each other in the left-right direction. The second through holes and the third through holes 62 and 63 respectively allow the waist belt portions 52 and 53 to pass therethrough. In addition, the fourth and fifth through-holes 64 and 65 are provided in the shoulder region located in the approximate center of the back portion 32 so as to be spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction. The fourth through holes and the fifth through holes 64 and 65 allow the shoulder strap portions 54 and 55 to pass therethrough.

The illustrated childcare product is provided with a canopy that is covered by a seat cushion supported by a support portion. One of the requirements for such a canopy is that it can be adapted to various supports and/or seat cushions. If the canopy can be adapted to various supports and/or seat cushions, the canopy can be used in combination with the supports and/or seat cushions in a desired manner. However, in general, the canopy can only be connected to the support and/or seat cushion designed for the canopy, or even if it can be connected, it cannot function as desired. Specifically, generally, the canopy has a connecting portion for connecting with a support portion or a seat backrest. Moreover, the support part or the seat cushion has a holding part which connects the connection part of a canopy, and holds a canopy. The canopy either cannot be connected to the holding part which is not designed corresponding to its connecting part, or even if it can be connected, it shakes or an undesired gap is formed between the canopy and the support part or the seat cushion, and it cannot be as desired perform its function. In addition, in general, the canopy cannot be connected to the support portion and/or the seat cushion which does not have a holding portion in the first place.

Considering such a situation, the canopy of the present embodiment has been carefully studied so that it can be applied to various support parts and/or seat cushions.

Hereinafter, the canopy will be described with reference to FIGS. 5 to 8 . Figures 6 and 7 show the canopy before it is attached to the support and seat cushion. FIG. 6 is a view showing the canopy in a fully deployed state, and FIG. 7 is a side view showing the canopy shown in FIG. 6 . 8 is a view showing the canopy attached to the support portion and the seat cushion from the side opposite to the child side of the support portion.

As shown in FIG. 5 , the canopy 70 includes a canopy main body 71 that covers the seat cushion 30 , and a base 72 that is connected to at least a part of the peripheral edge portion of the canopy main body 71 . In the illustrated example, the canopy 70 can function as a mosquito net.

First, the base 72 will be described. In the illustrated example, as shown in FIG. 6 , the base 72 is formed of a substantially square cloth. Of course, the base 72 may also contain materials other than cloth. In addition, the base 72 may be formed of a material other than cloth. In the illustrated example, as shown in FIG. 5 , the base 72 has a size sufficient to cover most of the lumbar region of the footrest portion 21d of the seat portion support portion 20, the seat plate 21a, and the back plate 21b. By covering the gap between the seat panel 21 a and the back panel 21 b and the gap between the seat panel 21 a and the footrest 21 d with the base 72 , the possibility that pests such as mosquitoes pass through the gap and enter the interior of the canopy 70 is reduced.

As shown in FIG. 5 , the base 72 is arranged between the seat cushion 30 and the support portion 20 . Thereby, the movement of the base 72 with respect to the seat cushion 30 and the support part 20 is suppressed. In the illustrated example, the base 72 is disposed on at least a part of the back 32 of the seat cushion 30 (waist region), the seat part 31 , a part of the back plate 21 b (waist region) of the support part 20 , and the seat plate 21 a between. These parts of the seat cushion 30 and the support part 20 are parts that bear most of the weight of the child who rides on the childcare product 10 . By arranging the base 72 between these parts of the seat cushion 30 and the support portion 20 , movement of the base 72 (and thus the canopy 70 ) relative to the seat cushion 30 and the support portion 20 is effectively prevented.

Moreover, in the example shown in the figure, the base 72 is formed with holes 81 to 83 through which the belt parts 51 to 53 provided in the support part 20 pass. By passing the belt parts 51 to 53 through the holes 81 to 83 of the base 72 , the base 72 can be held by the belt parts 51 to 53 . As a result, the movement of the base 72 with respect to the seat cushion 30 and the support portion 20 is further effectively prevented. In addition, the belt parts 51-53 are members normally provided in the childcare article 10 as mentioned above. By using such a member to hold the base 72 (and thus the canopy 70 ), it is not necessary to form a dedicated holding portion for holding the canopy 70 on the support portion and/or the seat cushion 30 .

In the illustrated example, the base 72 is provided with three holes 81 to 83 . The first hole 81 is provided in the center of the base 72, and allows the crotch portion 51 to pass therethrough. In addition, the second hole 82 and the third hole 83 are regions in the vicinity of the rear peripheral edge portion 72r of the chassis 72, and are provided in regions covering the waist region of the back plate 21b to be separated from each other in the left-right direction. The second through hole 82 and the third through hole 83 allow the waistband portions 52 and 53 to pass therethrough, respectively. By passing the plurality of belt portions 51 to 53 through the plurality of holes 81 to 83 provided in the base 72 , the base 72 is held at a plurality of positions through which the belt portions 51 to 53 pass. Thereby, the movement of the base 72 with respect to the seat cushion 30 and the support portion 20 is further effectively prevented.

In addition, the hole provided in the base 72 may be a hole through which belt parts other than the crotch part 51 and/or waist belt parts 52 and 53 pass, that is, a hole through which the shoulder belt parts 54 and 55 pass. In this case, the base 72 is formed to cover the shoulder region of the back plate 21b. The hole provided in the base 72 in this way may be a hole through which any of the belt portions 51 to 55 passes. In addition, the number of holes provided in the base 72 may be arbitrary. However, there are many cases where the waist belt portions 52 and 53 are not used. Therefore, it is preferable that any hole provided in the hole of the base 72 is a hole through which the crotch part 51 or the shoulder strap parts 54 and 55 pass.

As described above, the base 72 is arranged between the seat cushion 30 and the support portion 20 . Therefore, abrasion occurs between the base 72 and the seat back cushion 30 and the support portion 20 . In addition, in the example shown in the figure, since the base 72 is held by the belt portions 51 to 53 , it may be pulled by the belt portions 51 to 53 in some cases. In addition, since the base 72 is connected to the canopy main body 71 , it may be pulled by the canopy main body 71 . In this way, since various forces are applied to the base 72, the base 72 is made of a cloth with sufficient strength in order to withstand these forces. In the example shown in the figure, the base 72 is formed of a cloth having a higher strength than the cloth 90 of the canopy main body 71 . In addition, in this specification, "high-strength cloth" refers to the cloth with high tear strength and/or burst strength, and abrasion strength.

Next, the canopy main body 71 will be described. The canopy main body 71 has a soft cloth 90 and a plurality of rod-shaped reinforcing members 73 attached to the cloth 90 . As described above, the canopy 70 can function as a mosquito net. Therefore, in the example shown in the figure, as the cloth 90 of the canopy main body 71, a net-like cloth is used. By making the cloth 90 of the canopy main body 71 into a mesh shape, it is possible to prevent pests such as mosquitoes from invading the canopy 70 and to maintain the ventilation between the outside and the inside of the canopy 70 . Of course, instead of the cloth 90, a mesh member other than the cloth may be used. The reinforcing member 73 is held by being sewed to the cloth 90 and is formed into a U-shape. The reinforcing member 73 is formed of, for example, polyacetal (POM). In the fully expanded state of the canopy 70 shown in FIG. 1 , the reinforcing member 73 maintains the cloth 90 of the canopy main body 71 in an open state by utilizing the rigidity thereof. Thereby, a space for accommodating a child can be stably secured between the cloth 90 and the seat cushion 30 . In addition, as shown in FIG. 5 , since both end portions of each reinforcing member 73 are arranged between the side wall portion 33 of the seat cushion 30 and the armrest 22 of the support portion 20 , the child on the seat cushion 30 is prevented from contacting the reinforcement. In the case where both ends of the member 73 are injured.

In addition, as the cloth 90 of the canopy main body 71, various well-known materials can be used according to the function required for the canopy 70. For example, as the function of the canopy 70, when it is required that the canopy 70 can be viewed from the outside of the canopy 70 to the inside or from the inside of the canopy 70 even when the canopy 70 is fully opened, the cloth 90 of the canopy main body 71 can be Fabrics with high visible light transmittance are used. As shown in FIG. 5 , the cloth material 90 has a first main cloth part 91 and a second main cloth part 92 which cover the upper side from the front of the seat back cushion 30 in the fully expanded state of the canopy 70 , and the support part 20 and the seat. The sub-cloth part 93 which covers the side opposite to the child side of the back cushion 30 . The plurality of reinforcing members 73 described above are sewn together on the main fabric portions 91 and 92 .

As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 , the first main cloth portion 91 is connected to the front peripheral edge portion 72f of the chassis 72 . The first main fabric portion 91 forms the front edge portion of the fabric 90 of the canopy body 71 , and has a first edge portion 91 a connected to the base 72 and a second edge portion 91 b connected to the second main fabric portion 92 . The first edge portion 91a is sewed to the front peripheral edge portion 72f of the chassis 72 . Thereby, the possibility that insect pests such as mosquitoes penetrate into the interior of the canopy 70 from between the first main cloth portion 91 and the base 72 is reduced.

The second main fabric portion 92 has a third edge portion 92 a connected to the first main fabric portion 91 and a fourth edge portion 92 b connected to the sub fabric portion 93 . The fourth edge portion 92b is sewn to the auxiliary cloth portion 93 . Thereby, the possibility that insect pests such as mosquitoes penetrate into the interior of the canopy 70 from between the second main cloth part 92 and the sub cloth part 93 is reduced.

The first main cloth portion 91 and the second main cloth portion 92 are connected via a zipper. More specifically, one element tape 95a of a pair of element tapes 95a and 95b of the slide fastener 95 is provided on the second edge portion 91b of the first main cloth portion 91 . Moreover, in the 3rd edge part 92a of the 2nd main cloth part 92, the fastener element belt of another longitudinal stringer 95b is provided corresponding to one element belt 95a. The slide fastener 95 further has the slider 96 which engages each element row of a pair of element tapes 95a, 95b, and the slide fastener 95 can be opened and closed by moving the slider 96. Furthermore, by closing the slide fastener 95, the second edge portion 91b of the first main fabric portion 91 and the third edge portion 92a of the second main fabric portion 92 are connected without a gap, thereby preventing pests from entering the first main fabric portion 91. The space between it and the second main cloth portion 92 penetrates into the canopy 70 . The sub cloth part 93 has a fifth edge part 93 a connected to the second main cloth part 92 , and a sixth edge part 92 b forming a rear edge part of the cloth 90 of the canopy main body 71 . As clearly shown in FIGS. 5 and 8 , the sixth edge portion 93b is provided with a contact mechanism 94 for bringing the auxiliary cloth portion 93 into contact with the support portion 20 or the cover 36 of the seat back cushion 30 . By bringing the sub-cloth part 93 into contact with the support part 20 or the cover 36 of the seat cushion 30 , the possibility of pests intruding into the interior of the canopy 70 from between the sub-cloth part 93 and the support part 20 or the seat cushion 30 is effectively reduced. In the illustrated example, the contact mechanism 94 is a rubber provided along the sixth edge portion 93b. By using the rubber as the contact mechanism 94, even if the support portion 20 or the seat back cushion 30 is moved (for example, the back plate 21b is moved relative to the seat plate 21a), the sixth edge portion 93b of the auxiliary cloth portion 93 can be supported along with it. movement of the seat 20 or the seat cushion 30 . Therefore, the sixth edge portion 93b of the sub-cloth portion 93 can be kept in contact with the support portion 20 or the seat cushion 30 . Next, with reference to FIGS. 9 to 11 , a method of attaching the seat cushion and the canopy to the support part of the present embodiment will be described.

First, as shown in FIG. 9, the base 72 of the canopy 70 is arrange|positioned in the lumbar region of the footrest part 21d of the support part 20, the seat board 21a, and the back board 21b. At this time, the canopy main body 71 is folded forward. Then, the crotch portion 51 is passed through the first hole 81 of the chassis 72, and the pair of waist belt portions 52 and 53 are passed through the second hole 82 and the third hole 83, respectively. In this way, the base 72 of the canopy 70 is held by the belt portions 51 to 53 .

Next, as shown in FIG. 10 , the seat cushion 30 is arranged on the base 72 . Furthermore, the crotch portion 51 is passed through the first through hole 61 of the chassis 30, the pair of waist belt portions 52, 53 are passed through the second through hole 62 and the third through hole 63, respectively, and the pair of shoulder strap portions 54, 55 respectively pass through the fourth through hole 64 and the fifth through hole 65 . Moreover, the cover 36 of the seat cushion 30 is covered with the headrest 21e and the back board 21b of the support part 20. In this way, the seat cushion 30 is attached to the support portion 20 .

Next, as shown in FIG. 11 , while the sub-cloth portion 93 of the canopy main body 71 is pulled rearward to unfold the canopy main body 71 , the sub-cloth portion 93 covers the support portion 20 from above the cover 36 of the seat cushion 30 . The headrest 21e and the back board 21b (refer FIG. 5 and FIG. 8). Thereby, the sixth edge portion 93b of the sub-cloth portion 93 comes into contact with the headrest 21e and the back plate 21b of the support portion 20, or comes into contact with the cover 36 of the seat back cushion 30 covering them. In this way, the canopy 70 is attached to the support portion 20 and the seat cushion 30 .

On the other hand, if the canopy 70 and the seat cushion 30 are to be removed from the support portion 20, they may be removed in the reverse order of the above-mentioned installation order.

As shown in FIGS. 12 and 13 , the canopy 70 described above can also be applied to childcare products other than rocking chairs. FIG. 12 shows an example in which the canopy 70 is applied to the childcare article as the stroller 100 . In the example shown in FIG. 12 , the stroller 100 includes a support portion 120 as a stroller main body, and a seat cushion 130 supported by the support portion 120 . More specifically, the stroller body 120 includes a seat 121 that supports the seat cushion 130 , and legs 140 and a handle 141 that support the seat 121 . The seat 121 includes a seat portion 121a and a backrest 121b. The seat cushion 130 has a seat portion 131 mainly opposed to the child's buttocks, and a back 132 mainly opposed to the child's back. Further, the base 72 of the canopy 70 is arranged between the seat portion 121 a and a part of the backrest 121 b of the seat 121 and the seat portion 131 and a part of the back portion 132 of the seat cushion 130 . In addition, the sub-cloth portion 93 of the canopy main body 71 covers the backrest 121b of the seat 121 and the back portion 132 of the seat cushion 130, and covers their surfaces on the opposite side to the child-side surface. The sixth edge portion 93b of the sub cloth portion 93 is in contact with at least one of the back 132 of the seat cushion 130 or the backrest 121b of the seat 121 by the contact mechanism 94 . In the example shown in FIG. 12 , the canopy 70 covers the seat cushion 130 and the seat 121 while suppressing the formation of a gap between the seat cushion 130 and the seat 121 where pests can penetrate into the canopy 70 . In this way, the canopy 70 can be adapted to the stroller 100 in a manner that does not impair its function.

In addition, the above-mentioned canopy 70 can also be applied to a mattress and/or a mattress for children, and a cot to be placed on the ground. FIG. 13 shows an example in which the canopy 70 is applied to a cot placed on the ground. In the example shown in FIG. 13 , the seat cushion is the cot 230 , and the support portion 220 is the floor on which the cot 230 is supported. The cot 230 has a first area 231 mainly opposite the child's hips and legs, and a second area 232 mainly opposite the child's back and head. In addition, the base 72 of the canopy 70 is arranged between the support portion 220 and a part of the first area 231 and the second area 232 of the cot 230 . In addition, the sub-fabric portion 93 of the canopy main body 71 covers the second region 232 of the cot 230 and covers the surface of the second region 232 on the opposite side to the surface on the child's side. In addition, the sixth edge portion 93b of the sub cloth portion 93 is brought into contact with this surface by the contact mechanism 94 . In the example shown in FIG. 13 , the canopy 70 covers the cot 230 while suppressing the formation of a gap between the canopy 70 and the cot 230 where the pests can intrude into the canopy 70 . In this way, the canopy 70 can be adapted to the cot 230 in a manner that does not impair its function.

Of course, the above-mentioned canopy 70 can also be applied to pet feeding articles such as a pet stroller and/or a pet bed. In this case, the seat cushion 30 is a pet seat cushion and/or a pet bed, and the support part 20 may be a pet feeding article body supporting the seat cushion 30 or a floor supporting the pet bed.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 14, the childcare article 10 provided with the canopy 70 may have the 2nd canopy 370 further. In this case, preferably, the second canopy 370 has a different function from that of the canopy 70 . For example, in the illustrated example, since the cloth 90 of the canopy 70 is a light-transmitting mesh cloth, the cloth 390 of the second canopy 370 is preferably a light-shielding cloth. In the illustrated example, the second canopy 370 is held by the holding mechanism 300 formed in the support portion 20 , but may be attached to the support portion 20 and the seat cushion 30 by the same method as the canopy 70 .

In the above-described one embodiment described above, the canopy 70 is a canopy that covers the seat cushion 30 supported by the support portion 20 , and includes a canopy main body that covers the seat cushion 30 , and a base 72 that is connected to the canopy. At least a portion 91 a of the edge portion of the main body 71 is connected and arranged between the seat cushion 30 and the support portion 20 .

According to the canopy 70 of the present embodiment, it is not necessary to provide a dedicated holding mechanism for holding the canopy 70 on the seat cushion 30 and/or the support parts 20 , 120 , and 220 . Therefore, the canopy 70 can be adapted to various seat cushions and/or supports 20 , 120 , 220 .

In addition, in the above-described one embodiment, the holes 81 to 83 through which the belt portions 51 to 53 pass are formed in the base 72 , and the belt portions 51 to 53 are provided on the support portion 20 and pass through the through holes 61 formed in the seat cushion 30 . ~63 and extended. Thereby, the base 72 of the canopy 70 can be held by the support part 20 using the belt parts 51-53 provided for other purposes. Thereby, the movement of the base 72 with respect to the support part 20 and the seat cushion 30 can be prevented.

In this case, for example, three belt portions 51 to 53 are provided in the support portion 20 , three through holes 61 to 63 through which the three belt portions 51 to 53 respectively pass are formed in the seat cushion 30 , and the base 72 is formed with three through holes 61 to 63 , respectively. Three holes 81 to 83 through which the three belt portions 51 to 53 pass, respectively. Specifically, the support portion 20 is provided with a crotch portion 51 and a pair of waist belt portions 52 and 53 , and the seat cushion 30 is formed with three through holes through which the crotch portion 51 and the pair of waist belt portions 52 and 53 respectively pass. 61 to 63, the base 72 is formed with three holes 81 to 83 through which the crotch portion 51 and the pair of waist belt portions 52 and 53 respectively pass. In this case, the base 72 of the canopy 70 is held by the three belt portions 51 to 53 at three positions. Therefore, the movement of the base 72 relative to the support portion 20 and the seat back cushion 30 is more effectively prevented.

In addition, in the above-described one embodiment, the seat cushion 30 has the seat portion 31 facing the buttocks of the child, and the back portion 32 facing the back of the child, and the base 72 is arranged on a part of the back portion 32 and the seat portion 31 and the back portion 32. between the support parts 20 . Here, the seat part 31 and/or the back part 32 of the seat cushion 30 and the seat plate 21a and/or the back plate 21b of the support part 20 are the parts that bear most of the weight of the child who rides on the childcare product 10 . By arranging the base 72 between these parts of the seat cushion 30 and the support portion 20 , the movement of the base 72 with respect to the seat cushion 30 and the support portion 20 is effectively prevented.

In addition, in the above-described one embodiment, the canopy 70 further includes the contact mechanism 94 provided on a part 93b of the edge portion of the canopy main body 71 so that the part 93b is connected to the seat cushion 30 and the support part 20 . contact with at least one party. Accordingly, it is possible to suppress the formation of a gap between the canopy main body 71 and at least one of the seat cushion 30 and the support portion 20 . The contact mechanism 94 is, for example, rubber provided along a part 93 b of the edge portion of the canopy main body 71 . Since the contact mechanism 94 is made of rubber, when the seat cushion 30 and/or the support portion 20 are operated, a part 93 b of the edge portion of the canopy main body 71 can be caused to follow the movement of the seat cushion 30 and/or the support portion 20 . . Therefore, the part 93b can be kept in contact with at least one of the seat cushion 30 and the support part 20 . In addition, the part 93b of the edge part of the canopy main body 71 can also be made to continuously contact with at least one of the seat cushion 30 and the support part 20 by another method which does not use the contact mechanism 94.

In addition, in the above-mentioned one embodiment, the support part 20 is the childcare article main body, and constitutes the childcare article 10 together with the seat cushion 30 . In addition, the support part 20 may be the main body of the pet feeding article, and together with the pet seat cushion, it may constitute a pet feeding article such as a pet stroller.

In addition, in the above-described one embodiment, the canopy main body 71 has the cloth 90 and the rod-shaped reinforcing member 73 attached to the cloth 90 , and the base 72 has a cloth with a higher strength than the cloth 90 of the canopy main body 71 . In this case, the strength of the base 72 to which various forces are applied can be increased, and the life of the entire canopy 70 can be extended.

In addition, in the above-mentioned one embodiment, the base 72 has the cloth, and the cloth 90 of the canopy main body 71 has the cloth with a higher visible light transmittance than the cloth of the base 72 . Thereby, even if the canopy 70 is in the fully extended state, the interior of the canopy 70 can be viewed from the outside. In addition, the outside can be viewed from the inside of the canopy 70 .

In addition, in the above-described one embodiment, the canopy main body 71 has the mesh member and the rod-shaped reinforcing member 73 attached to the mesh member. Thereby, the ventilation property between the inside and the outside of the canopy 70 can be improved.

In the above-described one embodiment described above, the childcare product 10 includes the support portion 20 configured as the childcare product body, the seat cushion 30 supported by the support portion 20 , and the canopy 70 .

According to the childcare product of the present embodiment, it is not necessary to provide a dedicated holding mechanism for holding the canopy 70 on the seat cushion 30 and/or the support portion 20 . Therefore, the degree of freedom in the design of the seat back cushion 30 and/or the support portion 20 is increased.

In addition, although several modification examples with respect to the said embodiment were demonstrated above, it is needless to say that a plurality of modification examples can be used in combination as appropriate.

Claims (10)

1. A canopy for covering a seat cushion supported by a support portion, the canopy comprising:

a canopy body covering the seat back cushion; and

a base connected to at least a part of an edge portion of the canopy main body and disposed between the seat back cushion and the support portion,

the canopy body has a cloth or a net member, and a rod-shaped reinforcing member attached to the cloth or the net member,

the canopy can be deformed between a fully expanded state and a collapsed state by swinging the reinforcement member,

the support part is a childcare article main body constituting a childcare article together with the seat back pad, a childcare article main body including a seat plate and a back plate, or a stroller main body constituting a stroller together with the seat back pad, and a stroller main body or a bed including a seat,

the seat back pad includes a seat portion, a back portion connected to the seat portion and located behind the seat portion, a pair of side wall portions located on the sides of the seat portion and the back portion, a head portion connected to an edge portion of the back portion located on the opposite side of the seat portion, and a cover connected to outer edge portions of the side wall portions and the head portion located on the opposite side of the back portion, the cover extending toward a side of the seat back pad opposite to the child side, and the cover covers the headrest of the support portion and the back plate in a state where the seat back pad is attached to the support portion.

2. The canopy of claim 1, wherein a hole through which a belt portion passes is formed in the base, and the belt portion is provided in the support portion and extends through a through hole formed in the seat back.

3. The canopy of claim 1,

three band parts are provided on the support part,

three through holes through which the three belt portions pass are formed in the seat back,

the base is formed with three holes through which the three band portions pass, respectively.

4. The canopy of claim 1,

a crotch part and a pair of waist parts are provided on the support part,

the seat back is formed with three through holes through which the crotch part and the pair of waist parts pass respectively,

three holes through which the crotch portion and the pair of belt portions pass are formed in the chassis.

5. The canopy of claim 1,

the seat back pad has a seat portion opposed to a hip portion of a child and a back portion opposed to a back of the child,

the seat is disposed between the seat portion and the support portion and a portion of the back portion.

6. Canopy according to claim 1,

the canopy further includes a contact mechanism that is provided at a part of the edge portion of the canopy main body and that makes the part contact at least one of the seat back and the support portion.

7. An awning as claimed in claim 6, wherein the contact means is rubber provided along a portion of the edge portion of the awning body.

8. The canopy of claim 1,

the canopy body has a cloth and a rod-shaped reinforcing member attached to the cloth,

the base has a cloth of greater strength than the cloth of the canopy body.

9. The canopy of claim 1,

the base is provided with a cloth material,

the cloth of the canopy body has a cloth with a visible light transmittance higher than that of the cloth of the base.

10. A child-care article comprising:

a support part configured as a childcare article main body;

a seat back cushion supported by the support portion; and

the canopy set forth in claim 1.
