Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an absorbent article.
Background
As absorbent articles such as disposable diapers and urine pads, front sheets having liquid permeability, back sheets having non-liquid permeability, and vertically long absorbent bodies disposed between the two sheets are known. For example, patent document 1 describes a disposable diaper for children and adults suffering from incontinence, which includes a waterproof outer body, a water-absorbing sheet that is fixed to the inside of the outer body so as to enter the inside of the outer body inward of the outer edge of the waterproof outer body with side edges left on each side portion, and an inner water-absorbing sheet that overlaps the inner surfaces of the outer body and the water-absorbing sheet. Fig. 1 of patent document 1 shows that the water absorbent pad and the waterproof outer cover are bonded to each other with an adhesive applied in a stripe pattern.
Further, as an absorbent body included in an absorbent article, an absorbent core that absorbs excreta liquid such as urine and a core sheet that covers the absorbent core are known. The present applicant has previously proposed an absorbent article having an absorbent body as follows: the skin-side wrapping material of the wrapping material on the skin-facing surface side and the skin-facing surface of the absorbent core are fixed via a skin-side adhesive, and the non-skin-side wrapping material of the wrapping material on the non-skin-facing surface side and the non-skin-facing surface of the absorbent core are fixed via a non-skin-side adhesive (patent document 2).

Disclosure of Invention
An absorbent body of an absorbent article is required to have a high absorption capacity capable of absorbing a large amount of urine even when the absorbent article is used for a long time, such as in nighttime use. However, patent document 1 does not disclose a structure for improving the absorption capacity of the absorbent body. In addition, the absorbent article of patent document 2 has room for improvement in the absorption capacity of the absorbent body.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide an absorbent article which can eliminate the drawbacks of the above-described conventional art.
The invention provides an absorbent article which comprises a front sheet, an absorber and a back sheet, and has a lengthwise length direction and a width direction orthogonal to the lengthwise direction. The absorbent body has an absorbent core and a core-covering sheet covering the absorbent core. The lower core sheet located on the non-skin-facing surface side of the absorbent core is joined to the non-skin-facing surface of the absorbent core via a first adhesive disposed in stripes, and is joined to the skin-facing surface of the back sheet via a second adhesive disposed in stripes. The lower core sheet has a plurality of non-adhesive portions that are not adhered to the absorbent core and the backsheet in the width direction, and the plurality of non-adhesive portions extend in the longitudinal direction.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described below based on preferred embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings.
Fig. 1, 2, and 3 show a basic structure of a disposable diaper 1 (hereinafter, also simply referred to as a diaper 1) as an embodiment of an absorbent article of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the diaper 1 has a front sheet 12, an absorber 11, and a back sheet 15. The front sheet 12 forms the skin-facing surface of the diaper 1, and the back sheet 15 forms the non-skin-facing surface of the diaper 1. The absorber 11 is disposed between the front sheet 12 and the back sheet 15 in the thickness direction of the diaper 1.
The skin-facing surface is a surface facing the skin side of the wearer when worn in the absorbent article or the constituent member thereof, and the non-skin-facing surface is a surface facing the side opposite to the skin side of the wearer when worn in the absorbent article or the constituent member thereof.
The diaper 1 (absorbent article) is formed in a vertically long shape, and has a longitudinal direction X (longitudinal direction) and a width direction Y perpendicular to the longitudinal direction X in a state where the diaper 1 is laid out in a planar shape as shown in fig. 2. The longitudinal direction X of the diaper 1 corresponds to the front-back direction of the wearer when worn.
The diaper 1 has, in the longitudinal direction X, a front side portion a positioned on the front side of the wearer when worn, a back side portion B positioned on the back side, and a crotch portion C disposed between the front side portion a and the back side portion B. The diaper 1 has a structure in which the left and right sides of a center line CL extending in the longitudinal direction X while bisecting the diaper 1 in the width direction Y are line-symmetric with respect to the center line CL (see fig. 2).
The diaper 1 is an open-type disposable diaper, and has fastening tapes 7 provided on both side edges of a back portion B, and a fastening region 8 for fastening the fastening tapes 7 on the outer surface of a front portion a.
The sheet 16 for forming a three-dimensional gather having the elastic member 16a is disposed on both sides of the diaper 1 in the longitudinal direction X, and the three-dimensional gather standing toward the skin side of the wearer is formed in the crotch portion C in the worn state by contraction of the elastic member 16 a. Further, the leg elastic members 17 are disposed in an extended state at the portions of the crotch portion C disposed around the legs, and contraction thereof forms leg gathers that improve the fit around the legs of the wearer in the crotch portion C when worn.
The absorbent body 11 in the diaper 1 has an absorbent core 13 and a core-spun sheet 14 which wraps the absorbent core 13. The absorbent core 13 may be formed of a mixed fiber stack of liquid-absorbent fibers such as pulp fibers and a water-absorbent polymer. Examples of the liquid-absorbent fibers include: cellulose-based hydrophilic fibers such as pulp fibers, rayon fibers, cotton fibers, and cellulose acetate fibers. In addition to the cellulose-based hydrophilic fibers, fibers obtained by hydrophilizing fibers made of synthetic resins such as polyolefin, polyester, and polyamide with a surfactant or the like can be used. It is also possible to use cellulose-based hydrophilic fibers and synthetic fibers containing thermoplastic resins and the like in combination.
Examples of the water-absorbent polymer include: sodium polyacrylate, acrylic acid-vinyl alcohol copolymer, crosslinked sodium polyacrylate, (starch-acrylic acid) graft copolymer, (isobutylene-maleic anhydride) copolymer and saponified product thereof, polyaspartic acid and the like. As the water-absorbent polymer, a polymer capable of absorbing water of 20 times or more, preferably 30 times or more, the mass of its own weight is preferably used.
As shown in fig. 3, the core sheet 14 of the diaper 1 has an upper core sheet 14a positioned on the skin-facing surface side of the absorbent core 13 and a lower core sheet 14b positioned on the non-skin-facing surface side. As the core-spun sheet 14, for example, tissue paper or water-permeable nonwoven fabric is used. The upper core-spun piece 14a and the lower core-spun piece 14b may be one continuous piece or may be separate pieces. The core sheet 14 may be formed by wrapping the entire absorbent core 13 with 1 sheet, or may be formed by wrapping the absorbent core 13 with 2 or more sheets.
The lower core sheet 14b is joined to the non-skin-facing surface of the absorbent core 13 via the first adhesive 2, and is joined to the skin-facing surface of the back sheet 15 via the second adhesive 3. The first adhesive 2 is an adhesive for bonding the lower core sheet 14b to the non-skin-facing surface of the absorbent core 13, and the second adhesive 3 is an adhesive for bonding the lower core sheet 14b to the skin-facing surface of the back sheet 15. The second adhesive 3 may be arranged in the same pattern in the extending portion that extends beyond the side edge in the width direction Y and the end edge in the longitudinal direction X of the lower core piece 14 b. In this case, the second adhesive 3 bonds the skin-facing surface of the back sheet 15 to either or both of the front sheet 12 and the three-dimensional wrinkle formation sheet 16 in the extending portion. Note that the first adhesive 2 and the second adhesive 3 are terms used for convenience of explanation of the present invention, and the same adhesive may be used for the first adhesive 2 and the second adhesive 3, or different types of adhesives may be used.
As shown in fig. 3, the diaper 1 has a back sheet 15 on the non-skin-facing surface side of the lower wrapping sheet 14 b. The back sheet 15 in the diaper 1 is composed of a laminate of a leakproof sheet 15a comprising a resin film which is impermeable to liquid or hardly permeable to liquid and an outer-covering nonwoven fabric 15b covering the non-skin-facing surface of the leakproof sheet 15 a. The back sheet 15 of the present invention may be constituted only by the leakage preventing sheet 15 a.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the first adhesive 2 is arranged in a stripe shape. Specifically, between the lower wrapsheet 14b and the non-skin-facing surface of the absorbent core 13, the first adhesive agent placement portions 20 where the first adhesive agent 2 is placed and the first adhesive agent non-placement portions 25 where the first adhesive agent 2 is not placed extend in the longitudinal direction X while alternating in the width direction Y. The second adhesive 3 is also arranged in a stripe shape. Specifically, between the lower wrapping sheet 14b and the back sheet 15, the second adhesive arrangement portions 30 where the second adhesive 3 is arranged and the second adhesive non-arrangement portions 35 where the second adhesive 3 is not arranged extend in the longitudinal direction X while alternating in the width direction Y. The length of the first adhesive agent disposition portion 20 and the length of the second adhesive agent disposition portion 30 in the width direction Y may or may not be fixed, respectively, but are preferably fixed as in the present embodiment. The length of the first adhesive non-disposed portion 25 and the length of the second adhesive non-disposed portion 35 in the width direction Y may be fixed as shown in fig. 3 and 4, respectively, or may not be fixed, but are preferably fixed as in the present embodiment.
The lower core sheet 14b has a plurality of non-adhesive portions 5 that are not adhered to both the absorbent core 13 and the back sheet 15 in the width direction Y. Specifically, the non-adhesive portion 5 is a portion of the diaper 1 where the first adhesive non-disposed portion 25 and the second adhesive non-disposed portion 35 overlap, and the first adhesive 2 and the second adhesive 3 are not present in this portion. Further, the plurality of non-adhesive portions 5 extend in the longitudinal direction X in the same manner as the first adhesive non-disposed portion 25 and the second adhesive non-disposed portion 35.
The non-adhesive portion 5 of the lower core sheet 14b may be formed so as to extend in the longitudinal direction X so as not to overlap with the first adhesive agent arrangement portion 20 and not to overlap with the second adhesive agent arrangement portion 30, and the form in which the first adhesive agent non-arrangement portion 25 and the second adhesive agent non-arrangement portion 35 overlap is not particularly limited. That is, the non-adhesive portion 5 may be formed at any position between the first adhesive arrangement portions 20, between the second adhesive arrangement portions 30, and between the first adhesive arrangement portions 20 and the second adhesive arrangement portions 30.
For example, as in the left non-adhesive portion 5 of fig. 6(a), the first adhesive non-disposed portion 25 and the second adhesive non-disposed portion 35 may completely overlap each other to form the non-adhesive portion 5. The first adhesive non-arrangement portion 25 and the second adhesive non-arrangement portion 35 completely overlap includes the following two cases: the case where one of both end portions of the first adhesive non-disposed portion 25 and one of both end portions of the second adhesive non-disposed portion 35 in the width direction Y completely coincide with each other, and the case where both end portions of one adhesive non-disposed portion in the width direction Y extend to the outside of both side portions of the other adhesive non-disposed portion.
As in the right non-adhesive portion 5 of fig. 6(a), the non-adhesive portion 5 may be formed by partially overlapping the two adhesive non-disposed portions 25 and 35. In this case, the non-adhesive portions 5 are formed on both sides of the first adhesive agent disposition portion 20 or the second adhesive agent disposition portion 30 in the width direction Y.
According to the diaper 1 of the present embodiment, since the lower core sheet 14b has the non-adhesive portion 5 which is not bonded to both the absorbent core 13 and the back sheet 15, the lower core sheet 14b is easily stretched in the width direction Y, and when the absorbent body 11 absorbs excretory fluid, the absorbent body 11 is easily swollen as a whole (see fig. 7), and swelling inhibition which is a phenomenon of inhibiting swelling of the absorbent polymer or the absorbent body is not easily generated. Therefore, the absorbent capacity of the absorbent polymer is effectively utilized, and the absorbent body 11 exhibits excellent absorption performance.
On the other hand, if the adhesive is applied over the entire skin-facing surface or non-skin-facing surface of the lower core sheet 14b, the absorbent body 11 may be less likely to bulge, or swelling inhibition of the water-absorbent polymer may occur, and the absorption capacity of the water-absorbent polymer in the absorbent body 11 may not be sufficiently exhibited.
From the viewpoint of efficient extension of the respective members of the absorbent core 13, the lower core sheet 14b, and the back sheet 15 in the width direction Y and from the viewpoint of easy formation of the non-adhesive section 5, it is preferable that the arrangement pitch of the first adhesive arrangement sections 20 in the width direction Y in which the first adhesive 2 is arranged is shorter than the arrangement pitch of the second adhesive arrangement sections 30 in the width direction Y in which the second adhesive 3 is arranged. As shown in fig. 5(a), the length of the arrangement pitch Pa of the first adhesive agent arrangement portion 20 is the total length of the length Wa of the first adhesive agent arrangement portion 20 and the length Da of the first adhesive agent non-arrangement portion 25 in the width direction Y. As shown in fig. 5(b), the length of the arrangement pitch Pb of the second adhesive arrangement portion 30 is the total length of the length Wb of the second adhesive arrangement portion 30 and the length Db of the second adhesive non-arrangement portion 35 in the width direction Y.
The arrangement pitch Pa [ see fig. 5(a) ] of the first adhesive agent arrangement portion 20 is preferably 10% or more, more preferably 15% or more, further preferably 85% or less, more preferably 50% or less, further preferably 10% or more and 85% or less, and further preferably 15% or more and 50% or less, with respect to the arrangement pitch Pb [ see fig. 5(b) ] of the second adhesive agent arrangement portion 30.
The difference between the arrangement pitch Pa [ see fig. 5(a) ] of the first adhesive agent arrangement portions 20 and the arrangement pitch Pb [ see fig. 5(b) ] of the second adhesive agent arrangement portions 30 is preferably 1mm or more, more preferably 10mm or more, further preferably 45mm or less, more preferably 35mm or less, further preferably 1mm or more and 45mm or less, more preferably 10mm or more and 35mm or less.
From the same viewpoint, it is preferable that the first adhesive agent arrangement portion 20 is longer in length in the width direction Y than the second adhesive agent arrangement portion 30.
The length Wa [ see fig. 5(a) ] of the first adhesive agent arrangement portion 20 in the width direction Y is preferably 120% or more, more preferably 150% or more, and further preferably 400% or less, more preferably 300% or less, and further preferably 120% or more and 400% or less, and further preferably 150% or more and 300% or less, with respect to the length Wb [ see fig. 5(b) ] of the second adhesive agent arrangement portion 30 in the width direction Y.
The difference between the length Wa [ see fig. 5(a) ] of the first adhesive agent disposition portion 20 in the width direction Y and the length Wb [ see fig. 5(b) ] of the second adhesive agent disposition portion 30 in the width direction Y is preferably 0.5mm or more, more preferably 1.0mm or more, further preferably 3.0mm or less, more preferably 2.5mm or less, further preferably 0.5mm or more and 3.0mm or less, and more preferably 1.0mm or more and 2.5mm or less.
The first stripe arrangement region 21 is a region in which the first adhesive 2 is arranged in a stripe shape, and includes a first adhesive arrangement portion 20 and a first adhesive non-arrangement portion 25.
From the viewpoint of suppressing the inhibition of swelling of the absorbent body 11 and balancing the bonding strength between the absorbent core 13 and the lower core-covering sheet 14b, the first adhesive 2 is preferably arranged in the following dimensions.
The length W1 (see fig. 4) of the first stripe arrangement region 21 in the width direction Y is preferably the same as the maximum length W13 (see fig. 4) of the absorbent core 13 in the width direction Y. Here, "the same" means that the ratio of the length W1 of the first stripe arrangement region 21 in the width direction Y to the maximum length W13 of the absorbent core 13 in the direction Y is within 10%. The length L1 (see fig. 4) of the first stripe arrangement region 21 in the longitudinal direction X is preferably the same as the total length L13 (see fig. 4) of the absorbent core 13 in the longitudinal direction X. Here, "the same" means that the ratio of the length L1 of the first stripe arrangement region 21 in the longitudinal direction X to the total length L13 of the absorbent core 13 in the direction X is within 10%.
The length Wa [ see fig. 5(a) ] of the first adhesive agent arrangement portion 20 in the width direction Y is preferably 20% or more, more preferably 30% or more, further preferably 80% or less, more preferably 70% or less, further preferably 20% or more and 80% or less, and more preferably 30% or more and 70% or less with respect to the arrangement pitch Pa of the first adhesive agent arrangement portion 20.
The length Wa [ see fig. 5(a) ] of the first adhesive agent disposition portion 20 in the width direction Y is preferably 1.0mm or more, more preferably 1.5mm or more, and further preferably 5.0mm or less, more preferably 4.0mm or less, and further preferably 1.0mm or more and 5.0mm or less, and more preferably 1.5mm or more and 4.0mm or less.
The length Da [ see fig. 5(a) ] of the first adhesive non-arrangement portion 25 in the width direction Y is preferably 0.5mm or more, more preferably 1.0mm or more, and further preferably 5.0mm or less, more preferably 4.0mm or less, and further preferably 0.5mm or more and 5.0mm or less, and further preferably 1.0mm or more and 4.0mm or less.
The second stripe arrangement region 31 is a region in which the second adhesive 3 is arranged in a stripe shape, and is a region including the second adhesive arrangement portion 30 and the second adhesive non-arrangement portion 35. As described above, the second adhesive 3 may be arranged in the same pattern in the extending portion beyond the side edge of the lower core piece 14b in the width direction Y, but in this case, not only the portion overlapping the lower core piece 14b but also the second adhesive arrangement portion 20 arranged beyond the side edge of the lower core piece 14b in the width direction Y is included as the second stripe arrangement region 31.
From the viewpoint of suppressing the inhibition of swelling of the absorbent body 11 and balancing the bonding strength between the lower core sheet 14b and the back sheet 15, the second adhesive 3 is preferably disposed within the following range and dimensions.
The second stripe arrangement region 31 preferably extends over the entire region of the lower core piece 14b in the width direction Y, and more preferably extends to the outside in the width direction Y than the lower core piece 14 b. The length W2 (see fig. 4) of the second stripe arrangement region 31 in the width direction Y is preferably longer than the maximum length W14b (see fig. 4) of the lower core piece 14b in the same direction Y. The second stripe arrangement region 31 preferably extends over the entire length of the lower core piece 14b in the longitudinal direction X, and more preferably extends to the outside in the longitudinal direction X than the lower core piece 14 b. The length L2 (see fig. 4) of the second stripe arrangement region 31 in the longitudinal direction X is preferably longer than the entire length L14b (see fig. 4) of the lower core sheet 14b in the same direction X, more preferably equal to the entire length of the leakage preventive sheet 15a in the same direction X, and even more preferably equal to the entire length of the absorbent article in the same direction X.
The length Wb [ see fig. 5(b) ] of the second adhesive agent arrangement portion 30 in the width direction Y is preferably 2.5% or more, more preferably 3% or more, further preferably 15% or less, more preferably 10% or less, further preferably 2.5% or more and 15% or less, and more preferably 3% or more and 10% or less, with respect to the arrangement pitch Pb of the second adhesive agent arrangement portion 30.
The length Wb [ see fig. 5(b) ] of the second adhesive agent disposition portion 30 in the width direction Y is preferably 0.5mm or more, more preferably 1.0mm or more, and further preferably 3.0mm or less, more preferably 2.5mm or less, and further preferably 0.5mm or more and 3.0mm or less, and further preferably 1.0mm or more and 2.5mm or less.
The length Db [ see fig. 5(b) ] of the second adhesive non-arrangement portion 35 in the width direction Y is preferably 3mm or more, more preferably 5mm or more, and further preferably 50mm or less, more preferably 40mm or less, and further preferably 3mm or more and 50mm or less, and more preferably 5mm or more and 40mm or less.
From the viewpoint of further suppressing the inhibition of swelling of the absorbent body 11, the length W5 (see fig. 6 (a)) of the non-adhesive section 5 in the width direction Y is preferably 20% or more, more preferably 40% or more, and further preferably 100% or less, more preferably 80% or less, and further preferably 20% or more and 100% or less, and more preferably 40% or more and 80% or less, with respect to the length Da (see fig. 6 (a)) of the first adhesive non-disposed section 25 in the width direction Y.
The sum of the lengths W5 [ see fig. 6(a) ] of the non-adhesive portions 5 in the width direction Y is preferably 15% or more, more preferably 25% or more, further preferably 75% or less, more preferably 65% or less, further preferably 15% or more and 75% or less, and more preferably 25% or more and 65% or less, with respect to the sum of the lengths Db [ see fig. 6(a) ] of the second adhesive non-disposed portions 35 in the width direction Y.
The length W5 [ see fig. 6(a) ] of the non-adhesive portion 5 in the width direction Y is preferably 0.5mm or more, more preferably 1.0mm or more, and further preferably 4.0mm or less, more preferably 2.5mm or less, and further preferably 0.5mm or more and 4.0mm or less, and more preferably 1.0mm or more and 2.5mm or less.
From the same viewpoint, the non-adhesive section 5 preferably extends continuously over the entire length of the absorbent body 11 in the longitudinal direction X, and more preferably is equal to the entire length of the absorbent article. When the length of the first adhesive 2 and the second adhesive 3 in the longitudinal direction X is shorter than the entire length of the absorbent article (diaper 1), the non-adhesive section 5 may be formed so as to extend to a portion outside the edges of both the adhesives 2 and 3 in the longitudinal direction X, that is, a portion where both the adhesives 2 and 3 are not present in the longitudinal direction X, and be continuous with the first adhesive non-arranged section 25 and the second adhesive non-arranged section 35.
The second adhesive 3 in the diaper 1 has a weak adhesive 3a and a strong adhesive 3b disposed at different positions from each other. As the second adhesive 3, various adhesives that bond the lower core sheet and the back sheet with different adhesive strengths may be used. For example, as the second adhesive, it is preferable that the adhesive disposed in the central region in the width direction Y and the adhesives disposed in the side regions sandwiching the central region are different in adhesive strength when wet, and it is more preferable that the adhesive having stronger adhesive strength when wet than the adhesive disposed in the central region is disposed in each of the side regions. According to this configuration, when the absorbent body 11 is wetted with the excretory fluid, the central portion of the absorbent body 11 in the width direction Y is easily extended in the width direction Y, and swelling inhibition of the absorbent body 11 can be further suppressed. The adhesive strength when wet is an adhesive strength in a state where the absorbent body 11 is supposed to be wet by being in contact with the excretory fluid. The magnitude of the adhesive strength when wet was confirmed by the following method.
< confirmation test of the magnitude of adhesive Strength >
An arbitrary portion where the absorbent core 13 is present is cut along the width direction Y of the diaper 1, and the cut portion is gradually soaked with water by a sprayer around a portion corresponding to the lower covering sheet 14 b. A force was applied in the direction in which the lower core sheet 14b and the back sheet 15 were peeled off to confirm whether or not the lower core sheet 14b and the back sheet 15 were peeled off without breaking, and if not, the water content was further increased. This operation is repeated until the lower core sheet 14b and the back sheet 15 are completely peeled off. The magnitude of the adhesive strength when wet can be determined from the amount of water impregnated when the lower core sheet 14b and the back sheet 15 are completely peeled off.
In this method, the lower core sheet 14b and the back sheet 15 are peeled off from each other by a smaller amount of water impregnated into the arrangement region of the weak adhesive 3a than the arrangement region of the strong adhesive 3 b.
The weak adhesive 3a is preferably disposed in the central region M of the lower core piece 14b in the width direction Y, and the central region M is preferably disposed in a central region when the maximum length W14b of the lower core piece 14b in the width direction Y is trisected into 3 regions.
The strong adhesive 3b is preferably disposed in 2 regions on both sides when the maximum length W14b of the lower core-spun sheet 14b in the width direction Y is trisected into 3 regions.
In the diaper 1, the back sheet 15 has a leakproof sheet 15a and an outer-covering nonwoven fabric 15 b. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the leakproof sheet 15a and the outer-covering nonwoven fabric 15b are joined together via the third adhesive 4 arranged in stripes. The third adhesive 4 is an adhesive for bonding the leakproof sheet 15a to the exterior nonwoven fabric 15 b. The third adhesive is also a term used for convenience of explanation of the present invention, and the same adhesive as the first adhesive or the second adhesive, or an adhesive of a different type may be used as the third adhesive.
The third adhesive 4 is arranged by spacing the plurality of third adhesive arrangement parts 40 on which the third adhesive 4 is arranged in the width direction Y. That is, the third adhesive arrangement portions 40 and the third adhesive non-arrangement portions 45 where the third adhesive 4 is not arranged are formed to extend in the longitudinal direction X alternately in the width direction Y. The third adhesive agent arrangement portions 40 may or may not be fixed at a fixed interval as shown in fig. 3 and 4, but are preferably fixed as in the present embodiment. Between the third adhesive-disposed parts 40, there is a third adhesive-non-disposed part 45 where the leakproof sheet 15a and the outer-covering nonwoven fabric 15b are not joined. Hereinafter, a region in which the third adhesive 4 is arranged in stripes, that is, a region including the third adhesive arrangement parts 40 and the third adhesive non-arrangement parts 45 is also referred to as a third stripe arrangement region 41.
When the leakproof sheet 15a and the outer-covering nonwoven fabric 15b are joined by the third adhesive 4 arranged in a stripe pattern as described above, the hand of the outer-covering nonwoven fabric 15b, particularly the touch of the non-skin-facing surface of the outer-covering nonwoven fabric 15b, can be made soft while maintaining the joining strength between the outer-covering nonwoven fabric 15b and the leakproof sheet 15a during wearing (mounting) or during wearing. In addition, when a sheet having moisture permeability is used as the leakproof sheet 15a, the diaper 1 can be made less likely to be wet because a decrease in moisture permeability can be suppressed.
Further, if the third adhesive non-disposed section 45 and the non-adhesive section 5 overlap each other in a plan view of the diaper 1 (absorbent article), the inhibition of swelling of the absorbent body 11 can be further suppressed. Hereinafter, the portion where the third adhesive non-arranged portion 45 overlaps the non-adhesive portion 5 is also referred to as a non-adhesive overlapping portion 6. In the non-adhesive repeat portion 6, none of the first adhesive 2, the second adhesive 3, and the third adhesive 4 is present.
From the viewpoint of more reliably achieving the above-described effects, the length W6 [ see fig. 6(b) ] of the non-adhesive repeating section 6 in the width direction Y is preferably 20% or more, more preferably 40% or more, and further preferably 100% or less, more preferably 80% or less, and further preferably 20% or more and 100% or less, and more preferably 40% or more and 80% or less, with respect to the length W5 [ see fig. 6(b) ] of the non-adhesive section 5 in the width direction Y.

Further, the length W6 [ see fig. 6(b) ] of the non-adhesive repeat portion 6 in the width direction Y is preferably 0.5mm or more, more preferably 1.0mm or more, and further preferably 3.5mm or less, more preferably 2.0mm or less, and further preferably 0.5mm or more and 3.5mm or less, and further preferably 1.0mm or more and 2.0mm or less.
From the same viewpoint, the non-adhesive repeat portion 6 preferably extends continuously over the entire length of the absorbent body 11 in the longitudinal direction X, and more preferably is equal to the entire length of the product.
In view of effectively extending the members of the lower core sheet 14b, the leakproof sheet 15a and the outer-cover nonwoven fabric 15b in the width direction Y and further suppressing the inhibition of swelling of the absorbent body 11, and in view of facilitating the overlapping of the non-adhesive sections 5 and the third adhesive non-arranged sections 45, it is preferable that the arrangement pitch of the second adhesive arranged sections 30 in the width direction Y be longer than that of the third adhesive arranged sections 40. As shown in fig. 5(c), the length of the arrangement pitch Pc of the third adhesive arrangement parts 40 is the total length of the length Wc of the third adhesive arrangement parts 40 and the length Dc of the third adhesive non-arrangement parts 45 in the width direction Y.
