Abstract
本发明涉及一种弹簧补偿式活动阀座旋塞阀,主要用于流体介质输送管道。它主要包括阀体、旋塞、弹簧垫圈、阀座、上阀盖、下阀盖、密封用O型圈等零部件。该阀门执行机构连接在旋塞上部,旋塞设有通孔,阀座安装在旋塞上,执行机构带动旋塞及其上面的阀座在阀体内做旋转运动。阀座与阀体内壁面形成密封副,通过旋转开启或关闭流通通道。该阀门通过弹簧的补偿力可以有效的保证密封副的紧密贴合,提高密封性。且将阀座设计成背面通过流通孔与介质相通,通过阀座背面与密封面受压面积不对称结构,阀座背面的受压面积大于密封面面积,工作时阀座密封面与阀座背面会产生一定压力差,阀座背面大于密封面侧压力,所以介质压力越高密封性越好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种弹簧补偿式活动阀座旋塞阀,该装置为快速开关式直通阀,主要由于火电、核电、石化、天然气、暖通等行业的介质输送管道上作为启闭装置使用。
背景技术
现有的旋塞阀一般采用锥形旋塞硬密封机构,且密封副一般为固定结构,阀门在在温度变化或工作一段时间后由于磨损,密封面不能很好的配合在一起导致阀门泄露;同时,当介质含有悬浮性颗粒时,密封副之间不能很好的调节会导致卡涩事件的出现;另外,在高压工作时由于密封比压不够也会导致阀门的泄露。本文涉及的弹簧补偿式活动阀座旋塞阀很好的解决了旋塞阀在工作中出现的以上问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是设计一种弹簧补偿式活动阀座旋塞阀,有效解决阀门密封力的补偿及高压泄露问题。
本发明的技术方案是提供一种弹簧补偿式活动阀座旋塞阀,它主要包括下阀盖(1)、阀盖密封O型圈(2)、阀体(3)、蝶簧(4)、旋塞(5)、阀座(6)、阀座密封O型圈(7)、上阀盖(8)、执行机构(9)、旋塞密封O型圈(10)。其特征是:阀座(6)装于旋塞(5)内通过阀座密封O型圈(7)进行密封,阀座(6)背面装有蝶簧(4)组,进行压力补偿,同时阀座(6)设计成背面通过流通孔与介质想通,通过阀座背面与密封面受压面积不对称结构,阀座(6)背面的受压面积大于密封面面积,工作时阀座密封面与阀座背面会产生一定压力差,阀座背面大于密封面侧压力,介质压力越高密封性越好,以上组件一同装入阀体内部,阀座(6)密封面与阀体内腔壁面形成密封副;上阀盖(8)、下阀盖(1)通过螺栓与阀体(3)连接定位旋塞(5)等内部构件,同时通过阀盖密封O型圈(2)、旋塞密封O型圈(10)进行密封;执行机构(9)与旋塞(5)上部通过方形配合的轴孔相连,执行机构(9)的旋转直接带动旋塞(5)及阀座等部件在阀体内部旋转,旋塞(5)开有与阀体通道等径的通孔,通孔90°方向装有双侧阀座,通过旋塞(5)的旋转交替开启关闭阀门。
本发明的有益效果是:弹簧补偿式活动阀座中压缩蝶簧组件产生弹簧力作为补偿力,有效保证阀座与阀体内腔壁面密封副的紧密配合;通过阀座背面与介质相通及阀座背面与密封面受压面积不对称结构,有效地解决了阀门在高压差下的泄露问题。

具体实施方式
在图1所示实施例中,
将阀门通过焊接或其他方式安装在管道上。开启时,旋转执行机构运动,执行机构带动旋塞转动,当旋塞上的通孔与阀体通道联通时阀门开启,介质流通;关闭时,同样旋转执行机构运动,执行机构带动旋塞转动,当旋塞上的阀座转到与阀体通道同一轴线时,阀座密封面与阀体内腔壁面形成关闭的密封副,阀门关闭,阻断介质流通。

1.一种弹簧补偿式活动阀座旋塞阀,其特征在于:它主要由下阀盖(1)、阀盖密封O型圈(2)、阀体(3)、蝶簧(4)、旋塞(5)、阀座(6)、阀座密封O型圈(7)、上阀盖(8)、执行机构(9)、旋塞密封O型圈(10)组成;阀座(6)装于旋塞(5)内通过阀座密封O型圈(7)进行密封,阀座(6)背面装有蝶簧(4)组,进行压力补偿,有效保证阀座与阀体内腔壁面密封副的紧密配合,同时阀座(6)设计成背面通过流通孔与介质相通,通过阀座背面与密封面受压面积不对称结构,阀座(6)背面的受压面积大于密封面面积,工作时阀座密封面与阀座背面会产生一定压力差,阀座背面大于密封面侧压力,介质压力越高密封性越好,以上组件一同装入阀体内部,阀座(6)密封面与阀体内腔壁面形成密封副;上阀盖(8)、下阀盖(1)通过螺栓与阀体(3)连接定位旋塞(5)内部构件,同时通过阀盖密封O型圈(2)、旋塞密封O型圈(10)进行密封;执行机构(9)与旋塞(5)上部通过方形配合的轴孔相连,执行机构(9)的旋转直接带动旋塞(5)及阀座在阀体内部旋转,旋塞(5)开有与阀体通道等径的通孔,通孔90°方向装有双侧阀座,通过旋塞(5)的旋转交替开启关闭阀门。
