Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the present invention provides an electronic atomizer, which comprises a suction nozzle 110, an oil absorbing cotton 130, an oil cup 150, a silica gel bracket 170, a heating body 190, a plastic bracket 210, a base 230, a thimble 250 and a silica gel seat 270.
The suction nozzle 110 has a suction opening 112, and in this embodiment, the suction nozzle 110 is a flat half-shell, which can minimize the height of the suction nozzle portion of the electronic atomizer.
The lower end of the oil cup 150 is opened, the upper end is closed and a channel 152 communicated outwards is established, the upper end of the channel 152 is communicated with the suction port 112, a silica gel bracket 170 is tightly mounted at the lower end of the channel 152, an air outlet 172 is formed at the upper end of the silica gel bracket 170, and the channel 152 is communicated, and more specifically, the forming part of the air outlet 172 is tightly matched with the lower end of the channel 152. The silica gel bracket 170 is also provided with an oil passing through hole 174 which is independent of and not communicated with the air outlet 172. More specifically, the silica gel holder 170 has a "T" shaped air flow intersection where the middle path terminates in an air outlet 172 and the two side bypasses form part of the air port 200. The oil cup 150 has an oil filler hole 154 provided in a side wall thereof, and the oil filler hole 154 is detachably provided with a silicone plug 156 for sealing.
The edge of the suction nozzle 110 is connected with the edge of the oil cup 150 in an ultrasonic manner, and oil absorbing cotton 130 is arranged between the suction nozzle 110 and the upper end of the oil cup 150 and used for absorbing condensate.
The upper end of the heating element 190 is provided with an oil seepage groove 192, the oil seepage groove 192 is abutted to the oil passing through holes 174, the upper part of the heating element 190 is arranged in the silica gel bracket 170, in the embodiment, the heating element 190 is a ceramic heating element, the upper end of the heating element 190 is provided with a left oil seepage groove 192, a middle oil seepage groove 192 and a right oil seepage groove 192, wherein the left oil seepage groove and the right oil seepage groove respectively correspond to the two oil passing through holes 174 of the silica gel bracket 170.
The plastic bracket 210 is provided with an inner mounting hole 212, the heating element 190 and the silica gel bracket 170 are assembled and then are mounted in the inner mounting hole 212, and the plastic bracket 210 and the silica gel bracket 170 are jointly formed with a vent 200 which is communicated with the heating element lower heating wire 194 and the channel 152.
The base 230 is mounted to the lower end opening of the oil cup 150. The base 230 is mounted with a magnet 232 for magnetically coupling with an external battery pole assembly.
The silica gel seat 270 is disposed between the base 230 and the plastic bracket 210, and the thimble 250 is mounted to the silica gel seat 270. Thimble 250 is connected to lower heating wire 194 of heating element 190, and thimble 250 exposes a surface (not shown) for electrical connection with an external battery pole assembly at the lower surface of base 230.
The electronic atomizer of the present invention further has a chip 290 mounted adjacent to the base 230 and electrically connected to the ejector pins 250. The chip 290 is an encryption chip, and is used for limiting the matched external battery pole assembly, so that the battery pole assembly which does not meet the encryption information requirement cannot be conducted for use. And the chip 290 also has a bluetooth function for wireless control.

the oil cup (150), the lower end of the oil cup (150) is opened, the upper end is closed and a channel (152) communicated outwards is established, one end of the channel (152) is communicated with the suction port (112), a silica gel bracket (170) is closely arranged at the other end of the channel (152), an air outlet (172) is formed in the upper end of the silica gel bracket (170) and is communicated with the channel (152), the silica gel bracket (170) is further provided with an oil passing through hole (174), and the oil passing through hole (174) and the air outlet (172) are mutually independent;
the upper end of the heating body (190) is provided with an oil seepage groove (192), the oil seepage groove (192) is in butt joint with the oil passing through hole (174), and the upper part of the heating body (190) is arranged in the silica gel bracket (170);
the plastic support (210) is internally provided with an installation inner hole (212), the heating element (190) and the silica gel support (170) are installed into the installation inner hole (212) after being assembled, and the plastic support (210) and the silica gel support (170) are jointly formed with a vent (200) which is communicated with a heating wire (194) at the lower end of the heating element (190) and the channel (152);
a base (230) mounted to a lower end opening of the oil cup (150);
the thimble (250) is connected to a heating wire of the heating body (190), and the thimble (250) exposes a surface for electric connection on the lower surface of the base (230);
a silica gel seat (270) is arranged between the base (230) and the plastic bracket (210), and the thimble (250) is arranged on the silica gel seat (270);
the heating body (190) is a ceramic heating body, the upper end of the heating body (190) is provided with a left oil seepage groove (192), a middle oil seepage groove and a right oil seepage groove (192), wherein the left oil seepage groove and the right oil seepage groove respectively correspond to the two oil passing through holes (174) of the silica gel bracket (170);
the silica gel bracket (170) is provided with a T-shaped air flow intersection, wherein the tail end of a middle path is the air outlet (172), and two side bypasses are component parts of the air vent (200).
2. The electronic atomizer of claim 1 further having a chip (290) mounted adjacent said base (230) in electrical communication with said thimble (250).
3. The electronic atomizer according to claim 1, wherein the suction nozzle (110) is ultrasonically connected to the rim of the oil cup (150).
4. The electronic atomizer according to claim 1, wherein an oil absorbing cotton (130) is arranged between the suction nozzle (110) and the upper end of the oil cup (150).
5. An electronic atomizer according to claim 1, wherein the base (230) is fitted with a magnet (232) for magnetically coupling with an external battery stem assembly.
6. The electronic atomizer according to claim 1, wherein an oil filler hole (154) is provided in a side wall of the oil cup (150), and a silicone plug (156) is detachably mounted in the oil filler hole (154).
7. The electronic nebulizer of claim 2, wherein the chip (290) is an encryption chip.
