本发明实施例公开了数据传输方法及设备,包括:终端通过无调度方式grant‑free发送上行数据;所述终端在目标时间窗口内检测调度信息,并生成检测结果,所述调度信息用于指示数据传输信道的配置信息;所述终端根据所述检测结果确定是否重复发送所述上行数据。本发明实施例有利于降低数据传输时延,提高数据传输效率、智能性和稳定性。
