本发明涉及一种杀虫剂干悬浮剂,包括以下原料:氟啶虫酰胺、四氯虫酰胺、烷基萘磺酸盐、木质素磺酸钙、海藻酸钠、阿拉伯胶、糊精、消泡剂、高岭土、陶土。本发明加工成的杀虫剂干悬浮剂具有良好的流动性、分散性、崩解性和悬浮性,贮存和使用过程更加安全;通过蒋氟啶虫酰胺和四氯虫酰胺复配使用,增效作用明显,杀虫效果显著,尤其是对繁殖能力强、寄主范围广的小菜蛾杀伤力明显。

本发明涉及农药杀虫剂领域,具体地,涉及一种杀虫剂干悬浮剂及其加工方法。
背景技术
氟啶虫酰胺是一种吡啶酰胺类杀虫剂,其对靶标具有新的作用机理,对乙酰胆碱酯酶和烟酰胆碱受体无作用,对蚜虫有较好的神经毒性和快速拒食作用,具有内吸性强和较好的传导活性、用量少,活性高、持效期强的特点。与有机磷、氨基甲酸酯和除虫菊酯类农药无交叉作用,并有很好的环境相容性。对抗有机磷、氨基甲酸酯和拟除虫菊酯的棉蚜也有较高的活性。对其他一些刺吸式口器害虫同样有效。
农药干悬浮剂是一种继水悬浮剂和水分散粒剂之后发展的一种环境友好型农药新剂型,兼具水悬浮剂和水分散粒剂的一切优点,具有分散性好、崩解迅速、悬浮持久、无粉尘飞扬和运输贮存方便的特点。近年来,干悬浮剂已经呈萌芽态势,势必在未来的几年中发展迅速,大受市场欢迎。

本发明的目的在于:提供一种杀虫剂干悬浮剂及其加工方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种杀虫剂干悬浮剂,包括以下原料:
氟啶虫酰胺、四氯虫酰胺、烷基萘磺酸盐、木质素磺酸钙、海藻酸钠、阿拉伯胶、糊精、消泡剂、高岭土、陶土。
优选地,一种杀虫剂干悬浮剂,各原料具体的重量份数如下:
氟啶虫酰胺35-55份、四氯虫酰胺3-8份、烷基萘磺酸盐1-5份、木质素磺酸钙8-15份、海藻酸钠2-6份、阿拉伯胶0.5-1.5份、糊精0.5-1.5份、消泡剂0.2-0.5份、高岭土8-15份、陶土8-15份。
优选地,一种杀虫剂干悬浮剂,各原料具体的重量份数如下:
氟啶虫酰胺45份、四氯虫酰胺5份、烷基萘磺酸盐2份、木质素磺酸钙12份、海藻酸钠4份、阿拉伯胶1份、糊精0.8份、消泡剂0.3份、高岭土10份、陶土12份。
一种杀虫剂干悬浮剂的加工方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)将氟啶虫酰胺、四氯虫酰胺、烷基萘磺酸盐、木质素磺酸钙、海藻酸钠、阿拉伯胶、糊精、消泡剂、高岭土、陶土和适量水混合,得到浆料;
(2)将混合均匀后的浆料经砂磨机砂磨;
(3)砂磨后,将混合物进行喷雾干燥、造粒,得到杀虫剂干悬浮剂。
优选地,步骤(2)中砂磨后的浆料粒径为2-4μm。
优选地,步骤(3)中喷雾干燥的条件如下:
热风进口温度控制在118-148℃,冷风出口温度为66-76℃,雾化压力为5×104-50×104kPa,进料流量为12-19mL/min。
优选地,步骤(3)中喷雾干燥的条件如下:
热风进口温度控制在138℃,冷风出口温度为74℃,雾化压力为35×104kPa,进料流量为14mL/min。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明加工成的杀虫剂干悬浮剂具有良好的流动性、分散性、崩解性和悬浮性,贮存和使用过程更加安全;通过将氟啶虫酰胺和四氯虫酰胺复配使用,增效作用明显,杀虫效果显著,尤其是对繁殖能力强、寄主范围广的小菜蛾杀伤力明显。

一种杀虫剂干悬浮剂,各原料具体的重量份数如下:
氟啶虫酰胺35份、四氯虫酰胺3份、烷基萘磺酸盐1份、木质素磺酸钙8份、海藻酸钠2份、阿拉伯胶0.5份、糊精0.5份、消泡剂0.2份、高岭土8份、陶土8份。
上述杀虫剂干悬浮剂的加工方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)将氟啶虫酰胺、四氯虫酰胺、烷基萘磺酸盐、木质素磺酸钙、海藻酸钠、阿拉伯胶、糊精、消泡剂、高岭土、陶土和适量水混合,得到浆料;
(2)将混合均匀后的浆料经砂磨机砂磨,砂磨后的浆料粒径为2-4μm。
(3)砂磨后,将混合物进行喷雾干燥、造粒,得到杀虫剂干悬浮剂;其中,喷雾干燥的条件如下:热风进口温度控制在118℃,冷风出口温度为66℃,雾化压力为5×104kPa,进料流量为19mL/min。

氟啶虫酰胺55份、四氯虫酰胺8份、烷基萘磺酸盐5份、木质素磺酸钙15份、海藻酸钠6份、阿拉伯胶1.5份、糊精1.5份、消泡剂0.5份、高岭土15份、陶土15份。
上述杀虫剂干悬浮剂的加工方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)将氟啶虫酰胺、四氯虫酰胺、烷基萘磺酸盐、木质素磺酸钙、海藻酸钠、阿拉伯胶、糊精、消泡剂、高岭土、陶土和适量水混合,得到浆料;
(2)将混合均匀后的浆料经砂磨机砂磨,砂磨后的浆料粒径为2-4μm。

氟啶虫酰胺、四氯虫酰胺、烷基萘磺酸盐、木质素磺酸钙、海藻酸钠、阿拉伯胶、糊精、消泡剂、高岭土、陶土。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种杀虫剂干悬浮剂,其特征在于:各原料具体的重量份数如下:
氟啶虫酰胺35-55份、四氯虫酰胺3-8份、烷基萘磺酸盐1-5份、木质素磺酸钙8-15份、海藻酸钠2-6份、阿拉伯胶0.5-1.5份、糊精0.5-1.5份、消泡剂0.2-0.5份、高岭土8-15份、陶土8-15份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种杀虫剂干悬浮剂,其特征在于:各原料具体的重量份数如下:
氟啶虫酰胺45份、四氯虫酰胺5份、烷基萘磺酸盐2份、木质素磺酸钙12份、海藻酸钠4份、阿拉伯胶1份、糊精0.8份、消泡剂0.3份、高岭土10份、陶土12份。
4.一种如权利要求1-3任意一项所述的杀虫剂干悬浮剂的加工方法,其特征在于:具体步骤如下:
(1)将氟啶虫酰胺、四氯虫酰胺、烷基萘磺酸盐、木质素磺酸钙、海藻酸钠、阿拉伯胶、糊精、消泡剂、高岭土、陶土和适量水混合,得到浆料;
(2)将混合均匀后的浆料经砂磨机砂磨;
(3)砂磨后,将混合物进行喷雾干燥、造粒,得到杀虫剂干悬浮剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的杀虫剂干悬浮剂的加工方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中砂磨后的浆料粒径为2-4μm。
6.根据权利要求4所述的杀虫剂干悬浮剂的加工方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中喷雾干燥的条件如下:
热风进口温度控制在118-148℃,冷风出口温度为66-76℃,雾化压力为5×104-50×104kPa,进料流量为12-19mL/min。
