Displaying the content information of each attachment in the attachment list, wherein the content information comprises a case identification identifier and a file type;
Finding out a corresponding case in a case management system according to the case identification mark;
Presenting the queried case information in the accessory list, updating the case into case information corresponding to the file type, and uploading the accessory to the case;
the case information comprises a case state, basic information and a processing task, and the steps of updating the case into the case information corresponding to the file type and uploading the accessory to the case specifically comprise the following steps:
updating the file type to the file state of the file corresponding to the file type;
Updating the basic information of the case corresponding to the file type;
generating a processing task corresponding to the file type, and uploading the accessory to the processing task; the processing task refers to a case task to be processed by a user.
