Abstract
The invention provides a zoning spraying device for intercropping, which belongs to the field of agricultural plant protection products and comprises a rod body and a plurality of zoning curtain plates; the zoning curtain plates are arranged on one side of the rod body at intervals in parallel; the zoning curtain plates are used for isolating two adjacent crops, and a spraying component is arranged between the two adjacent zoning curtain plates; the spray assembly includes a first spray head and a second spray head that are separately disposed. The zoning spraying device solves the problem of intercropping spraying pesticides, can spray two pesticides for two crops at the same time, and the two pesticides cannot affect the crops which are not aimed at, the two variable spraying systems can adjust the spraying quantity of the corresponding spray heads so as to achieve the purpose of precise spraying, and meanwhile, the distance between the zoning curtain plate and the spraying assembly can be adjusted through the T-shaped movable sliding chute according to the sizes and the intervals of different crop zones so as to achieve the ideal spraying effect.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of agricultural plant protection products, in particular to a zoning spraying device for intercropping.
Background
In the intercropping mode of crops, when the crops are in the symbiotic period, different pesticides are needed to be sprayed on different crops. At present, no spraying technology specially aiming at intercropping exists, and pesticides are easy to spray on one crop to the other crop when being sprayed, so that the growth of the other crop is influenced. Moreover, spray heads mounted on spray bars of current plant protection machines are often immovable, and the spray heads are only distributed on the spray bars according to a certain distance.
The common plant protection machinery can only spray one pesticide in the operation, and the pesticide recovery device is not used, so that the pesticide is wasted and the environment is polluted.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a zoning spraying device for intercropping, which aims to solve the problems of the zoning spraying device for intercropping in the prior art.

in this embodiment, the rod body 2 includes a first branch rod and a second branch rod which are hinged, and the rod body 2 is designed through the foldable rod body 2, so that the rod body 2 is convenient to store, and the pesticide spraying can be implemented on a crop strip which is wide enough and is intercropped as much as possible during use. In other embodiments, the same effect can be achieved by splicing multiple sub-rods, or two sub-rods in the embodiment are set to be more sub-rods, so as to improve the storage capacity.
One side of the rod body 2 is provided with an anti-slip chute 22, and the zoning curtain plate 1 is installed through the anti-slip chute 22. In this embodiment, the anti-slip groove 22 is a T-shaped groove, and in other embodiments, a dovetail groove or other groove designs with radial abutment surfaces may be used, where the groove can guide the sliding of the split curtain plate 1 on the one hand, and can prevent the split curtain plate 1 from falling off along the radial direction of the rod body 2 on the other hand.
One side of the zoning curtain plate 1 is provided with a first sliding block matched with the anti-falling sliding groove 22, and through the matching of the first sliding block and the anti-falling sliding groove 22, a plurality of zoning curtain plates 1 are arranged on one side of the rod body 2, where the anti-falling sliding groove 22 is arranged, at intervals in parallel, the zoning curtain plate 1 is arranged at the junction of two crop belts, namely two sides of one crop belt. A spraying compartment is formed between two adjacent zoning curtain plates 1, and a spraying component is arranged in each spraying compartment.
The spray assembly is arranged on the side face of the rod body 2 through a telescopic rod 11. Specifically, one end of the telescopic rod 11 is provided with a spraying component, and the other end is provided with a second sliding block matched with the anti-falling sliding groove 22. Through the cooperation of second slider and anti-disengaging groove 22 for telescopic link 11 sets up in the one side of body of rod 2, and can adjust its position in body of rod 2 axial.
And the height of the spraying assembly can be adjusted within a certain range by changing the length of the telescopic rod 11 so as to adapt to the heights of crops in different bands.
In this embodiment, the spray assembly comprises a first spray head 12 and a second spray head 13 for spraying different medicaments. The first spray head 12 is connected to the first medicine supply portion for spraying the first medicine, and the second spray head 13 is connected to the second medicine supply portion for spraying the second medicine. Specifically, all of the first ejection heads 12 may be connected to the same first supply portion from which the medicine is supplied in a concentrated manner, but each of the first ejection heads 12 may have an independent valve for control. Likewise, all of the second ejection heads 13 may be connected to the same second supply portion from which the medicine is supplied in a concentrated manner, but each of the second ejection heads 13 may have an independent valve for control.
The first medicine feeding part comprises a first medicine chest 3, a first liquid pump 4 and a first variable spraying system, wherein an inlet of the first liquid pump 4 is connected with the first medicine chest 3, an outlet of the first liquid pump 4 is connected with the first variable spraying system, the first variable spraying system is connected with each first spray head 12, the spraying amount of the first spray heads 12 can be adjusted, the second medicine feeding part comprises a second medicine chest 15, a second liquid pump 14 and a second variable spraying system, an inlet of the second liquid pump 14 is connected with the second medicine chest 15, an outlet of the second liquid pump 14 is connected with the second variable spraying system, the second variable spraying system is connected with each second spray head 13, and the spraying amount of the second spray heads 13 can be adjusted.
The first variable spraying system comprises a first flow sensor 7, a first pressure sensor 8, a first proportional valve 5 and a first control panel 6, wherein the first flow sensor 7, the first pressure sensor 8 and the first proportional valve 5 are arranged on a pipeline and are respectively connected with the first control panel 6. Likewise, the second variable spraying system includes a second flow sensor 18, a second pressure sensor 19, a second proportional valve 16, and a second control panel 17, and the second flow sensor 18, the second pressure sensor 19, and the second proportional valve 16 are mounted on a pipe and are connected to the second control panel 17, respectively.
In this embodiment, the end of the dividing curtain plate 1 away from the rod body 2 is provided with a liquid medicine recovery device 21, and the liquid medicine recovery device 21 includes a collecting tank having a collecting port provided toward the direction of the rod body 2. The collecting tank comprises a first sub-tank and a second sub-tank which are arranged on two sides of the zoning curtain plate 1, and the first sub-tank and the second sub-tank are arranged in an isolated mode. The first spray head 12 and the second spray head 13 face the zoning curtain plates 1 on two sides of the spraying compartment respectively, so that the first zoning groove and the second zoning groove can collect two pesticides respectively, interference is avoided, and waste and pollution are avoided.
In the embodiment, the zonal spraying device also comprises an air curtain part, wherein the air curtain part comprises a fan 9 and an air curtain air bag 10; the air outlet of the fan 9 is connected with an air curtain air bag 10, the air curtain air bag 10 is arranged in parallel with the rod body 2, and a plurality of air outlet holes 20 are arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the air curtain air bag 10 on one side of the air curtain air bag 10 facing the spraying component. The air curtain is formed by the air outlet hole 20 below the air curtain air bag 10, so that the drift of fog drops is effectively reduced, and the penetrability of the fog drops is improved.
The zoning spraying device for intercropping solves the problem of spraying pesticides for intercropping, can spray two pesticides for two crops at the same time, does not affect the crops which are not aimed at, and can adjust the distance between the zoning curtain plate 1 and the spraying component through the T-shaped movable sliding chute according to the sizes and the intervals of different crop zones so as to achieve ideal spraying effect, and the pesticide recovery device 21 is arranged at the bottom of the zoning curtain plate 1, so that the waste and pollution of pesticides can be avoided.
