Preferably, the processing circuit 74 of the present embodiment is provided with a communication unit for data transmission of the position-readable information.
Specifically, referring to fig. 12, when the position reading apparatus of the present embodiment is applied to reading the position information of the position storage apparatus in embodiment 1, the telescopic contact 72 is communicably connected to the contact layer 1, and the processing circuit 74 reads the position information.
The telescopic contact 72 of the position reading device of the present embodiment ensures good elastic contact with the position storage device, ensures good connection of the communicable connection line, and achieves the technical effect of reliable position information transmission.
The inner contact block 73 of the position reading device of the embodiment is respectively connected with the telescopic contact 72 and the processing circuit 74 through the inner contact block 73, the fact that the processing circuit 74 is directly connected with the telescopic contact 72 is avoided, the telescopic contact 72 is a mechanism with telescopic motion, direct line connection of the telescopic contact 72 is not firm, the inner contact block 73 facilitates wiring, stability of the telescopic contact 72 is improved, and the technical effects of long service life and reliable communication connection are achieved.
Example 3
Referring to fig. 13, the present embodiment provides a position reading method, applied to position information reading of the position storage device as claimed in any one of embodiments 1, including the steps of:
s1, the position storage device receives the reset pulse signal and sends a response pulse signal to establish communication connection with the position storage device;
s2: the position storage device sends a position code and a check code, the position code is position information stored by the storage device, and the check code is used for checking the position code so as to check the correctness of data;
s3: the location storage device is initialized to facilitate the next reading of location information.
The present embodiment will now be described in detail with reference to fig. 13:
in fig. 13, the receiving end is a position information reading end, and the storage end is a position information storage end. The contact points corresponding to the reading end and the storage end are in contraposition contact, and the contact is communicated with the circuits of the storage device and the reading device; the receiving end sends a reset pulse signal to the storage end; the storage end receives the reset pulse signal and replies a response pulse; the storage end starts reading and sends a position code and a check code; the reading end completes receiving the position code and the check code, and performs decoding and other processing to obtain position information so as to complete position information reading; and the communication between the reading end and the storage end is completed, and the storage end is initialized so as to facilitate the next transmission.
The position reading method of the embodiment transmits and checks the position information through the position code and the check code, improves the accuracy of position information transmission, initializes the position storage device, realizes multiple times of reading of the position storage device, and achieves the technical effect of reliable position information transmission.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the embodiments. Even if various changes are made to the present invention, it is still within the scope of the present invention if they fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents.

Claims (13)

1. A position storage device, comprising: contact layer, circuit layer, base layer;
the contact layer is laid on the surface of the circuit layer and is used for being in communicable contact connection with external equipment;
one side of the circuit layer is provided with a storage chip, the storage chip is used for storing position information and a clock, and one side of the contact layer is in communication connection with the storage chip;
the circuit layer is fixed on the base layer, and the base layer is used for protecting and fixing the circuit layer; the memory chip is a passive memory chip;
the contact layer is a contact ring with an annular structure, one side of the contact ring is in communication connection with the memory chip, and all points of the contact ring surrounding the center of the contact ring are contact points in communication contact connection with external equipment.

The position storage device according to claim 1, further comprising an adhesive injection layer, wherein the adhesive injection layer is disposed between the base layer and the circuit layer, the adhesive injection layer covers the memory chip, and the adhesive injection layer is used for connection and fixation between the base layer and the circuit layer and protection of the memory chip.
3. The position storage device of claim 2, wherein the substrate is provided with locking mounting holes for locking fixation of the substrate to an external fixation interface.
4. The position storage device as claimed in claim 2, further comprising a tape layer attached to a side of the base layer away from the circuit layer, the tape layer being used for fixing the base layer to an external fixing interface.
5. The position storage device of any of claims 1-4, wherein the contact layer is gold plated to improve oxidation and wear resistance.

The position storage device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising a fixing base, wherein the fixing base comprises a limiting platform, the limiting platform is used for fixedly connecting the fixing base with the substrate, and the limiting platform is provided with a guiding member, and the guiding member is used for guiding external equipment which is in contact connection with the contact layer to be in correct contact alignment so as to realize communication connection.

The position storage device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the position restricting platform is provided with a position restricting projection embedded in and penetrating the base layer, the circuit layer and the contact layer, the position restricting projection being higher than a surface of the contact layer to restrict a distance between an external device and the contact layer.

The position storage device as claimed in claim 7, wherein the limiting boss is provided with a limiting pin hole and a locking hole at the periphery, the limiting pin hole is used for fixing and positioning the limiting boss and the base layer, the locking hole is used for locking and fixing between the fixing seat and the mounting interface of the fixing seat, and the locking hole is a countersunk hole.

The position storage device as claimed in claim 7, wherein the fixing base further comprises a fixing shaft for being inserted into a mounting hole of a mounting interface of the fixing base, the fixing shaft and the mounting hole being in transition fit or interference fit to maintain fastening.

A position reading device for reading position information of the position storage device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the position storage device includes a contact layer, a circuit layer, a base layer; the position reading apparatus includes: the device comprises a telescopic contact, a contact bearing block and a processing circuit;
the telescopic contact is fixed on the contact bearing block and is used for elastically contacting with the contact layer so as to realize the communication connection between the position reading device and the position storage device;
the telescopic contact is in communication connection with the processing circuit, and the processing circuit is used for reading the position information and the clock stored in the position storage device and decoding the position information to obtain position readable information.

The position reading apparatus of claim 10, wherein the contact carrier block is provided with an inner contact block, one end of the inner contact block being communicably connected with the telescopic contact, one end of the inner contact block being communicably connected with the processing circuit, the inner contact block being used for the communicative connection between the telescopic contact and the processing circuit to facilitate the line connection.
12. The position reading apparatus according to claim 10, wherein the contact bearing block is provided with an aligning member for guiding contact alignment of the contact layer in contact connection with the telescopic contact to achieve communicable connection.
13. A position reading method applied to position information reading of the position storage device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized by comprising the steps of:
s1, the position storage device receives the reset pulse signal and sends a response pulse signal to establish communication connection with the position storage device;
s2: the position storage device sends a position code and a check code, wherein the position code is the position information stored by the storage device, and the check code is used for checking the position code so as to check the correctness of data;
s3: the location storage means is initialized for the next reading of the location information.
