Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, but the present invention may be practiced in other ways than those specifically described and will be readily apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and therefore the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed below.
Furthermore, reference herein to "one embodiment" or "an embodiment" means that a particular feature, structure, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment is included in at least one implementation of the invention. The appearances of the phrase "in one embodiment" in various places in the specification are not necessarily all referring to the same embodiment, nor are separate or alternative embodiments mutually exclusive of other embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, an embodiment of the present invention provides a cotton grasping beater disc, which can be arranged and assembled on a rotating shaft to form an assembled cotton grasping beater. Because the cotton grabbing and beating handwheel can be arranged in parallel according to the requirements, a plurality of cotton grabbing and beating handwheels can be flexibly installed according to the actual opening requirements of the cotton grabbing machine so as to control the opening effect.
The grasper beater disc includes an outer housing 100 and a blade 200. The outer casing 100 includes a first end cap 101 and a second end cap 102 that are parallel to each other, and the main structural forms of the first end cap 101 and the second end cap 102 are the same, and both are round-cap-shaped outer casings, that is, the first end cap 101 and the second end cap 102 both include a round end plate and a ring of edge side plates that enclose the outside of the round end plate.
A plurality of hinge shafts 101a are equidistantly distributed in the first end cover 101 along the circumferential direction, preferably, the hinge shafts 101a are in a columnar structure and are all vertically fixed on the inner side surface of the first end cover 101 to form a circle which is uniformly distributed.
The number of blades 200 is the same as the number of hinge shafts 101a, and is hinged on each corresponding hinge shaft 101 a. The blade 200 has a head portion and a tail portion at both ends thereof, respectively, and the head portion and the tail portion are positioned at both sides of the hinge shaft 101a, respectively. Preferably, the blades 200 are sequentially and orderly arranged and fixed in a circle. The blade 200 is sandwiched between the first end cap 101 and the second end cap 102, and the first end cap 101 and the second end cap 102 are detachably connected (e.g., bolted, snapped). The head of each blade 200 can extend out of the outer housing 100.
Further, the outer end of each hinge shaft 101a has a longitudinally recessed screw hole 101a-1, and the second end cap 102 has a one-to-one corresponding through hole 102a, and a bolt 102b can be inserted into each through hole 102a and is fixed by the bolt 102b in cooperation with the corresponding screw hole 101a-1, so as to achieve detachable connection between the first end cap 101 and the second end cap 102.
Further, the cotton grabbing and beating disc further comprises a linkage assembly 300 for uniformly driving the blades 200 on the periphery to adjust the angle. Specifically, after the first end cap 101 and the second end cap 102 are covered with each other, the inside of the two forms an accommodating space together, and the linkage assembly 300 is located in the accommodating space. The linkage assembly 300 includes a driving disc 301 and a connecting rod 302 corresponding to each blade 200, the driving disc 301 is a disc structure, and two ends of the connecting rod 302 are respectively a first connecting end 302a and a second connecting end 302 b. The first connecting end 302a of each link 302 is hinged to the drive disc 301 and the second connecting end 302b is hinged to the tail of the corresponding blade 200. Therefore, the driving disc 301 can be rotated to drive the corresponding blades 200 to rotate through the connecting rods 302, so as to adjust the angles of the blades 200.
Further, the driving disc 301 needs to maintain a fixed state after adjusting the angle of the blade 200, and the following technical scheme is adopted:
the outer edge of the driving disc 301 is uniformly distributed with a circle of connectors 301a corresponding to each connecting rod 302, the connectors 301a may be block-shaped, and have through shaft holes 301a-1, the side of the shaft holes 301a-1 is communicated with fan-shaped openings 301a-2, the cross section of the fan-shaped openings 301a-2 is fan-shaped, and has a certain thickness, but is not through (inner side surface plugging). The first connecting end 302a of each link 302 is hinged to the drive disc 301 by means of a connecting head 301 a.
In cooperation with the first connecting end 302a, a rotating column 302a-1 (column structure) is fixed on the first connecting end 302a and is matched with the shaft hole 301 a-1. The length of the rotating column 302a-1 is greater than the thickness of the first connection end 302a, and the outer side surfaces of the rotating column 302a-1 and the first connection end 302a are flush with each other, so that the inner end of the rotating column 302a-1 protrudes relative to the inner side surface of the first connection end 302 a. The thickness of the first connection end 302a is less than the thickness of the sector-shaped opening 301a-2, and therefore,
when the rotating column 302a-1 is inserted into the shaft hole 301a-1 and the outer surfaces of the rotating column 302a-1 and the rotating column are kept flush, the first connecting end 302a can be located in the fan-shaped opening 301a-2 and can rotate in the fan-shaped opening 301a-2 by taking the axis of the rotating column 302a-1 as a rotating shaft, meanwhile, a certain interval exists between the first connecting end 302a and the bottom surface of the fan-shaped opening 301a-2, and the inner side surface of the driving disk 301 abuts against the first end cover 101. Based on the above structural position relationship, it can be derived that: the driving disk 301 can be pulled out a certain distance and rotated while ensuring the hinge connection with each link 302, and the maximum distance that can be pulled out is the "length of the space between the first connection end 302a and the bottom surface of the fan-shaped opening 301 a-2".
In addition, the inner side surface of the driving disc 301 is recessed with an annular groove 301b, a circumference of the annular groove 301b is distributed with strip-shaped grooves 301c, and each strip-shaped groove 301c is communicated with the annular groove 301 b. Suitably, the inner side surface of the first end cap 101 is provided with an annular protrusion 101b fitted in the annular groove 301b, and is further provided with a strip-shaped protrusion 101c fitted in the strip-shaped groove 301 c. When the first end cover 101 and the second end cover 102 are connected, the two side surfaces of the driving disk 301 are respectively clamped, the annular protrusions 101b are embedded into the annular grooves 301b, and the strip-shaped protrusions 101c are embedded into the strip-shaped grooves 301 c.
The invention sets the following steps: the difference between the thickness of the first connecting end 302a and the thickness of the fan-shaped opening 301a-2 is not smaller than the groove depth of the strip-shaped groove 301 c. Therefore, after the driving disc 301 is pulled out by a certain length, the strip-shaped protrusion 101c is separated from the strip-shaped groove 301c, the driving disc 301 can be unlocked and rotate circumferentially, and after the rotary blade 200 is rotated to a proper angle, the driving disc 301 is pushed inward to enable the strip-shaped protrusion 101c to be re-embedded into the most adjacent strip-shaped groove 301c, so that locking is achieved, and the driving disc 301 cannot rotate continuously (preferably, the outer end of the strip-shaped protrusion 101c is processed into a round angle, so as to be convenient to slide into the most adjacent strip-shaped groove 301 c). Finally, the second end cap 102 is covered on the first end cap 101, so that the edge side plates of the two can clamp the blade 200 together, which plays a role of fixing the blade 200 for the second time, and simultaneously, the inner side surface of the second end cap 102 can just abut against the driving disk 301 to prevent the blade from moving away.
In summary, the second end cap 102 of the cotton grasping and beating hand disc of the present invention can be detached, and the angle of each blade 200 can be adjusted by pulling and rotating the driving disc 301, so as to control the specification of the cotton grasping and beating hand disc and the cotton grasping and opening effect thereof.
The cotton grabbing beater discs can be arranged and assembled on a rotating shaft to form an assembled cotton grabbing beater. The blades 200 of the cotton grabbing and beating disks can be mounted on the rotating shaft after being adjusted in angle. Of course, the first end cover 101, the second end cover 102 and the driving disk 301 therebetween are provided with longitudinally opposite mounting holes K for inserting the rotating shaft.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting, and although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions may be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention, which should be covered by the claims of the present invention.
