Abstract
The invention relates to a pre-pressing device and a pre-pressing method for preventing ear wings of a packing box from being lifted. The compression bars are movably connected with the frame, a space is reserved between every two adjacent compression bars, and the compression bars are used for pressing the edges of the lug wings of the packaging box; the object carrying plate is arranged on the frame and is provided with an ear wing bearing area for bearing the ear wings of the packaging box, the compression bar is arranged opposite to the ear wing bearing area, and a packaging box installation area is formed between the adjacent object carrying plates. Technical Field

The present invention may be embodied in many other forms than described herein and similarly modified by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the invention, whereby the invention is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed below.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used herein in the description of the invention is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. The term "and/or" as used herein includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides a pre-pressing device for preventing ear wings of a packaging box from being tilted, which includes: the device comprises a rack 110, a plurality of compression bars 310 and a plurality of carrying plates 510.
The frame 110 is the main structure of the pre-pressing device for preventing the ear wings of the packaging box from tilting, and other elements of the pre-pressing device for preventing the ear wings of the packaging box from tilting can be borne on the frame 110.
Each compression bar 310 is movably connected with the frame 110, the compression bars 310 can freely move on the frame 110 to conveniently press the edge of the ear wing of the packaging box 100, and a space is reserved between every two adjacent compression bars 310.

A package mounting area is formed between the adjacent carrying boards 510, when two lugs of the package 100 are hung on the lug carrying areas of the adjacent carrying boards 510, the box body of the package 100 is located in the package mounting area, and the whole package 100 is hung on the pre-pressing device for preventing the lugs of the package from being tilted.
In one embodiment, the carrying plate 510 is further provided with a drain hole 511 for draining water, and the pressing rod 310 presses the tab of the package 100 to drain the accumulated water at the tab through the drain hole 511. The accumulated water mainly originates from the previous procedure, when the air in the packaging box is removed, the air in the packaging box is often removed by using a hot steam spraying mode, and water drops are formed at the lug wings after the hot steam is condensed. Further, the drain hole 511 is located at the edge of the ear-wing carrying area, so as to facilitate rapid drainage of the accumulated water at the ear-wing, and reduce adverse effects of the accumulated water on long-term soaking of the ear-wing of the package box 100.
In one embodiment, the tab receiving area of the carrier plate 510 is provided with a tab receiving slot 513 for receiving a tab of the package box, in the process of pressing the tab of the package box 100, two tabs of the package box are firstly respectively hung in the tab receiving slots 513 of the adjacent carrier plate 510, and then the compression bar 310 presses the tab edge of the package box 100, wherein the depth of the tab receiving slot 513 is the travel distance of the compression bar 310 for pressing the tab of the package box, and the tab edge of the package box 100 can be more flat through a small space displacement. Further, the depth of the tab receiving groove 513 is 1.5mm-3mm, which is more favorable for leveling the tab edge of the package box by the compression bar 310. If the depth of the tab receiving groove 513 is too shallow, it is not easy to press flat, and if the depth of the tab receiving groove 513 is too large, it is not easy for the tab edge of the package to pass over the tab receiving groove 513.
In one embodiment, the pre-pressing device for preventing the ear wings of the package from being lifted further comprises a plurality of stabilizing mechanisms 610 connected to the frame 110, wherein the stabilizing mechanisms 610 are mainly used for pressing the top end of the package 100 so that the ear wings of the package 100 always keep the stability of the package in the pressing process, and thus, the edge of the ear wings of the package 100 can be pressed stably. Further, the stabilizing mechanism 610 is a press roller, and the advantage of selecting the press roller is that the package can be better stabilized, and the top sealing structure of the package 100 is not damaged by excessive pressing.

In one embodiment, in the step of pressing the tab edge of the package on the carrier plate with the pressing bar, the pressing bar applies a pressure of 5N to 8N. The lug wings of the packaging box can be more flat in the pressure range, so that subsequent warping can be prevented, and subsequent processing is easy.
The method for preventing the lug wings of the packing box from tilting is simple to operate, and the lug wings of the packing box prepared by the method are difficult to tilt easily.

Examples
A pre-pressing method for preventing the ear wings of a packing box from tilting comprises the following steps,
the ear wing of the packaging box is embedded and hung in the ear wing accommodating groove 513 in the ear wing bearing area of the adjacent carrying plate 510, then the pressing roller is pressed on the top of the packaging box 100, the driving cylinder is started, the sharp angle at the tail end of the ear wing of the packaging box 100 is pressed by the pressing rod 310, and the pressure of the pressing rod 310 is 7N.

the driving mechanism is connected with the connecting rod and is used for driving the connecting rod to drive the pressing rod to press the edge of the lug wing of the packaging box;
the packing box comprises a packing box body and is characterized in that a water draining hole for draining water is formed in the carrying plate, and accumulated water of the lug is drained through the water draining hole when the lug of the packing box is pressed by the pressing rod.

6. The pre-pressing device for preventing the ear wings of the packing box from being lifted according to claim 5, wherein the groove depth of the ear wing accommodating groove is 1.5mm-3mm.

The pre-pressing method for preventing the ear wings of the packaging box from tilting is characterized by comprising the following steps of: providing the pre-pressing device for preventing the ear wings of the packing box from being tilted according to any one of claims 1-6, embedding and hanging the ear wings of the packing box in the ear wing bearing areas of the adjacent carrying plates, and pressing the ear wing edges of the packing box on the carrying plates by using the pressing rods.
8. The pre-pressing method for preventing lift-up of tab of package according to claim 7, wherein in the step of pressing the tab edge of the package on the carrier plate with the pressing lever, the pressing lever applies a pressure of 5N to 8N.
