Detailed Description
In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solutions in the present application, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application.
First, a control method of a multimedia device according to an embodiment of the present application will be described.
The control method of the multimedia device provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to a control device capable of controlling the multimedia device, wherein the control device is an electronic device comprising a touch screen device, and the touch screen device is used for inputting a control instruction of the multimedia device. For example, the control device may include a portable computer, an intelligent mobile terminal, a tablet computer, a wearable intelligent terminal, and the like, which are not limited herein, and any electronic device that can implement the embodiment of the present application all belong to the protection scope of the embodiment of the present application.
In a particular application, the multimedia device may be various. Illustratively, the multimedia device may be a smart television, a tablet computer, a smart mobile terminal, a wearable smart terminal, and the like. In addition, the multimedia files played and switched by the multimedia device may be stored by the multimedia device itself, or may be downloaded from the cloud when the multimedia device receives a control instruction for playing or switching the multimedia files. Also, the types of multimedia files may be various, for example, video files, music files, and pictures, etc.
As shown in fig. 1, a flow of a control method of a multimedia device according to an embodiment of the present application may include the following steps:
s101, when the control equipment is in a screen locking state, monitoring whether the control equipment generates one appointed motion in a plurality of appointed motions; wherein, the plurality of designated movements are recognizable movements in the screen locking state.
The manner of monitoring whether a given motion of the plurality of given motions occurs to the control device may be various. For example, the recognition result of the control device movement by the designated application may be obtained, whether a designated movement of the plurality of designated movements exists in the obtained recognition result may be determined, and if so, the control device may generate a designated movement of the plurality of designated movements. The designated application is an application in the control device that can identify the motion of the control device, and for example, the designated application may be an energy saving management application and a motion management application of the control device. Alternatively, for example, the motion data collected by a predetermined motion sensor in the control device may be acquired, and the motion data may be used to determine whether a specific motion of a plurality of specific motions occurs in the control device. It should be noted that any monitoring method for monitoring whether a designated motion of a plurality of designated motions occurs in the control device may be used in the present application, and the present embodiment is not limited thereto.
The plurality of designated movements may be set according to specific requirements, which is not limited in this embodiment. The plurality of specified movements may be, for example, shaking, tilting, moving, and turning of the control device. It can be understood that, for a control device, one of a plurality of designated motions may be performed at the same time, and therefore, when it is monitored that the control device performs one of the plurality of designated motions, the subsequent step S102 may be performed, so that when the control device locks the screen, the control device is not unlocked, that is, the control device may be used to implement control over the multimedia device.
S102, if yes, searching a control instruction corresponding to the monitored specified movement from the preset corresponding relation between the specified movement and the control instruction of the multimedia equipment.
The preset corresponding relation between the designated motion and the control instruction of the multimedia equipment can be set according to specific requirements. For example, the preset correspondence relationship between the designated motion and the control command of the multimedia device may include: shaking the corresponding multimedia device to turn on the command, tilting the corresponding multimedia file to play the command, moving the corresponding fast forward command, turning the corresponding multimedia file to switch the command, and so on. Alternatively, the preset correspondence relationship between the designated motion and the control instruction of the multimedia device may include: shaking the corresponding multimedia file switching instruction, tilting the corresponding playing speed adjusting instruction, moving the corresponding multimedia file playing instruction, turning the corresponding multimedia device on instruction, and the like.
When one of the designated motions is monitored, the control instruction corresponding to the monitored designated motion may be searched from a preset correspondence relationship between the designated motion and the control instruction of the multimedia device, so that the multimedia device is controlled by using the searched control instruction in the subsequent step S103. For example, when a monitored designated motion is a flip, the searched control instruction is a multimedia file switching instruction.
S103, sending the searched control instruction to the multimedia equipment so that the multimedia equipment executes the operation corresponding to the received control instruction.
In order to control the multimedia device, after finding the control instruction corresponding to the monitored specified motion, the found control instruction may be sent to the multimedia device. After receiving the control instruction, the multimedia device executes an operation corresponding to the control instruction, for example, when receiving a play pause instruction, pausing the playing of the multimedia file being played; or when the speed increasing instruction is received, increasing the playing speed of the multimedia file being played.
In the scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, because the plurality of designated motions are recognizable motions in the screen locking state, when the control equipment is in the screen locking state, the control equipment is monitored whether one designated motion in the plurality of designated motions occurs; and when the control equipment generates a designated motion, searching a control instruction corresponding to the monitored designated motion from a preset corresponding relation between the designated motion and the control instruction of the multimedia equipment, and sending the searched control instruction to the multimedia equipment, so that the multimedia equipment executes an operation corresponding to the received control instruction, and the control of the multimedia equipment is realized. Therefore, compared with the traditional mode that the control command can be input only by completing unlocking of the control equipment, the scheme of the application can simplify the operation of the control equipment in a screen locking state, and improve the convenience of control over the multimedia equipment.
Optionally, for the above processing idea of determining that the control device generates a certain designated motion based on the motion data collected by the predetermined sensor, monitoring whether the control device generates a designated motion of a plurality of designated motions may specifically include the following steps a1 to a 2:
step a1, motion data collected by a predetermined motion sensor in the control device is acquired.
Among other things, the predetermined sensors for identifying the movement of the control device may include, but are not limited to: one or more of an acceleration sensor, a distance sensor, an angular velocity sensor, an air pressure sensor, and a light sensor. The acceleration sensor is a sensor capable of measuring linear acceleration, and the acquired motion data is acceleration; the distance sensor is a sensor capable of collecting moving distance, and the collected motion data is the moving distance; an angular velocity sensor, also called a gyroscope, is a sensor capable of collecting a rotation angle, and collected motion data is an angular velocity; the air pressure sensor can measure the pressure intensity of the air, and can complete functions of positioning and the like by cooperating with an acceleration sensor, an angular velocity sensor and the like, and the collected motion data is an air pressure value; and the light sensor can respond to light intensity, and the motion data of gathering is light intensity. The application does not limit the specific models of various sensors.
Step A2, judging whether the acquired motion data meets a preset judgment condition of a plurality of preset judgment conditions, if so, judging that the control equipment generates a specified motion in a plurality of specified motions, and each preset judgment condition is only corresponding to one specified motion.
The preset judging conditions are conditions capable of judging whether the motion generated by the control equipment belongs to a plurality of designated motions or not, different designated motions have different motion laws, correspondingly, the motion data of different designated motions are different in the preset judging conditions, and each preset judging condition is uniquely corresponding to one designated motion. For example, the preset evaluation condition corresponding to the turnover may include: the difference value between the actually measured motion track of the control device and the preset turning motion track belongs to a first preset threshold interval, wherein the actually measured motion track is a motion track obtained by calculating a plurality of collected angular velocities, accelerations and moving distances; or at least one of the collected multiple difference values between the multiple angular velocities belongs to a second preset threshold interval. Or, for example, the preset evaluation condition corresponding to the movement may include: at least one difference value between the collected multiple moving distances and the preset moving distance belongs to a third preset threshold interval. Or, for example, the preset evaluation condition corresponding to the inclination may include: at least one difference value between the collected multiple inclined amplitude values and the preset amplitude value belongs to a fourth preset threshold interval.
Any preset evaluation condition capable of judging whether the motion generated by the control device belongs to one of the designated motions can be used in the present application, and the present embodiment does not limit this.
Optionally, in a specific application, there may be a case where a designated motion occurs in the control device when the multimedia device is not required to be controlled, for example, the control device is an intelligent mobile terminal, the control device is placed in a pocket of a user after a screen is locked, and the designated motion such as moving or shaking occurs along with the motion of the user, but the designated motion does not occur for controlling the multimedia device. In order to improve the accuracy of controlling the multimedia device and avoid the misoperation caused by the designated motion of the control device when the multimedia device is not required to be controlled, in the step of the embodiment of fig. 1 of the present application, before monitoring whether the manufactured device has a designated motion of a plurality of designated motions when the control device is in the screen locking state, the control method of the multimedia device of the embodiment of the present application may further include:
detecting whether a trigger signal is received; the trigger signal is a signal which can be identified by the control equipment in a screen locking state and is used for triggering the monitoring of the movement of the control equipment;
and if the trigger signal is received, monitoring whether a specified movement in the plurality of specified movements occurs in the control equipment.
The trigger signal is a signal which can be identified by the control equipment in the screen locking state and is used for triggering the monitoring of the movement of the control equipment, so that the designated movement of the control equipment monitored after the trigger signal is received is used for controlling the designated movement of the multimedia equipment, and the misoperation caused by the designated movement of the control equipment when the control equipment is not required to be controlled is avoided.
Wherein the detection of the trigger signal is manifold. For example, it may be monitored whether a specified movement of the control device occurs, the specified movement corresponding to the trigger signal, and if the specified movement occurs, it is determined that the trigger signal is received. Of course, the designated motion corresponding to the trigger signal is different from the designated motion in the preset corresponding relationship between the designated motion and the control instruction of the multimedia device. Alternatively, it may be detected whether the control device receives a specified signal, for example. For example, it is detected whether a specified signal fed back from a pressure sensor in the control apparatus is received, or a specified signal fed back from a humidity sensor, or the like.
Any trigger signal which can be recognized by the control device in the screen locking state and is used for triggering the monitoring of the movement of the control device, and the detection mode of the trigger signal can be used in the application, and the embodiment does not limit the application.
Optionally, the control instruction of the multimedia device may include a cancel operation instruction. The cancel operation instruction is used for instructing the multimedia device to adjust the running state to the running state when the control instruction is received last time.
In a specific application, the following situations may occur due to factors such as misoperation of a user or misidentification of a designated motion: the control instructions sought are not the control instructions actually required by the user. In this case, the multimedia device may be instructed to adjust the operation state to the operation state when the control instruction was received last time by canceling the operation instruction, so as to reduce erroneous control of the multimedia device caused by the control instruction that is not actually required by the user.
For example, the plurality of designated motions includes: the method comprises the steps of turning over, moving to the right and moving to the left, wherein a control instruction corresponding to turning over is a cancel operation instruction, a control instruction corresponding to moving to the right is a fast forward instruction, and a control instruction corresponding to moving to the left is a reverse instruction. If the control instruction actually required by the user is a reverse instruction, but the control device is operated by mistake, the control device is moved to the right, so that the searched control instruction is a fast forward instruction, and thus, the multimedia device fast forwards the video played for 10 minutes to 12 minutes as the multimedia device receives the fast forward instruction. At this time, the user may turn over the control device, so as to send a cancel operation instruction to the multimedia device, so that the multimedia device adjusts the fast-forwarded video to the running state when the fast-forward instruction is received, that is, the running state of playing the video to 10 minutes.
In a specific application, in addition to the above-mentioned misoperation, the found control instruction is not the control instruction actually required by the user, and may be misjudgment on the designated motion, for example, misjudgment caused by a deviation between the operation habit of the user and a preset judgment condition for judging whether the motion generated by the mobile device is the designated motion. Therefore, the preset evaluation condition can be adaptively adjusted by collecting the data of the operation habits of the user, the preset evaluation condition is ensured to be adaptive to the operation habits of the user, the accuracy of identifying the appointed movement is improved, the searched control instruction is ensured to be the control instruction actually required by the user as far as possible, and the accuracy of controlling the multimedia equipment is improved.
To this end, as shown in fig. 2, a flow of a control method of a multimedia device according to another embodiment of the present application may include:
s201, when the control equipment is in a screen locking state, motion data collected by a preset motion sensor in the control equipment is obtained.
S202, judging whether the acquired motion data meets a preset judgment condition of a plurality of preset judgment conditions, if so, judging that the control equipment generates a specified motion in a plurality of specified motions, and executing the step S203. Wherein each preset judging condition uniquely corresponds to one appointed movement.
S201 to S202 are the same as steps a1 to a2 of the alternative embodiment of fig. 1 in the present application, and are not repeated herein, for details, see the description of the alternative embodiment of fig. 1 above.
S203, searching a control instruction corresponding to the monitored specified movement from the preset corresponding relation between the specified movement and the control instruction of the multimedia equipment.
And S204, sending the searched control instruction to the multimedia equipment so that the multimedia equipment executes the operation corresponding to the received control instruction.
S203 to S204 are the same as S102 to S103 in the embodiment of fig. 1, and are not repeated herein, for details, see the description of the embodiment of fig. 1 above.
S205, after finding the control instruction corresponding to the monitored designated motion, if the currently found control instruction is an instruction other than the cancel operation instruction and the second control instruction is the cancel operation instruction, monitoring whether the cancel operation instruction is not sent within the preset duration, where the second control instruction is the control instruction found last time.
For example, the currently searched control instruction is an instruction other than the cancel operation instruction, such as a fast forward instruction; and, with respect to the currently searched control instruction, if the last searched control instruction, that is, the second control instruction is the cancel operation instruction, monitoring whether the cancel operation instruction is not sent within the preset time length. For example, the preset time is 2 minutes, the found control instruction at 13:30 is the current control instruction, and whether the cancel operation instruction is not sent at 13:30 to 13:32 is monitored.
S206, if the cancel operation instruction is not sent within the preset time length, recording the motion data generated by the specified motion record corresponding to the third control instruction as the operation habit data of the specified motion corresponding to the first control instruction, and recording the motion data generated by the specified motion corresponding to the first control instruction as the motion data to be adjusted of the specified motion corresponding to the first control instruction; the third control instruction is a control instruction which is found for the last time before the second control instruction is found; the first control instruction is the control instruction found currently.
The third control instruction is a control instruction which is found last before the second control instruction is found, that is, the last found control instruction relative to the second control instruction is the third control instruction, and no control instruction is found between the third control instruction and the second control instruction.
The currently searched control instruction is a control instruction other than the cancel operation instruction, the last searched control instruction is the cancel operation instruction, and it is monitored that the cancel operation instruction is not sent within the preset time length, which indicates that the currently searched control instruction, that is, the first control instruction is a control instruction actually required by the user, and the third control instruction may be a control instruction corresponding to the specified movement determined by misjudgment caused when the operating habit of the user is different from the preset judgment condition. Therefore, the exercise data generated by the designated exercise corresponding to the third command may be exercise data capable of reflecting the operation habit of the user, and may be recorded as the operation habit data of the designated exercise corresponding to the first control command. And when the preset evaluation condition is adapted to the operation habit of the user, the operation habit data should meet the preset evaluation condition, so that the motion data generated by the designated motion corresponding to the first control instruction can be recorded as the to-be-adjusted motion data of the designated motion corresponding to the first control instruction, so as to adjust the designated motion corresponding to the first control instruction, that is, the preset evaluation condition corresponding to each designated motion of the operation habit data and the to-be-adjusted motion data exists in the subsequent step S207, so that the adjusted preset evaluation condition is adapted to the operation habit of the user, thereby improving the accuracy of identifying the designated motion.
Illustratively, the preset duration is 2 minutes, and the currently searched control instruction is a fast forward instruction searched at 13: 30; compared with the control instruction found last time, namely the second control instruction is a cancel operation instruction, and the control instruction found last time is monitored to be not sent at 13:30 to 13: 32; the control command that was found last before the second control command was found, i.e. the third control command is a rewind command. It is assumed that the designated motion corresponding to the first control command is a leftward movement, and the designated motion corresponding to the third control command is a rightward movement. Then the motion data resulting from the right motion is: moving distance 1cm, recording as operation habit data of left movement, and moving data generated by left movement: the movement distance of 5cm is recorded as the movement data to be adjusted for the leftward movement.
And S207, when a preset trigger condition is met, aiming at each appointed movement with the operation habit data and the movement data to be adjusted, adjusting a preset judgment condition corresponding to the appointed movement based on the operation habit data and the movement data to be adjusted of the appointed movement.
The predetermined trigger condition may be various. In an alternative embodiment, since the habit of the user is characterized by long-term, the predetermined trigger condition may be: the current date coincides with a specified point in time, e.g., the current date is 22:00 per month number 1, 22:00 per month bottom, or 22:00 per weekday, etc.
In another alternative embodiment, the predetermined trigger condition may be a condition including: the number of the recorded habitual movements is larger than a preset number threshold value.
In a specific application, the control command corresponding to the misoperation of the user may also satisfy the conditions of the above steps S205 to S206 and be determined as the third control command, so that, in order to ensure that the adjustment of the preset determination condition based on the recorded habit motions is performed based on the operation habits of the user as much as possible, instead of being performed based on the misoperation of the user, the predetermined trigger condition may be that the number of the recorded habit motions is greater than the preset number threshold.
Any predetermined triggering condition that can ensure that the adjustment of the preset evaluation condition is performed based on the operation habit of the user, but not based on the misoperation of the user, can be used as the condition for triggering the adjustment of the preset evaluation condition in the present invention, which is not limited in this embodiment.
For convenience of understanding, a specific adjustment manner for adjusting the preset evaluation condition corresponding to each designated exercise with respect to each designated exercise having the operation habit data and the exercise data to be adjusted based on the operation habit data and the exercise data to be adjusted of the designated exercise is described below in an alternative embodiment.
Optionally, in the embodiment of fig. 2 of the present application, for each designated exercise having the operation habit data and the exercise data to be adjusted, adjusting the preset judgment condition corresponding to the designated exercise based on the operation habit data and the exercise data to be adjusted of the designated exercise may specifically include:
calculating a difference value between the operation habit data of the designated exercise and the exercise data to be adjusted of the designated exercise aiming at each designated exercise with the operation habit data and the exercise data to be adjusted, and adjusting a preset judgment condition corresponding to the designated exercise according to a preset adjustment rule based on the calculated difference value; wherein, the preset regulation rule is as follows: and enabling the operation habit data of the specified movement to meet the rule of the adjusted preset judgment condition.
Since the operation habit data can reflect the operation habit of the user, in order to adapt the adjusted preset evaluation condition to the operation habit of the user, the difference value between the operation habit data of the designated exercise and the exercise data to be adjusted of the designated exercise can be calculated for each designated exercise having the operation habit data and the exercise data to be adjusted, so that the preset evaluation condition corresponding to the designated exercise can be adjusted based on the calculated difference value.
Illustratively, a designated motion of the operation habit data and the motion data to be adjusted is leftward movement, and the predetermined condition for judging the leftward movement of the designated motion is as follows: the difference between the acquired movement distance and the preset movement distance of 5cm belongs to a third preset threshold interval [ -2cm, +2cm ]. The operation habit data corresponding to leftward movement is a movement distance of 1cm, a movement distance of 1.5cm and a movement distance of 2cm, and the movement data to be adjusted corresponding to leftward movement is a movement distance of 5cm, a movement distance of 5.5cm and a movement distance of 6 cm. When recording the operation habit data and the motion data to be adjusted corresponding to the leftward movement, if the operation habit data and the motion data to be adjusted are recorded correspondingly, for the leftward movement, a difference value between the operation habit data of the designated motion and the motion data to be adjusted of the designated motion may be calculated, and a difference value 1-1 cm-5 cm-4cm, a difference value 2-1.5 cm-5.5 cm-4cm, and a difference value 3-2 cm-6 cm-4cm are obtained. And determining the average difference value between the operation habit data and the movement data to be adjusted to be 4cm based on the plurality of calculated difference values. According to the rule that the operation habit data corresponding to the leftward movement meets the adjusted preset judgment condition, the preset judgment condition corresponding to the leftward movement of the specified movement is adjusted to be: the difference between the acquired movement distance and the preset movement distance of 5cm belongs to a third preset threshold interval of [ -2cm-4cm, +2cm +4cm ] [ -6cm, +6cm ]. It should be noted that the difference value used for adjusting the preset evaluation condition is a difference value capable of reflecting the overall difference condition between the operation habit data and the exercise data to be adjusted, so that when a plurality of calculated difference values are provided, the difference value can be averaged, and the obtained average difference value is used for adjusting the preset evaluation condition. In addition, the operation habit data and the movement data to be adjusted are correspondingly recorded, namely: and correspondingly recording the operation habit data and the movement data to be adjusted, which are determined based on a group of the first control instruction, the second control instruction and the third control instruction.
According to the adjusted preset judging condition, the difference value between the movement distance 1cm of the operation habit data and the preset movement distance 5cm is-4 cm, the difference value between the movement distance 1.5cm of the operation habit data and the preset movement distance 5cm is-3.5 cm, and the difference value between the movement distance 2cm of the operation habit data and the preset movement distance 5cm is-3 cm, so that the adjusted preset judging condition that the designated movement moves leftwards correspondingly is met: the difference between the acquired movement distance and the preset movement distance of 5cm belongs to a third preset threshold interval of [ -6cm, +6cm ]. Therefore, when the user moves the control device according to the operation habit of the user, the control device can determine the specified movement corresponding to the operation habit of the user according to the adjusted preset judgment condition, and then find the control instruction which is corresponding to the operation habit of the user and is actually required by the user according to the determined specified movement.
Further, in order to reduce the occupation of the storage space and to avoid the data that has been used for the adjustment of the preset evaluation condition from being reused, the operation habit data that has been used for the adjustment of the preset evaluation condition and the exercise data to be adjusted may be deleted.
