Background
The boiler waste gas treatment process mainly adopts a dust removal method and a water absorption method. The boilers used by enterprises are mainly biomass boilers and coal-fired boilers, and the pollution of the biomass boilers to the environment is less than that of the coal-fired boilers. The main components of the boiler exhaust gas are nitrogen oxides, sulfur dioxide, carbon dioxide, sulfur oxides, smoke (dust), fly ash and the like, and if the boiler exhaust gas is not treated and is directly discharged into the air, the boiler exhaust gas can cause severe pollution to the air, so the boiler exhaust gas can be discharged into the air only after being treated by the exhaust gas.
The waste gas treatment of the boiler generally adopts a bag-type dust remover, and the bag-type dust remover has several problems in dust removal.
1. The boiler dust contains sticky components such as carbon black and the like, so that sticky bags are easily caused.
