However, the existing multifunctional nursing bed still has certain inconvenience, some multifunctional nursing beds only change the posture of the bed, and are convenient for a user to change the lying posture into the sitting posture, for some bedridden patients who are inconvenient to walk, the nursing bed has large volume, and is inconvenient to move indoors or outdoors, and if the patient needs to go out, the patient needs to use a wheelchair, but the patient is particularly inconvenient to transfer between the wheelchair and the nursing bed, so that the assistance difficulty of other people is caused, and the patient can be influenced, for example, the multifunctional intelligent nursing bed disclosed by the Chinese publication No. 201810163594.6 achieves the purpose of facilitating the adjustment of the optional sitting posture of the patient through a backrest driving system and a leg falling driving system, is suitable for different requirements of people, has a relatively complex integral structure, and brings certain inconvenience when the patient goes out to check or move because no device which is convenient for the patient to move is arranged, also, although the multifunctional nursing bed disclosed in chinese publication No. 201810809943.7 is convenient for the patient to move, it is inconvenient for the patient to turn over and turn sideways due to its limited position, and has certain limitation if it is used as a daily nursing bed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a combined medical nursing bed which is convenient for a patient to go out for the purpose of solving the problems that a traditional nursing bed is inconvenient to move, the patient is inconvenient to transfer between the nursing bed and a traditional wheelchair, and the patient is difficult to go out.

The left electric push rod and the right electric push rod are respectively used for controlling the turning angles of the leg plate and the back plate, and are adjusted to proper postures according to the requirements of patients, so that various postures such as lying postures, normal sitting postures and the like can be provided for the patients, the comfort of the patients is improved, the use diversity of the patients is increased, and the patients are more humanized; the upper electric push rod is used for controlling the lifting of the transverse moving wheel, so that the normal separation of the moving chair mechanism and the nursing bed frame is realized.

In order to facilitate the movement of the nursing bed frame, the self-locking universal wheels 16 are arranged at the bottom of the bed head frame 101 and the bed tail frame 102.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the upper electric push rod 11, the left electric push rod 9, and the right electric push rod 10 all adopt XTL100 type electric push rods of the dragon flying brand, the stroke is 550mm, the thrust adopted by the upper electric push rod 11 is 1200N, the thrust adopted by the left electric push rod 9 and the right electric push rod 10 is 850N, and a DC24V power supply is connected during operation; the battery 15 employs a neutral brand DC24V polymer lithium battery.
In an initial state, the back plate 404 is limited by the bed head frame 101, the leg plate 403 is limited by the bed tail frame 102, so that the longitudinal movement of the mobile chair mechanism is limited, the mobile frame 401 is in contact with the ground through the crawler rotating wheels 1401, the lateral movement of the mobile chair mechanism is limited due to the friction force, and the lateral rotating wheels 1202 are not in contact with the ground and are in a suspended state; the armrest 17 is in a retracted state to ensure the patient to turn over normally.
When a patient needs to go out and move, firstly, an assistant turns the patient to the movable chair mechanism, the patient lies on the movable chair mechanism, the legs of the patient are in contact with the leg plates 403, the buttocks are in contact with the seat plate 402, the back of the patient is in contact with the back plate 404, then the armrests 17 are pulled out to protect the patient, the right electric push rod 10 and the left electric push rod 9 are sequentially started to turn the back plate 404 upwards and turn the leg plates 403 downwards, the patient changes from the lying posture to a normal sitting posture, then the upper electric push rod 11 is started to lower the lifting rod 1302, then the transverse rotating wheel 1202 is driven to extend out of the movable frame body 401 to be in contact with the ground, the upper electric push rod 11 continues to act to enable the crawler rotating wheel 1401 to be suspended and then to stop, the movable chair mechanism is pushed to be separated from the nursing bed frame, the upper electric push rod 11 is started again to lift the lifting rod 1302 after, the patient can go out and move by pushing the movable chair mechanism, and the operation is convenient and fast.
