背景技术
电缆常用于实现不同系统之间的电能或信号的传输,而不同系统之间的信号或电能在传输时,通常需要通过不同规格的两根电缆之间的连接来实现。当前在对不同规格的两根电缆实现连接时,经常使用压接两个电缆的方式。
但压接得到的两根电缆之间仍会存在一定的空隙,影响两根电缆之间的连接稳定。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种电缆连接组件及电缆连接组件使用方法,能够解决两根电缆之间连接不稳定的问题。所述技术方案如下:
一种电缆连接组件及电缆连接组件使用方法,所述电缆连接组件包括:导电管、焊锡凝固件及密封单元,所述导电管上同轴设置有导电板,所述导电板同轴连接在所述导电管的内壁上,所述导电管的两端均设置有一圈抓刺,每个所述抓刺为三角形状,所述抓刺的一个边平行所述导电管的端面固定在所述导电管上,
所述导电管用于连接待连接电缆的线芯,所述焊锡凝固件用于填充所述导电管与所述待连接电缆的线芯之间的间隙,所述密封单元用于密封所述导电管与待连接电缆。
可选地,所述导电管包括管状主体与同轴设置在所述管状主体两端的锥形筒,所述锥形筒直径较小的一端与所述管状主体的端面连接,所述抓刺设置在所述锥形筒直径较大的一端。
可选地,所述抓刺在所述导电管的轴向上的高度与所述锥形筒直径较大的一个端面的外径的比值为1:12~1:15。
可选地,所述抓刺与所述导电管相连的一个边的长度与所述锥形筒直径较大的一个端面的外径之比为1:20~1:25。

在所述导电管的另一端放置融化的焊锡溶液,将另一根所述待连接电缆插入所述导电管的另一端,直至所述融化的焊锡溶液凝固为焊锡凝固件;
将所述导电管的两端的抓刺朝向所述带连接电缆的线芯压下,使所述抓刺的尖端部分插入所述带连接电缆的线芯;
使用所述密封单元将所述导电管与所述两根待连接电缆进行密封。

图1是本发明实施例提供的一种电缆连接组件的使用状态示意图。如图1所示,该电缆连接组件包括导电管1、焊锡凝固件2及密封单元3。导电管1上同轴设置有导电板4,导电板4同轴连接在导电管1的内壁上,导电管1的两端均设置有一圈抓刺5,每个抓刺5均为三角形状,抓刺5的一个边平行导电管1的端面固定在导电管1上,
导电管1用于连接待连接电缆6的线芯61,焊锡凝固件2用于填充导电管1与待连接电缆6的线芯61之间的间隙,密封单元3用于密封导电管1与待连接电缆6。
在连接两根待连接电缆6时,在导电管1的一端内放置焊锡凝固件2,将一根待连接电缆6的线芯61插入导电管1中;进而在导电管1的另一端内放置焊锡凝固件2,并将另一根电缆完全插入导电管1的另一端,焊锡凝固件2将两根待连接电缆6的线芯61与导电管1之间的密封完全填充,两根待连接电缆6通过导电板4实现电性连接,且待连接电缆6与导电管1之间不存在空隙,实现了两根待连接电缆6之间的良好连接。采用这种连接之后,将两个导电管1两端的抓刺5压紧在待连接电缆6的线芯61上,抓刺5的尖端插入线芯61,可进一步抓紧线芯61与导电管1,提高待连接电缆6与导电管1之间的连接稳定。最后密封单元3实现待连接电缆6与导电管1之间的密封,实现两根待连接电缆6之间的良好连接。

如图1所示,另一根待连接电缆6可为分支数量为2的分支电缆,本发明对另一端电缆的形状与分支数量不作限制。
如图1所示,密封单元3可包括绝缘胶带31、聚四氟乙烯膜筒32、填充胶筒33、密封胶筒34及热缩管35,绝缘胶带31覆盖在待连接电缆6的线芯61上,聚四氟乙烯膜筒32覆盖在导电管1与绝缘胶带31上,填充胶筒33、密封胶筒34及热缩管35依次覆盖在绝缘胶带31上。密封单元3采用这种设置,可对待连接电缆6的线芯61与导电管1进行良好密封,保证导电管1与待连接电缆6之间的连接稳定性。
其中,聚四氟乙烯膜筒32、填充胶筒33、密封胶筒34及热缩管35的长度依次增加,且聚四氟乙烯膜筒32、填充胶筒33、密封胶筒34及热缩管35在垂直导电管1的轴向的方向上的对称面均在同一个平面上,这种设置可层层对导电管1与待连接电缆6的连接处进行保护,避免外界对二者的连接造成影响。
需要说明的是,聚四氟乙烯膜筒32分别覆盖待连接电缆6的部分外护套62与导电管1。
外护套62为待连接电缆6上同轴包覆在线芯61上的最外层的结构。
图2是本发明实施例提供的导电管的结构示意图,如图2所示,导电管1可包括管状主体11与同轴设置在管状主体11两端的锥形筒12,锥形筒12直径较小的一端与管状主体11的端面连接,抓刺5设置在锥形筒12直径较大的一端。锥形筒12的设置可便于待连接电缆6的线芯61插入导电管1内,锥形筒12与待连接电缆6之间的间隙会被焊锡凝固件2完全填充,因此不会造成待连接电缆6与导电管1之间存在空隙的情况。且这种设置也便于待连接电缆6完全插入导电管1内,保证待连接电缆6与导电管1的连接稳定。
其中,抓刺5在导电管1的轴向上的高度A与导电管1的端面的直径D的比值可为1:12~1:15。此时抓刺5能够较好地插入待连接电缆6的线芯61内,抓紧待连接电缆6的线芯61的效果较好。
可选地,抓刺5与导电管1相连的一个边的长度B与锥形筒12直径较大的一个端面的外径D之比为1:20~1:25。此时抓刺5抓紧待连接电缆6的线芯61的效果较好。
需要说明的是,导电管1的端面的直径与锥形筒12直径较大的一个端面的外径为同一个值。
示例性地,锥形筒12直径较大的一端的端面的外径D与锥形筒12直径较小的一端的端面的外径d之比可为1.1:1~1.2:1。结合抓刺5与锥形筒12直径较大的一个端面的外径D的比值,此时抓刺5对待连接电缆6的线芯61的抓紧效果较好。
可选地,锥形筒12在轴向上的长度H与导电管1在轴向上的长度L之比为1:20~1:25。结合抓刺5与锥形筒12直径较大的一个端面的外径D的比值,此时抓刺5对待连接电缆6的线芯61的抓紧效果较好。
示例性地,导电管1的制作材料可为铜。铜的导电性能较好,能够保证两根待连接电缆6之间的良好连接。
导电板4可采用与导电管1相同的材料制作,保证整体的导电性能。
可选地,导电板4的厚度可为1~2mm。此时导电板4可保证两根待连接电缆6之间的连接性能良好,不会在两根待连接电缆6之间造成连接障碍。

1.一种电缆连接组件,其特征在于,所述电缆连接组件包括:导电管(1)、焊锡凝固件(2)及密封单元(3),所述导电管(1)上同轴设置有导电板(4),所述导电板(4)同轴连接在所述导电管(1)的内壁上,所述导电管(1)的两端均设置有一圈抓刺(5),每个所述抓刺(5)为三角形状,所述抓刺(5)的一个边平行所述导电管(1)的端面固定在所述导电管(1)上,所述导电管(1)包括管状主体(11)与同轴设置在所述管状主体(11)两端的锥形筒(12),所述导电管(1)的两端的孔径大于所述导电管(1)的中部的孔径,所述锥形筒(12)直径较小的一端与所述管状主体(11)的端面连接,所述抓刺(5)设置在所述锥形筒(12)直径较大的一端,
所述导电管(1)用于连接待连接电缆(6)的线芯,所述焊锡凝固件(2)用于填充所述导电管(1)与所述待连接电缆(6)的线芯之间的间隙,所述密封单元(3)用于密封所述导电管(1)与待连接电缆(6),
所述抓刺(5)在所述导电管(1)的轴向上的高度(A)与所述锥形筒(12)直径较大的一个端面的外径(D)的比值为1:12~1:15,所述锥形筒(12)直径较大的一端的端面的外径(D)与所述锥形筒(12)直径较小的一端的端面的外径(d)之比为1.1:1~1.2:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电缆连接组件,其特征在于,所述抓刺(5)与所述导电管(1)相连的一个边的长度(B)与所述锥形筒(12)直径较大的一个端面的外径(D)之比为1:20~1:25。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电缆连接组件,其特征在于,所述锥形筒(12)在轴向上的长度(H)与所述导电管(1)在轴向上的长度(L)之比为1:20~1:25。
4.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的电缆连接组件,其特征在于,所述导电管(1)的制作材料为铜。
5.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的电缆连接组件,其特征在于,所述导电板(4)的厚度为1~2mm。
6.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的电缆连接组件,其特征在于,所述密封单元(3)包括绝缘胶带(31)、聚四氟乙烯膜筒(32)、填充胶筒(33)、密封胶筒(34)及热缩管(35),所述绝缘胶带(31)覆盖在所述待连接电缆(6)的线芯上,所述聚四氟乙烯膜筒(32)覆盖在所述导电管(1)与所述绝缘胶带(31)上,所述填充胶筒(33)、所述密封胶筒(34)及所述热缩管(35)依次覆盖在所述绝缘胶带(31)上。
7.一种电缆连接组件使用方法,其特征在于,所述电缆连接组件使用方法包括:
提供如权利要求1所述的电缆连接组件与两根待连接电缆;
在所述导电管的一端放置融化的焊锡溶液,将一根所述待连接电缆插入所述导电管的一端,直至所述融化的焊锡溶液凝固为焊锡凝固件;
在所述导电管的另一端放置融化的焊锡溶液,将另一根所述待连接电缆插入所述导电管的另一端,直至所述融化的焊锡溶液凝固为焊锡凝固件;
将所述导电管的两端的抓刺朝向所述待连接电缆的线芯压下,使所述抓刺的尖端部分插入所述待连接电缆的线芯;
使用所述密封单元将所述导电管与所述两根待连接电缆进行密封。
