Background
A pulverizer is a machine that pulverizes a large-sized solid raw material to a desired size. The crusher consists of coarse crushing, fine crushing, wind conveying and other devices, and the purpose of the crusher is achieved in a high-speed impact mode. The wind energy is utilized to produce powder at one time, and the traditional screening procedure is cancelled. A pulverizer is a machine that pulverizes a large-sized solid raw material to a desired size. The pulverizer may be classified into a coarse pulverizer, a pulverizer, and an ultra-fine pulverizer according to the size of the pulverized or crushed material. The external force applied to the solid in the crushing process comprises four kinds of shearing, impacting, rolling and grinding. The contact part with the materials is made of stainless steel, can finish coarse crushing and crushing operation within 3 seconds to 2 minutes, can quickly crush various traditional Chinese medicinal materials and most grains, and has wide crushing range: most of materials with different properties can be well crushed, the materials are not lost, and the crushed materials cannot be tainted with colors or smells. The invention aims to solve the technical problem that the rotation of a crushing roller crushes the pig feed conveyed from a feed inlet through a driven roller; the feed proportioning bin stores the pig feed additive, and the liquid discharging pipe conveys the pig feed additive into the feed inlet through the liquid discharging bin and humidifies the ground pig feed; conveying the humidified and ground pig feed into a feeding pond; the feeding pool is convenient for the pig feed to be used for crushing and heating the pig feed for feeding the pigs.

a pig feed crushing and heating feeding pool comprises a base, wherein a crushing pool is arranged above the base, side frames are arranged on two sides of the base, a fixing frame is arranged at the upper part of each side frame, clamping frames are arranged at the upper parts of the fixing frames, and the crushing pool is arranged between the clamping frames; a feed inlet is formed in the top of the crushing pool; a crushing roller and a pair of driven rollers are arranged in the crushing pool, and the driven rollers are arranged on two sides of the upper part of the crushing roller; a rotating motor is arranged at the outer side part of the crushing pool, a rotating shaft is arranged at the front part of the rotating motor, and the rotating shaft is arranged at the axial position of the crushing roller; a feed opening is formed in the bottom of the crushing pool; the driven roller and the crushing roller are arranged below the feeding hole; a feeding pond is arranged on the base and is arranged below the crushing pond; the crushing pond comprises a base, a crushing pond, a liquid feed bin, a liquid suction pipe, a liquid pump, a liquid discharging pipe, a liquid discharging bin and a mesh structure, wherein the base is provided with the liquid feed bin; the upper end of the liquid pumping pipe is communicated with the upper end of the lower liquid pipe; the middle part of the liquid pumping pipe is provided with a control switch.
Further, the lower liquid bin comprises a bin body, flushing pipes are arranged on two sides of the bin body, a plurality of sewer pipes are arranged on the lower portion of the bin body, a spraying bin is arranged between the lower ends of the sewer pipes, and a plurality of spraying holes are formed in the lower surface of the spraying bin.

Further, the both sides of feed inlet all are equipped with the feeding storehouse, and the upper portion in feeding storehouse is equipped with spacing portion.

Furthermore, an electric heating mechanism is arranged in the wall of the crushing pool and comprises an electric heating tube, a first electric heating wire and a second electric heating wire are arranged at two ends of the electric heating tube, and a bending part is arranged between the lower parts of the first electric heating wire and the second electric heating wire; the top of the crushing pool is provided with a temperature controller, and the electric heating tube, the first electric heating wire and the second electric heating wire are respectively electrically connected with the temperature controller.
Further, the top of proportioning bins is equipped with adds the feed bin, and the top that adds the feed bin is equipped with the material feeding mouth, adds and is equipped with the unloading ball between the bottom of feed bin and the top of proportioning bins, and the internal orientation face of unloading ball is network structure.
Furthermore, a flow deflector is arranged in the feeding bin, and the flow deflector is in an arc shape.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the pig feed is poured into the crushing pool through the feed port by an operator conveniently, the rotating motor is started, the rotating motor controls the crushing roller to rotate through the rotating shaft, and the rotation of the crushing roller crushes the pig feed conveyed from the feed port through the driven roller; the feed proportioning bin stores the pig feed additive, the liquid pumping pipe pumps the pig feed additive in the feed proportioning bin into the liquid discharging pipe through the liquid pumping pump, and the liquid discharging pipe conveys the pig feed additive into the feed inlet through the liquid discharging bin and humidifies the ground pig feed; conveying the humidified and ground pig feed into a feeding pond; the convenient pig feed is used for feeding pigs through the feeding pool.

According to the pig feed crushing and heating feeding pool, an operator can conveniently pour pig feed into the crushing pool 2 through the feed inlet 6, the rotating motor 10 is started, the rotating motor 10 controls the crushing roller 9 to rotate through the rotating shaft 11, and the rotation of the crushing roller 9 crushes the pig feed conveyed from the feed inlet 6 through the driven roller 12; the proportioning bin 26 stores the pig feed additive, the liquid pumping pipe 19 pumps the pig feed additive in the proportioning bin 26 into the liquid dropping pipe 24 through the liquid pumping pump 20, and the liquid dropping pipe 24 conveys the pig feed additive into the feeding hole 6 through the liquid dropping bin 25 and humidifies the ground pig feed; the humidified and ground pig feed is conveyed into a feeding pool 15; the convenient pig feed is used for feeding pigs through the feeding pool 15.
Preferably, the lower liquid bin 25 comprises a bin body 31, flushing pipes 32 are arranged on two sides of the bin body 31, a plurality of lower water pipes 33 are arranged on the lower portion of the bin body 31, a spraying bin 34 is arranged between the lower ends of the lower water pipes 33, and a plurality of spraying holes 35 are arranged on the lower surface of the spraying bin 34; the downcomer 33 is inclined; storehouse body 31 sprays pig feed additive through wash pipe 32 to the inside in feeding storehouse 7, and storehouse body 31 sprays storehouse 34 with pig feed additive through downcomer 33 in, spray storehouse 34 and spray pig feed additive along the vertical realization of feed inlet 6 through spraying hole 35 to can conveniently spray pig feed additive to smashing 2 in, conveniently spray and grind pig feed additive.
Preferably, both sides of the feeding port 6 are provided with feeding bins 7, and the upper parts of the feeding bins 7 are provided with limiting parts 8; the upper part of the feeding bin 7 is limited and controlled by the limiting part 8.
Preferably, a fixing sheet 16 is arranged between the lower part of the feeding pool 15 and the base 1; the lower part of the feeding tank 15 and the base 1 are fixedly mounted by a fixing piece 16.
Preferably, an electric heating mechanism 14 is arranged in the wall of the crushing pool 2, the electric heating mechanism 14 comprises an electric heating tube 36, a first heating wire 37 and a second heating wire 38 are arranged at two ends of the electric heating tube 36, and a bending part 39 is arranged between the lower parts of the first heating wire 37 and the second heating wire 38; the top of the crushing pool 2 is provided with a temperature controller, and the electric heating tube 36, the first heating wire 37 and the second heating wire 38 are respectively electrically connected with the temperature controller; the temperature controller controls the electric heating pipe 36, the first heating wire 37 and the second heating wire 38 to realize electric heating, and carries out heating treatment on the pig feed in the crushing pool 2.
Preferably, the top of the proportioning bin 26 is provided with a feeding bin 27, the top of the feeding bin 27 is provided with a feeding port 28, a discharging ball 29 is arranged between the bottom of the feeding bin 27 and the top of the proportioning bin 26, and the inward facing surface of the discharging ball 29 is of a net structure; a flow deflector 30 is arranged in the feeding bin 27, and the flow deflector 30 is in an arc shape; the feed adding bin 27 is used for adding the pig feed additive through the feed adding port 28, and the feed adding bin 27 is used for conveying the pig feed additive into the mixing bin 26 through the blanking ball 29, so that the pig feed additive is conveniently prepared.
Preferably, the bin body 31 is in an ellipsoidal shape, the spraying bin 34 is in an ellipsoidal shape, and the transverse width of the bin body 31 is greater than that of the spraying bin 34; the transverse width of the spraying bin 34 is smaller than that of the feed inlet 6; the flushing pipe 32 is arranged above the middle part of the feeding bin 7; the additive is sprayed to the feeding bin 7 through the bin body 31, and the additive is sprayed to the vertical direction of the feeding port 6 through the spraying bin 34, so that the efficiency of spraying the pig feed in the feeding bin 7 is greatly improved.
