As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 5, a blowing and inflating module (24) is arranged on the right side of the rear end of the seat supporting rod (23), a front radiating opening (21) is arranged in front of a box body of the blowing and inflating module (24), and a rear radiating opening (28) is also arranged behind the box body of the blowing and inflating module (24) and used for radiating heat of an internal high-pressure air pump (62); a blowing nozzle drawing opening (36) and an inflating nozzle drawing opening (37) are arranged above the rear radiating opening (28), and corresponding blowing nozzles or inflating nozzles can be drawn out from the rear radiating opening to perform corresponding operations; a blowing and inflating control switch (33) is arranged below the rear heat dissipation opening (28) and used for controlling the high-pressure air pump (62) to work; the high-pressure air pump (62), the high-pressure air chamber (61), 2 groups of symmetrically arranged air pipes (59) and the air pipe receiver (58) are arranged in the air inflation module (24), the 2 groups of air pipes (59) are respectively connected with the air inflation nozzle (60) and the air inflation nozzle (which are symmetrically arranged in the box body in the same mode with the air inflation nozzle and are not shown in the figure), and the high-pressure air is conveyed to the corresponding air nozzles for different operations. The air pipe container (58) adopts the principle of rotation and storage, and is internally provided with a clockwork spring for stretching and retracting the air pipe (59).

As shown in fig. 2, 5 and 7, when the repairing personnel need to blow or inflate, the inflation nozzle (60) or the inflation nozzle of the inflation module (24) can be pulled out from the inflation nozzle pulling opening (36) or the inflation nozzle pulling opening (37), at the moment, the air pipe (59) contained in the air pipe container (58) is pulled out, the inflation control switch (33) is started, the high-pressure air pump (62) works, and high-pressure air is conveyed to the high-pressure air chamber (61), the high-pressure air is conveyed to the inflation nozzle (60) or the inflation nozzle through the air pipe (59) by the high-pressure air chamber (61), the inflation or inflation operation can be performed, the inflation control switch (33) is closed after the operation is completed, and the corresponding tool is retracted, so that the initial state of the inflation module (24) can be restored.
