Abstract
本发明提供一种具有导风装置的悬辊磨,包括机座和进风蜗壳,机座内设置有机座风道立柱,进风蜗壳由蜗壳顶板、蜗壳侧板和蜗壳底板组成,所述进风蜗壳的蜗舌区域设置有风道导风板,风道导风板的前部为圆弧段,后部为平面段,圆弧段和平面段过渡连接。本发明提供的具有导风装置的悬辊磨,能够使风机提供的绝大部分的气流进入磨粉室,减少气流的损耗,提高磨粉机的产量,减小含有粉体的回流气体对进风蜗壳的磨损,降低回流气体对进风气流的干扰,从而增大进风量。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于悬辊磨粉机技术领域,具体涉及一种具有导风装置的悬辊磨。
背景技术
悬辊磨粉机广泛用于冶金、建材、化工、矿山、高速公路建设、水利水电等行业,对矿产物料进行粉碎制粉加工。悬辊磨粉机主要由主机、分析机、集粉器、风机、管道等部件组成,料仓内合格粒度物料,经给料机连续地送入主机磨粉室内进行研磨,粉磨后的粉体被离心风机吹入磨粉室内的气流带走,经分析机进行分级,符合细度的粉体随气流经管道进入旋风集粉器内,进行分离收集,成品粉体经卸料阀排出,分离后的气流由旋风集粉器上端回风管吸入离心风机。不合格的粉体经分析机分离后被甩向筒壁,沿筒壁落下后重新回到磨机研磨。其中主机由机座、进风蜗壳、筒体、磨辊组件及传动机构等组成,通过机座上的磨环与旋转的磨辊组件挤压与研磨来完成制粉。
在悬辊磨粉机领域,如何有效的增加进风量,提高产量,是一个长久以来的重要课题。为了提高产量,现有技术大多采用提高风机功率的方式。随着进风量的增加,现有结构会造成损耗也增大,且含有粉体的回流气体对进风蜗壳的磨损也越来越严重。也就是说,通常,增大风机功率的同时,其产量与功率之比并没有提高,而且含有粉体的回流气体对进风蜗壳的磨损也很厉害,使蜗壳的使用寿命降低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题,提供一种具有导风装置的悬辊磨。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种具有导风装置的悬辊磨,包括机座和进风蜗壳,机座内沿圆周方向均匀设置有若干个斜向的机座风道立柱,进风蜗壳由蜗壳顶板、蜗壳侧板和蜗壳底板组成,所述进风蜗壳的蜗舌区域设置有风道导风板,风道导风板的前部为圆弧段,后部为平面段,圆弧段和平面段光滑连接。
圆弧段的风道导风板安装在蜗舌区域的蜗壳侧板内侧,平面段的风道导风板安装在进风口区域的机座风道立柱的内侧壁上,风道导风板的底部安装在蜗壳底板内侧和机座风道底部上。
所述进风蜗壳的断面为由蜗壳顶板、蜗壳侧板和蜗壳底板组成的横U形形状的侧开口结构。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明克服现有技术单纯增加风机功率的技术偏见,通过在进风蜗壳的蜗舌区域设置风道导风板,该具有导风装置的悬辊磨,能够使风机提供的绝大部分气流进入磨粉室,减少气流的损耗,提高磨粉机的产量,减小含有粉体的回流气体对进风蜗壳的磨损,降低回流气体对进风气流的干扰,从而增大进风量,该结构简单,具有加工和安装工艺性能好,制作成本低等优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
本专利技术人员在长期的工作实践中发现,在悬辊磨粉机工作过程中,产量并不是随着进风量呈线性增长,其主要原因在于:主机进风蜗壳中蜗舌处为全开放式结构,风机提供的气流一部分通过机座的风道进入磨粉室,还有一部分气流通过开放式的蜗舌又重新回到蜗壳进风口内侧区域,没有进入磨粉室,没有起到输送粉体的作用。也就是说,采用开放式的蜗舌容易导致进风效率低,气流损耗多。
在发现了这一现象后,本专利克服现有技术单纯增加风机功率的技术偏见,以降低回流气体对进风气流的干扰来增大进风量,具体如下:
如图1-3所示,本发明提供一种具有导风装置的悬辊磨,包括机座5和进风蜗壳,机座5内沿圆周方向均匀设置有若干个斜向的机座风道立柱6,进风蜗壳由蜗壳顶板1、蜗壳侧板2和蜗壳底板4组成,进风蜗壳的蜗舌区域设置有风道导风板3,风道导风板的3前部为圆弧段,后部为平面段,圆弧段和平面段光滑连接。
圆弧段的风道导风板安装在蜗舌区域的蜗壳侧板2内侧,平面段的风道导风板安装在进风口区域的机座风道立柱6的内侧壁上,风道导风板3的底部安装在蜗壳底板4内侧和机座风道底部上。
进风蜗壳的断面为由蜗壳顶板、蜗壳侧板和蜗壳底板组成的横U形形状的侧开口结构。本发明中进风蜗壳的断面形状与申请号为“201610009507.2”的发明专利公开的进风蜗壳的断面形状相同。
本发明提供的具有导风装置的悬辊磨,通过在进风蜗壳的蜗舌区域设置风道导风板,能够使风机提供的绝大部分的气流进入磨粉室,减少气流的损耗,提高磨粉机的产量,减小含有粉体的回流气体对进风蜗壳的磨损,降低回流气体对进风气流的干扰,从而增大进风量,该结构简单,具有加工和安装工艺性能好,制作成本低等优点。
以上所述为本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明不受上述实施方式的限制,在不脱离本发明整体构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变化和改进,这些也应该视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种具有导风装置的悬辊磨,包括机座和进风蜗壳,机座内沿圆周方向均匀设置有若干个斜向的机座风道立柱,进风蜗壳由蜗壳顶板、蜗壳侧板和蜗壳底板组成,其特征在于:所述进风蜗壳的蜗舌区域设置有风道导风板,风道导风板的前部为圆弧段,后部为平面段,圆弧段和平面段光滑连接;
圆弧段的风道导风板安装在蜗舌区域的蜗壳侧板内侧,平面段的风道导风板安装在进风口区域的机座风道立柱的内侧壁上,风道导风板的底部安装在蜗壳底板内侧和机座风道底部上;
