Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to an internal fixation device for fracture and a lock catch thereof.
Background
The steel wire internal fixation is a common treatment means of fracture, has wide application, and can be used for limb and acetabulum fracture, joint replacement, thoracotomy in cardiac surgery, sternum repair and the like. Because the steel wire has the characteristics of thin diameter and flexibility, the steel wire can pass through an artificial tunnel in a bone to be cerclaged or fixed, and the reduction of certain fractures can be effectively kept. The defects of the conventional steel wire internal fixation are obvious, the steel wire is easy to break due to overlarge tightening force or improper movement of an affected part, and the steel wire loses the fixation effect; in the case of a broken wire into several segments, the broken wire may also wander into adjacent tissue, damaging muscles and nerves, and making surgical removal difficult.
Fig. 1 shows a common steel wire locking method, in which two ends of a steel wire are oppositely passed through a metal jacket clamp, and the metal jacket clamp is connected with the steel wire by compression using a special compression pliers, so that the steel wire is fixed on a backbone. Under the state that the steel wire is tightened, the longitudinal axis of the metal jacket clamp forms a certain included angle with the extension line of the steel wire axis, so that the joint of the steel wire and the metal jacket clamp is easier to break. Fig. 2 shows another common form of wire locking, where the ends of the wire are twisted to form a kink, thereby securing the wire to the stem. This locking still presents a very high risk of breakage and the kinked shape is difficult to control and tends to irritate the tissue surrounding the affected part causing discomfort to the patient.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to: aiming at the problem that the existing steel wire for internal fixation is easy to break, the invention provides an internal fixation device for fracture and a lock catch thereof.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
the internal fixation device for the fracture comprises a lock catch main body and a metal wire surrounding a to-be-fixed object, wherein the lock catch main body comprises a first lock catch and a second lock catch, the first lock catch is provided with two main lock holes, the second lock catch is provided with two auxiliary lock holes, and the first lock catch and the second lock catch are fixedly connected through a connecting piece; the metal wire is pre-bent to form a return bending part and two end parts, the return bending part is sleeved on the buckle assembly, and the two end parts respectively penetrate through the main locking hole and the auxiliary locking hole on the two sides of the lock catch main body; the metal wire is connected with the first lock catch and the second lock catch in a compression joint mode.
Due to the arrangement, the return bending part is sleeved on the buckle assembly, and is limited in a contraction area formed by the buckle assembly under the state that the metal wire is tightened, so that the return bending part is fixed; each end portion sequentially penetrates through the main locking hole and the auxiliary locking hole which are positioned on the same side of the locking main body, and the main locking hole and the auxiliary locking hole are connected in a compression joint mode through special compression joint pliers to form fixing of the two end portions. Because two sections of metal wires which are arranged in parallel are formed between the return bending part and the two end parts, the stress of the whole metal wire is more balanced, the longitudinal axis of the lock catch main body can be always kept parallel to the extension line of the axis of the metal wire, the metal wire can bear larger pulling force, and the fixing effect of the whole device is not influenced even if a single metal wire is broken; the first lock catch and the second lock catch are provided with double anti-breaking safety measures, the position of the whole internal fixing device for fracture with the highest tensile stress is on the connecting piece, and even under the extreme condition that the buckle assembly is broken, the section of metal wire with the two ends positioned between the main locking hole and the auxiliary locking hole can play a role in connecting the first lock catch and the second lock catch, so that the whole device is prevented from being broken.
Further, the metal wire comprises a main body section tightened on the object to be fixed and an adjusting section positioned between the main locking hole and the auxiliary locking hole, and the tensity of the adjusting section is smaller than that of the main body section.
Due to the arrangement, the metal wire is easily broken due to the fact that the metal wire is wound to be fastened, when the internal fixing device for fracture is installed, the tractor pulls the back bending end to bypass the object to be fixed, the back bending end is sleeved on the connecting piece, the two end portions are pulled synchronously to enable the metal wire to be tightened, the first lock catch is pressed by the crimping pliers to enable the first lock catch and the metal wire to form a stable connecting structure, the second lock catch is pressed after the two end portions are properly loosened, and the second lock catch and the metal wire form a stable connecting structure. When the connecting piece is broken due to over-tight metal wires, the adjusting section with the tension degree smaller than that of the main body section can properly loosen the metal wires, and the risk of secondary breakage is reduced.
Furthermore, in order to keep the two sections of metal wires penetrating through the lock catch main body as parallel as possible, the two main locking holes are longitudinally arranged in the first lock catch at intervals; the auxiliary locking holes are arranged in the second lock catch at intervals along the longitudinal direction; besides limiting, the main locking hole and the auxiliary locking hole also play a guiding role. To prevent the drawing of the wire so as to adjust the degree of tension of the wire, the wire is clearance-fitted with the primary locking hole and the secondary locking hole.
Furthermore, a through hole extending along the longitudinal direction is formed in the second lock catch, and the return bending portion penetrates through the through hole and is sleeved on the connecting piece.
Due to the arrangement, under the condition that the buckle assembly is integrally broken, the hidden trouble that the bent back part and the lock catch main body cannot be kept connected by the residual end of the buckle assembly possibly exists. The return bend portion passes through the via hole and passes through the crimping pincers pressfitting in the second hasp, makes the connection of return bend portion and hasp main part not receive the cracked influence of buckle subassembly, so set up and can further reduce the cracked possibility of device.
The internal fixation device for the fracture comprises a lock catch main body and a metal wire surrounding a to-be-fixed object, wherein the lock catch main body comprises a first lock catch and a second lock catch, the first lock catch is provided with two main lock holes, the second lock catch is provided with two auxiliary lock holes, and the first lock catch and the second lock catch are separated or connected through a buckle assembly; the metal wire is pre-bent to form a return bending part and two end parts, the two end parts respectively penetrate through a main locking hole and an auxiliary locking hole on two sides of the lock catch main body, and the return bending part is sleeved on the buckle assembly; the metal wire is connected with the first lock catch and the second lock catch in a compression joint mode.
Due to the arrangement, the lock catch main body is of a detachable two-section structure, so that the difficulty of operation can be reduced.
Furthermore, a through hole extending along the longitudinal direction is formed in the second lock catch, and the return bending portion penetrates through the through hole and is sleeved on the buckle assembly.
Further, the lock catch main body has a connection state and a separation state; in the connection state, a gap is formed between the side parts of the first lock catch and the second lock catch which are connected through the buckle assembly.
Due to the arrangement, in order to facilitate installation, the lock catch main body is of a detachable two-section structure, before installation, the lock catch main body is in a separation state, after the installation is carried out on a fixture, the lock catch main body is in a connection state, and under the connection state, a gap between the first lock catch and the second lock catch is used for adjusting the tension degree of the metal wire between the first lock catch and the second lock catch.
Further, the metal wire comprises a main body section tightened on the object to be fixed and an adjusting section positioned between the main locking hole and the auxiliary locking hole, and the tensity of the adjusting section is smaller than that of the main body section.
Furthermore, the two main locking holes are arranged in the first lock catch at intervals along the longitudinal direction; the auxiliary locking holes are arranged in the second lock catch at intervals along the longitudinal direction; the metal wire is in clearance fit with the main locking hole and the auxiliary locking hole.
