when a user logs in the purchasing management system through a client and inputs basic information of a target object to be purchased on a client interface, a purchasing request for purchasing the target object is initiated to the server, and the server responds to the purchasing request of the client and records the purchasing request information including the basic information of the target object to be purchased in the database. And when the quantity of the target articles to be purchased or the purchasing requests reaches a certain value, the server acquires the purchasing request information in a period of time. The purchase request information may include information such as name, model, purchase quantity, etc. of the target item.
The classification module 62 is configured to input the purchase request information into a pre-trained classification model for classification, so as to generate a purchase data sheet;
after the server extracts the purchasing request information in a period of time from the database, the purchasing request information is input into a classification model trained in advance, the classification model is used for classifying the purchasing request information, the same target objects to be purchased are classified into the same category, and then a purchasing data sheet is generated, so that the purchasing efficiency is prevented from being influenced by messy purchasing information. The purchase data sheet can record the name, model, quantity, purchase period and other information of the target object to be purchased.
For example, when the obtained plurality of pieces of purchase request information all include quantity information of computers to be purchased, extracting the quantity information of the computers from the purchase request information, and dividing the quantity information into computer categories; or when the purchase request information includes target articles such as an earphone, a mouse, a keyboard and the like, the target articles are classified into the electronic device categories, and the target articles are purchased intensively during purchase, so that the cost is saved.
The auditing module 63 is used for sending the purchase data sheet to an auditing client for auditing;
the module sends the generated purchase data sheet to an auditing client for auditing, the auditing client checks the information in the purchase data sheet, and the module returns confirmation information to the server when the auditing is correct. When the purchase data sheet is not approved, error information in the purchase data sheet is marked and returned to the server, the server corrects the marked error information, and then sends the error information to the auditing client, and the server checks the error information again by the auditing client until the audit is approved and sends confirmation information to the server.
And the receiving module 64 is configured to receive the confirmation information sent by the audit client, and send an instruction for purchasing the target item to the purchasing platform according to the purchasing data, so that the purchasing platform purchases the target item.
And after receiving the confirmation information sent by the auditing client, the server sends an instruction for purchasing the target object to the purchasing platform so that the purchasing platform acquires and purchases the target object according to the purchasing data sheet. The purchasing platform can be an e-commerce platform connected with the purchasing management system, and the name of the target object and corresponding receiving information are input on the e-commerce platform according to the information on the purchasing data sheet, so that the target object can be purchased.
According to the purchase data processing device, purchase request information uploaded by a user within a period of time is acquired, then the purchase request information is input into a pre-trained classification model for classification, so that basic information of a target article to be purchased is classified, a purchase data sheet is generated, the purchase data sheet is sent to an auditing client for auditing, after confirmation of the auditing client is obtained, an instruction for purchasing the target article is sent to a purchase platform, so that the target article is purchased by the purchase platform, centralized purchase of the target article to be purchased within a period of time is realized, and the problems that when the number of the target article to be purchased is small, purchase needs to be initiated for multiple times, manpower and time cost are wasted, and purchase efficiency is influenced are avoided; the invention also avoids the messy purchasing request information from influencing the purchasing progress through the classification processing of the purchasing request information.
With regard to the apparatus in the above-described embodiment, the specific manner in which each module performs the operation has been described in detail in the embodiment related to the method, and will not be elaborated here.
The present invention provides a storage medium having stored thereon a computer program,
when executed by a processor, the computer program implements the procurement data processing method of any one of the above technical solutions.
The storage medium includes, but is not limited to, any type of disk including floppy disks, hard disks, optical disks, CD-ROMs, and magneto-optical disks, ROMs (Read-Only memories), RAMs (Random AcceSS memories), EPROMs (EraSable Programmable Read-Only memories), EEPROMs (Electrically EraSable Programmable Read-Only memories), flash memories, magnetic cards, or optical cards. That is, a storage medium includes any medium that stores or transmits information in a form readable by a device (e.g., a computer). Which may be a read-only memory, magnetic or optical disk, or the like.
The invention provides a server, comprising:
one or more processors;
storage means for storing one or more programs;
when executed by the one or more processors, the one or more programs cause the one or more processors to implement the procurement data processing method of any of the preceding claims.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a server according to the present invention, which includes a processor 720, a storage device 730, an input unit 740, and a display unit 750. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the structural elements shown in fig. 7 do not constitute a limitation of all servers and may include more or fewer components than those shown, or some combination of components. The storage 730 may be used to store the application 710 and various functional modules, and the processor 720 runs the application 710 stored in the storage 730 to perform various functional applications of the device and data processing. The storage 730 may be an internal memory or an external memory, or include both internal and external memories. The memory may comprise read-only memory, Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), flash memory, or random access memory. The external memory may include a hard disk, a floppy disk, a ZIP disk, a usb-disk, a magnetic tape, etc. The disclosed memory devices include, but are not limited to, these types of memory devices. The memory device 730 disclosed herein is provided by way of example only and not by way of limitation.
The input unit 740 is used to receive input of signals and access requests input by a user. The input unit 740 may include a touch panel and other input devices. The touch panel can collect touch operations of a user on or near the touch panel (for example, operations of the user on or near the touch panel by using any suitable object or accessory such as a finger, a stylus and the like) and drive the corresponding connecting device according to a preset program; other input devices may include, but are not limited to, one or more of a physical keyboard, function keys (e.g., play control keys, switch keys, etc.), a trackball, a mouse, a joystick, and the like. The display unit 750 may be used to display information input by a user or information provided to the user and various menus of the computer device. The display unit 750 may take the form of a liquid crystal display, an organic light emitting diode, or the like. The processor 720 is a control center of the computer device, connects various parts of the entire computer using various interfaces and lines, and performs various functions and processes data by operating or executing software programs and/or modules stored in the storage device 730 and calling data stored in the storage device.
In one embodiment, the server includes one or more processors 720, one or more storage devices 730, one or more applications 710, wherein the one or more applications 710 are stored in the storage device 730 and configured to be executed by the one or more processors 720, and the one or more applications 710 are configured to perform the procurement data processing method described in the above embodiments.
In summary, the most beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
according to the purchase data processing method, the purchase data processing device, the storage medium and the server, purchase request information uploaded by a user in a period of time is acquired, then the purchase request information is input into a pre-trained classification model for classification, so that basic information of a target object to be purchased is classified, a purchase data sheet is generated, the purchase data sheet is sent to an auditing client for auditing, after confirmation of the auditing client is obtained, an instruction for purchasing the target object is sent to a purchase platform, the target object is purchased by the purchase platform, centralized purchase of the target object to be purchased in a period of time is achieved, and the problem that when the number of the target object to be purchased is small, purchase needs to be initiated for multiple times, manpower and time cost are wasted, and purchase efficiency is affected is avoided; the invention also avoids the messy purchasing request information from influencing the purchasing progress through the classification processing of the purchasing request information.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts of the figures are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and may be performed in other orders unless explicitly stated herein. Moreover, at least a portion of the steps in the flow chart of the figure may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, which are not necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed alternately or alternately with other steps or at least a portion of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.
The foregoing is only a partial embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A method for processing procurement data, comprising:
acquiring purchasing request information within a period of time; wherein, the purchasing request information comprises basic information of the target object to be purchased;
inputting the purchase request information into a pre-trained classification model for classification to generate a purchase data sheet;
sending the purchase data sheet to an auditing client for auditing;
and receiving the confirmation information sent by the auditing client, and sending an instruction for purchasing the target article to the purchasing platform according to the purchasing data so that the purchasing platform purchases the target article.
2. The procurement data processing method of claim 1 characterized by, after entering the procurement request information into a pre-trained classification model for classification, further comprising:
carrying out merging statistics on the same purchase request information according to the classification result to obtain statistical data;
and generating the purchasing data sheet by utilizing the statistical data.
3. The procurement data processing method of claim 1 characterized by, before obtaining procurement request information over a period of time, further comprising:
establishing connection with a human resource management system;
monitoring dynamic data of users in the human resource management system regularly, and updating the inventory of target articles according to the dynamic data;
and when the inventory quantity of the target item is lower than a preset value, generating purchasing request information of the target item.
4. The procurement data processing method of claim 1 characterized by, before receiving the confirmation message sent by the audit client, further comprising:
acquiring a purchasing period of a target object to be purchased;
and when the purchase deadline is lower than the preset time period, sending alarm information to the checking client to prompt the checking client to perform the prior checking.
5. The procurement data processing method of claim 1 characterized by, the step of sending the procurement data sheet to an audit client for audit comprises:
estimating a total purchasing resource value of the target object to be purchased according to the purchasing data sheet;
inquiring an auditing client corresponding to the total purchase resource value from a pre-stored list;
and sending the purchase data sheet to a corresponding auditing client for auditing.
6. The procurement data processing method of claim 5 characterized by, the step of sending an instruction to the procurement platform to procure the target item according to the procurement data comprises:
calculating the actual total resource value of the target object to be purchased under each purchasing platform according to the purchasing data sheet;
acquiring a purchasing platform of which the actual total resource value is lower than or equal to the purchasing total resource value, and generating a purchasing platform set;
screening a target purchasing platform from the purchasing platform set according to a screening rule;
and sending an instruction for purchasing the target item to a target purchasing platform.
7. The procurement data processing method of claim 1 characterized by, before entering the procurement request information into a pre-trained classification model for classification, further comprising:
acquiring a purchase request information set and a corresponding purchase data sheet;
and training the convolutional neural network by utilizing the purchase request information set and the purchase data sheet until convergence, and generating the classification model.
8. A procurement data processing apparatus characterized by comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring purchasing request information within a period of time; wherein, the purchasing request information comprises basic information of the target object to be purchased;
the classification module is used for inputting the purchasing request information into a pre-trained classification model for classification to generate a purchasing data sheet;
the auditing module is used for sending the purchase data sheet to an auditing client for auditing;
and the receiving module is used for receiving the confirmation information sent by the auditing client and sending an instruction for purchasing the target article to the purchasing platform according to the purchasing data so as to enable the purchasing platform to purchase the target article.
9. A server comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored therein computer readable instructions which, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to perform the steps of the procurement data processing method of any of claims 1 to 7.
10. A storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the procurement data processing method of any of claims 1 to 7.
