Background
Electric pressure cookers are commonly used cooking appliances. By applying the technical scheme of the embodiment, the cooking appliance can respectively boil under the first preset pressure P1 and the second preset pressure P2, so that the whole cooking process can be continuously boiled under different pressures. Above-mentioned structure makes cooking utensil's culinary art process more nimble, and culinary art effect is better simultaneously. Therefore, the technical scheme of the embodiment solves the problem that the electric pressure cooker in the prior art is poor in cooking effect.
As shown in fig. 4, in the solution of the present embodiment, the first preset pressure P1 is smaller than the second preset pressure P2. Of course, the cooking appliance in the embodiment may have other cooking manners. Because the pressure regulating structure 42 in this embodiment can regulate the pressure applied to the exhaust passage 30 by the pressure limiting valve body 41, the cooking appliance can exhaust and boil under different pressures according to different food materials, thereby making the cooking effect better. As shown in fig. 5, the graph in fig. 5 shows another two cooking modes of the cooking appliance of the present embodiment, one is that the cooking appliance continues to exhaust and boil under the first preset pressure P1. The other is that the cooking utensil continues to boil under the second preset pressure P2.
As shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the pressure regulating structure 42 is provided above the pressure limiting valve body 41. The pressure limiting valve assembly 40 further includes a first elastic member 43, and the first elastic member 43 is disposed between the pressure regulating structure 42 and the pressure limiting valve body 41. And both ends of the first elastic member 43 are respectively abutted against the pressure regulating structure 42 and the pressure limiting valve body 41. When the pressure regulating structure 42 moves in the up-down direction, the amount of compression of the first elastic member 43 is changed to change the pressure applied by the first elastic member 43 to the pressure limiting valve body 41, thereby changing the pressure applied by the pressure limiting valve body 41 to the exhaust passage 30. Specifically, when the pressure regulating structure 42 moves downward, the amount of compression of the first elastic member 43 increases, and therefore the elastic force applied by the first elastic member 43 to the pressure limiting valve body 41 increases. Therefore, in the present embodiment, when the cooking appliance proceeds from step S1 to step S2 during the cooking process, the pressure adjusting structure moves downward, so that the second preset pressure P2 is greater than the first preset pressure P1.
Preferably, the first elastic member 43 in this embodiment is a spring.
As shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the pressure limiting valve assembly 40 further includes a second elastic member 44, and the second elastic member 44 is disposed outside the pressure limiting valve body 41 and supports the pressure regulating structure 42. Specifically, the second elastic member 44 is a spring, and the diameter of the second elastic member 44 is larger than that of the first elastic member 43. The second elastic member 44 can support the pressure regulating structure 42, and can assist the pressure regulating structure 42 to reset.
In the solution of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the pressure limiting valve assembly 40 further comprises a valve seat 45 and a mounting cap 46. The valve seat 45 is fixed in the lid 20, and the exhaust passage 30 is provided in the valve seat 45. The pressure limiting valve body 41, the pressure regulating structure 42, the first elastic member 43, and the second elastic member 44 are disposed in the installation space.
