Abstract
本发明涉及一种复合杀虫剂的制备方法,本发明通过氯氰菊酯和胺菊酯杀虫剂的乳化复合并添加增效剂、乳化剂、防冻剂和缓释剂等成分,得到含氯氰菊酯和胺菊酯总量为1‑5%的均匀的乳化杀虫剂,达到延缓抗药性、降低毒性和降低单剂使用量的目的,从而达到降低杀虫剂成本的目的。本发明的杀虫剂增强剂组分能抑制害虫体内自身的解毒作用,降低杀虫剂的使用频率,降低其耐药性。本发明重点解决了现阶段杀虫剂药效时间短的技术难题,具有高效、低毒、低用量及广谱的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及到一种水乳杀虫剂,属于卫生杀虫剂类。
背景技术
由于公共卫生杀虫剂的长期使用,绝大多数的卫生害虫对杀虫剂产生了一定的抗药性,使得防治效果降低,导致杀虫剂使用量越来越大的恶性循环。现有的杀虫剂主要以单剂为主,单剂的有效含量较少,易产生耐药性;与此同时,大部分杀虫剂在土壤中易分解,有效作用时间较短。因此针对以上两个问题,考虑开发一款具有缓释作用的复配型杀虫剂用于防治公共卫生害虫。通过对两种农药和增强剂的科学配比,不仅能提高对卫生害虫的防治效果,而且能减缓卫生害虫抗药性的问题。同时通过筛选缓释剂,解决了杀虫剂易在土壤中降解的难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:发明了一种能够抑制害虫体内发挥解毒作用的复合杀虫剂,解决了单一药剂所产生的抗药性问题,提高药效以及提高其在土壤中的稳定性。本发明选择氯氰菊酯与胺菊酯复合乳化的方法制备复合杀虫剂,同时添加八氯二丙醚抑制杀虫剂在虫体内的解毒作用,增加药效,降低用量。本发明的上述目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
提供一种含有氯氰菊酯的复合乳化杀虫剂,按重量百分比计:0.1%-6%的杀虫活性成分、10-15%的增强剂、6-13%的助溶剂,1-10%的乳化剂、2-5%的缓释剂,1-3%防冻剂和余量的水组成。
所述的杀虫活性组分由氯氰菊酯和胺菊酯以比例2:15-25:3的重量比复配而成;
所述的杀虫剂成分中,氯氰菊酯和胺菊酯的重量比优选为2:15-20:3。
所述的增强剂为八氯二丙醚。
所述的助溶剂为无味煤油、二甲苯或三甲苯的一种或多种混合。
所述的乳化剂选自牛油脂乙氧基胺盐、苯乙烯基苯基聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙烯苯酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚醚、仲辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇烷氧基化合物吐温系列中一种或多种混合。
所述缓释剂为2,4-二叔丁基苯酚、2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚、缩水甘油醚、季戊四醇以及β-环糊精中的一种或多种混合。
所述防冻剂为乙二醇、氯化钠、K2CO3以及尿素中的一种或多种混合。
本发明一种优选的复配杀虫水乳剂,由下列重量百分比的组分组成:
0.05-2%的氯氰菊酯、0.03-4%的胺菊酯、10-15%的增强剂、6-13%的助溶剂,1-10%的乳化剂、2-5%的缓释剂、1-3%的防冻剂和余量的水组成。
其制备方法为:
A.把氯氰菊酯、胺菊酯和增强剂溶解在30-50ml的助溶剂中,加入总量30%的乳化剂和缓释剂在25-30℃乳化得到油相;
B.将油相与纯化水、防冻剂混合所得的水相混合,调节pH使得4≤pH≤7,在25-30℃乳化均匀,得到含氯氰菊酯和胺菊酯的复配杀虫剂。
所述调节pH值是通过乙酸、盐酸、苯甲酸、乙二胺以及三乙胺中的一种或多种混合使用实现。
所述复配水乳杀虫剂的制备方法中,水相和油相在机械搅拌下混合得到粗乳液,然后用高压均质机将粗乳液均质得的复配杀虫水乳剂。
本发明还提供所述复配杀虫水乳剂在防治卫生害虫中的应用。

本发明生产工艺简单,使用安全,相比于乳油减少了有机溶剂的使用,减少了对环境的污染,对环境更加友好,有着极好的击倒性兼致死效果。在外环境防治卫生害虫有着显著的增效作用,可明显减少药剂施用量,延缓卫生害虫抗药性的产生,同时增强了其在土壤中的稳定性,具有一定的缓释长效效果。
具体实施方式
下面结合实例对本发明内容作进一步说明。以下实例中的百分比除有特殊说明外均指重量百分比。
实施例1
将0.1%氯氰菊酯、0.4%胺菊酯,10%八氯二丙醚溶解在5mL二甲苯中,加入3%的吐温-80在25-30℃乳化得到油相;将油相与15%纯化水、2%氯化钠、1%K2CO3和4%β-环糊精在混合所得的水相混合,用少量甲酸和乙二胺调节pH为4.5,在25-30℃乳化均匀,用高速剪切乳化剂进行剪切,补足纯化水至100%,得到含氯氰菊酯和胺菊酯复配的水乳杀虫剂。
实施例2
将2%氯氰菊酯、3%胺菊酯,10%八氯二丙醚溶解在6mL无味煤油中,加入3%的蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚在25-30℃乳化得到油相;将油相与15%纯化水、1%乙二醇和5%季戊四醇在混合所得的水相混合,用少量乙酸和三乙胺调节pH为5,在25-30℃乳化均匀,用高速剪切乳化剂进行剪切,补足纯化水至100%,得到含5%氯氰菊酯和胺菊酯复配的水乳杀虫剂。
实施例3
将3%氯氰菊酯、1%胺菊酯,15%八氯二丙醚溶解在8mL二甲苯中,加入3%的吐温-80在25-30℃乳化得到油相;将油相与15%纯化水、3%尿素、1%K2CO3和4%β-环糊精在混合所得的水相混合,调节pH为5.5,在25-30℃乳化均匀,用高速剪切乳化剂进行剪切,补足纯化水至100%,得到含4%氯氰菊酯和胺菊酯复配的水乳杀虫剂。
实施例4
将3%氯氰菊酯、1%胺菊酯,15%八氯二丙醚溶解在8mL二甲苯中,加入3%的吐温-80在25-30℃乳化得到油相;将油相与15%纯化水、3%尿素、1%K2CO3和4%季戊四醇在混合所得的水相混合,调节pH为5.5,在25-30℃乳化均匀,用高速剪切乳化剂进行剪切,补足纯化水至100%,得到含4%氯氰菊酯和胺菊酯复配的水乳杀虫剂。
实施例5
将3%氯氰菊酯、1%胺菊酯,15%八氯二丙醚溶解在8mL二甲苯中,加入3%的吐温-80在25-30℃乳化得到油相;将油相与16%纯化水、3%尿素、1%K2CO3和5%缩水甘油醚在混合所得的水相混合,调节pH为5.5,在25-30℃乳化均匀,用高速剪切乳化剂进行剪切,补足纯化水至100%,得到含4%氯氰菊酯和胺菊酯复配的水乳杀虫剂。
实施例6:效果试验
1、防治蚊、蝇室内药效试验
1.1试验靶标:淡色库蚊,羽化后第3天~第5天未吸血的雌性蚊虫;
家蝇,羽化后第3天~第5天的成虫,雌、雄各半;
1.2试验方法:参考GB/T13917.10-2009,挂笼试验空间喷雾;
1.3试验处理:制剂实例1-4均稀释500倍;
对照1:5%氯氰菊酯乳油稀释500倍;
对照2:5%胺菊酯乳油稀释500倍;
1.4实验结果:
室内药效结果表明,对照样1的单剂乳油针对蚊、蝇的药效在击倒效果上明显差于本发明的各制剂实例;对照样2的5%胺菊酯乳油针对蚊、蝇的击倒效果很好,但是它的致死效果不佳,致死率偏低;本发明的制剂实例1-4中,不仅其击倒效果较好,而且还有较高的致死率(见表1)。其中,制剂实例3中具有最好的灭蝇药效。

2、氯氰菊酯与胺菊酯复配水乳剂型缓释剂选择以及长效试验
2.1试验靶标:淡色库蚊,羽化后第3天~第5天未吸血的雌性蚊虫;
家蝇,羽化后第3天~第5天的成虫,雌、雄各半;
2.2试验方法:参考GB/T13917.10-2009,挂笼试验空间喷雾若干天再将试验用蚊蝇放入挂笼内。
2.3试验处理:制剂实例3-5均稀释500倍;
对照1:市售具有缓释效果的5%氯氰菊酯乳油稀释500倍;
对照2:市售具有缓释效果的5%胺菊酯乳油稀释500倍;
表2不同试剂实例的长期药效情况
如表2所示:制剂实例3的长期药效效果最好,比对照的药效提高了80%左右,有显著的增强效果,而且经过28天后仍然有较好的灭蝇效果。
综上所述,本发明是含氯氰菊酯和胺菊酯的复配试剂,是环境友好的水乳剂型,通过复配达到协同的作用效果,可以降低单剂的使用量,而且因为增强剂和缓释剂的加入,使得该复配杀虫剂有了较好的缓释作用,达到长期药效的作用。
Claims (10)
1.一种复配水乳杀虫剂,其特征在于:包含如下重量百分比的各组分:0.1%-6%的杀虫活性成分、10-15%的增强剂、6-13%的助溶剂、1-10%的乳化剂、2-5%的缓释剂、1-3%防冻剂和余量的水组成;所述杀虫活性组分由氯氰菊酯和胺菊酯以比例2:15-25:3的重量比复配而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复配水乳杀虫剂,其特征在于:所述增强剂为八氯二丙醚。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复配水乳剂杀虫,其特征在于:所述助溶剂为无味煤油、二甲苯或三甲苯的一种或多种混合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复配水乳杀虫剂,其特征在于:所述乳化剂选自牛油脂乙氧基胺盐、苯乙烯基苯基聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙烯苯酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚醚、仲辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇烷氧基化合物、吐温系列中一种或多种混合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的复配杀虫水乳剂,其特征在于:所述缓释剂选自2,4-二叔丁基苯酚、2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚、缩水甘油醚、季戊四醇以及β-环糊精中的一种或多种混合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的复配水乳杀虫剂,其特征在于:所述防冻剂为乙二醇、氯化钠、碳酸钾以及尿素中的一种或多种混合。
7.如权利要求1-6所述的复配杀虫水乳剂的制备方法,其工艺过程为:
A.把氯氰菊酯、胺菊酯和增强剂溶解在30-50ml的助溶剂中,加入总量30%的乳化剂和缓释剂在25-30℃乳化得到油相;
B.将油相与纯化水、防冻剂混合所得的水相混合,调节pH使得4≤pH≤7,在25-30℃乳化均匀,得到含氯氰菊酯和胺菊酯的复配杀虫剂。
8.根据权利要求7所述的复配杀虫水乳剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述调节pH值是通过乙酸、盐酸、苯甲酸、乙二胺以及三乙胺中的一种或多种混合使用实现。
9.根据权利要求7所述的复配水乳杀虫剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述水相和油相在机械搅拌下混合得到粗乳液,然后用高压均质机将粗乳液均质得的复配杀虫水乳剂。
10.如权利要求1-9任一所述的复配杀虫水乳剂的应用,其特征在于:所述复配杀虫水乳剂在于防治卫生害虫中的应用。
