As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a battery pack 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a lower housing 1 and an upper housing 2. The battery pack 10 may further include: a left end plate 9, the left end plate 9 being disposed at left ends of the upper and lower cases 2 and 1, the left end plate 9 being capable of sealing left ends of the first and second mounting grooves 14 and 24. The upper case 2 may be disposed above the lower case 1, and the second bottom wall 23 may seal the upper end of the first mounting groove 14.
The outer wall surfaces of the first side wall 11, the second side wall 12, the third side wall 21 and the fourth side wall 22 may have heat dissipation fins 16. The inside of first diapire 13, second diapire 23 all can have heat dissipation chamber 17, wherein, can have cold wind in the heat dissipation chamber 17, and in the battery package 10 course of operation, the heat dissipation chamber 17 of third lateral wall 21, fourth lateral wall 22, second diapire 23 all can be to the upper battery module 27 cooling, and the heat dissipation chamber 17 of first lateral wall 11, second lateral wall 12, first diapire 13 all can all be to the cooling of lower floor's battery module 27 to can further avoid battery package 10 to take place thermal runaway.
From this, through casing and last casing cooperation down, can promote the radiating effect of battery package, can avoid the battery package to take place thermal runaway.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the battery pack 10 may further include: the upper ends of the inner wall surfaces of the fastener 3, the first side wall 11 and the second side wall 12 may each have a first fitting slope 15, and the outer wall surface of the second bottom wall 23 may have a second fitting slope 25 adapted to cooperate with the first fitting slope 15. The fastening member 3 may pass through the first and second assembling slopes 15 and 25, and thus the lower case 1 and the upper case 2 may be fixedly coupled together.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the first assembly slopes 15 may extend from the outer sides of the first and second sidewalls 11 and 12 to the inner side, and the second assembly slopes 25 may extend from the outer sides of the outer wall surfaces of the second bottom wall 23 to the inner side. Furthermore, the first assembly inclined surface 15 and the second assembly inclined surface 25 are matched, so that the sealing area can be increased, and the sealing performance of the battery pack 10 can be further improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the battery pack 10 may further include: the heating plate 4, the top surfaces of the first bottom wall 13 and the second bottom wall 23 may have mounting grooves 18, it should be explained that the top surfaces of the first bottom wall 13 and the second bottom wall 23 refer to the upper surfaces of the first bottom wall 13 and the second bottom wall 23, and the heating plate 4 may be disposed in the mounting grooves 18. Wherein, hot plate 4 has the heating function, and hot plate 4 can be through heat-conducting glue laminating in battery module 27's bottom and mounting groove 18, and when battery package 10 had the heating demand, hot plate 4 can heat battery module 27 to can make battery package 10 have heating and cooling function.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the battery pack 10 may further include: connect copper bar 5, second diapire 23 can have copper bar through hole 26, connects copper bar 5 and passes copper bar through hole 26, so sets up battery module 27 that can make in the first mounting groove 14 and the battery module 27 in the second mounting groove 24 and establish ties together to can guarantee that battery package 10 normally works.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the battery pack 10 may further include: the main control harness assembly 6 and the second bottom wall 23 may have a main control harness through hole 28, and the main control harness assembly 6 may pass through the main control harness through hole 28, so as to facilitate routing of the main control harness assembly 6, and connection of the upper battery module 27 and the lower battery module 27 with the main control harness can be realized.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the heat dissipation cavity 17 is formed inside the second bottom wall 23, and the copper bar through hole 26 and the main control wire harness through hole 28 are not communicated with the heat dissipation cavity 17, so that the connection between the copper bar through hole 26 and the main control wire harness through hole 28 and the heat dissipation cavity 17 can be avoided, and the sealing performance of the battery pack 10 can be further ensured.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the battery pack 10 may further include: the lid 7, lid 7 can be established on last casing 2, and the upper end of second mounting groove 24 can be sealed to lid 7, can have sealing strip 8 between lid 7 and last casing 2. This arrangement enables the battery pack 10 to be better sealed, and foreign substances can be prevented from entering the battery pack 10, so that the operational reliability of the battery pack 10 can be ensured.
According to the vehicle provided by the embodiment of the invention, the battery pack 10 comprises the battery pack 10 provided by the embodiment, the battery pack 10 is arranged and installed on the vehicle, the battery pack 10 can improve the heat dissipation effect of the battery pack 10, the thermal runaway of the battery pack 10 can be avoided, and the driving safety of the vehicle can be improved.
