Background
The existing disc type separator has various types and models, but has single structure, single function and narrow application range, and can not realize multiple functions and multiple purposes of a machine, because the disc type separator generally only has one flow channel and only has one disc, and can not simultaneously realize liquid-liquid two-phase separation and purification, solid-liquid two-phase separation and purification and liquid-solid three-phase separation, and can not realize multiple purposes of a machine.

Object of the Invention
In order to realize multiple functions and multiple purposes of one machine type, the invention designs a disc type separator disc group with multiple changeable flow channels. The disc group is divided into a bottom disc, a middle disc and a top disc, and the combination of the three discs can make the disc separator have three flow channels. Can realize liquid-liquid two-phase separation and purification, solid-liquid two-phase separation and purification, can also realize liquid-solid three-phase separation, and realizes multiple purposes of one machine.

Advantages and effects
(1) The invention designs a disc group of a disc type separator with changeable multi-flow channels, which is divided into a bottom disc, a middle disc and a top disc, wherein the three discs are combined to ensure that the disc type separator has three flow channels. The disc separator with three flow channels can realize liquid-liquid two-phase separation and purification, solid-liquid two-phase separation and purification, and also can realize liquid-solid three-phase separation, thereby realizing multiple purposes of one machine.
(2) Key grooves are uniformly distributed on the edge of the central hole at the upper part of each layer of the discs. The uniformly distributed key grooves can be matched with the outer ribs of the disc bracket for mounting discs, so that the function of preventing relative dislocation of the discs can be realized, and torque can be transmitted to the discs.
(3) The mounting size of each layer of discs is the same as the main structure and size, so that the discs are convenient to replace and mount.
(4) The top layer of the disc set is the same as the bottom layer of the disc set in structure, three types of discs are provided, and one disc is preferably used in the disc type separator. The number of the intermediate layer discs is only one, and a plurality of intermediate layer discs are preferably used. When three flow passages are needed to be realized, three sets of discs are not needed to be produced for each type of disc, so that the production cost of the discs can be greatly reduced.

Description of the principle:
the number of all the upper row holes and the lower row holes of the disc group is the same, and a plurality of rows of holes are formed. On the conical surface vertical line, two sides of each row of holes are provided with ribs. In application, a disk cover is disposed on the top disk, and a disk tray is disposed under the bottom disk. All discs are stacked on a disc tray and used inside the drum.
In example 3, when the bottom disc is a holeless disc and the top disc is a holeless disc similar to the bottom disc, the feed enters the outer edges of the discs from the lower flow channel of the disc tray, and the separation of the phase components between the discs from the outer edges of the discs is performed, the flow direction and the flow channel of the feed are shown by the arrows in fig. 1.
In example 2, when the bottom layer disc is the top row hole disc, and the top layer disc is the same as the bottom layer disc, the feeding material enters the row holes of each layer of discs from the lower flow channel of the disc tray, and enters the space between the layers of discs through the top row holes of each layer of discs to separate the phase components, and the flow direction and the flow channel of the feeding material are shown by arrows in fig. 2.
In the embodiment 1, when the bottom layer disc is the bottom row hole disc, and the top layer disc is also the same bottom row hole disc as the bottom layer disc, the feeding material enters the bottom row holes of the discs from the lower flow channel of the disc tray, and enters the discs of each layer through the bottom row holes of the discs of each layer to separate the phase components, and the flow direction and the flow channel of the feeding material are shown by arrows in fig. 3.
The supporting ribs play a role in supporting and spacing the discs, and can also reduce the flow of feeding between the two discs, thereby improving the separation efficiency. The number of keyways is preferably 2-8. The top disc 3 and the bottom disc 1 preferably have no support ribs 10, and the top disc 3 and the bottom disc 1 may also be provided with the same support ribs 10 as the middle disc 2.
The surface of each disc of the disc set can be plated with a film so as to improve the hydrophobicity and the oleophobicity of the surface of the disc, further improve the anti-clogging capability and the separation efficiency of the separator and further improve the corrosion resistance of the disc.
