Technical Field

It should be noted that, in this case, the inner air flow refers to the air flow near the cabinet, and the outer air flow refers to the air flow not near the cabinet.

As shown in fig. 4, the cross-blowing flow 701 is approximately parallel to the display plates 5 on the cabinet 4, and referring again to fig. 3, because each display plate 5 has a cross-blowing flow 701 approximately parallel thereto, the cross-blowing flow 701 above the cabinet has a small velocity, while the cross-blowing flow 701 below the cabinet has a large velocity and increases from top to bottom, which also explains why the inner side air flow 702 and the outer side air flow 703 are blown to the inside of the cabinet 4 when above the cabinet 4, and the inner side air flow 702 and the outer side air flow 703 are blown to the outside of the cabinet 4 when below the cabinet 4, because the velocity of the cross-blowing flow 701 is relatively small above the cabinet 4, the cross-blowing flow 701 has little influence on the inner side air flow 702 and the outer side air flow 703, and the cross-blowing flow 701 starts to gradually blow the inner side air flow 702 and the outer side air flow 703 to the outside of the cabinet 4 when approaching the lower side of the cabinet 4.
The effects of the inner air stream 702 and the outer air stream 703 are further described with reference to fig. 3, and the inner air stream 702 and the outer air stream 703 correspond to forming an air curtain on the cabinet 4, and the air curtain can enable a heater outside the cabinet 4 to enter the cabinet 4. The closer to the lower part of the cabinet 4, the less the cold blowing effect of the inner air stream 702 and the outer air stream 703 on the goods, the more the cold blowing effect is the more the cold blowing effect of the cross blowing stream 701.
As shown in fig. 3, fig. 4 and fig. 5, the cabinet body is provided with an air return opening 1, and an external body enters an air outlet cavity 402 of the cabinet body from the air return opening 1, and an evaporation fan 2 and an evaporator 3 are arranged in the cabinet body, wherein the evaporation fan 2 and the evaporator 3 are used for cooling gas.
The beneficial effects of the device are further stated with reference to fig. 5, one end of the air outlet plate 6 is tightly attached to the inner contact end 404 of the cabinet body 4, the other end of the air outlet plate 6 is tightly clamped on the air curtain extrusion member 8, and the air outlet plate 6 is practically not contacted with the supporting piece 9 of the cabinet body 4, so that the outer contact end 405 between the air outlet plate 6 and the cabinet body 4 is disconnected, and the cold bridge is disconnected, so that cold on the air outlet plate 6 is prevented from being transferred to the supporting piece 9, and the condensation phenomenon of the supporting piece 9 can be avoided.
The air curtain extrusion component 8 is preferably made of cyclopentane foam.
Referring to fig. 4, it is further stated why the inner airflow 702 and the outer airflow 703 occur, when the airflow flows through the air outlet of the air outlet channel 402, 80% of the airflow directly exits through the holes on the air outlet plate 6, and this part of the airflow is the inner airflow 702, while the remaining about 20% of the airflow enters the swirl duct 406 first, enters the swirl duct 406, swirls, and then enters the holes on the air outlet plate 6, and this part of the airflow is the outer airflow 703.

one end of the air outlet plate is tightly closed with the inner contact end of the cabinet body, the other end of the air outlet plate is tightly clamped with an air curtain extrusion member, the air outlet plate is not contacted with the support piece of the cabinet body, and the outer contact end between the air outlet plate and the cabinet body is disconnected;
the air curtain extrusion component is a T-shaped air curtain extrusion component and is clamped between the air outlet plate and the outer side plate of the cabinet body;
