Technical Field
The invention relates to a medical instrument, in particular to a device for recording the position of the central relation of jaw condyloid apophysis.
Background
The current common methods for obtaining the record of the median relationship position include a two-hand guiding method, a splint method, a spacer method, a gothic arch method and the like. These methods have certain limitations in the convenience, accuracy, stability and indication of the recording. For example, the two-hand guiding method requires a certain special training and is guided by external force; when the splint method is used for recording, the lower jaw cannot move freely; the gauge slice method is not applicable when the occlusion is too deep; traditional gothic arch methods are only used for edentulous jaws and the like. The current methods all require equipment that is not readily available.

The invention aims to solve the problems that the existing method for recording the relation position of the condyloid process of the mandible is inconvenient and the device is not easy to obtain.
The technical scheme adopted for solving the technical problems provided by the invention is as follows: the device for recording the central relation position of the condyloid apophysis of the mandible comprises a bearing plate, recording plates respectively arranged on two side surfaces of the bearing plate, spheroids used for recording jaw movement tracks on the recording plates, and gutta-percha respectively matched with an upper row of teeth and a lower row of teeth and arranged on two sides of the bearing plate, wherein the gutta-percha on two sides of the bearing plate respectively covers the spheroids and the recording plates, the bearing plate is provided with spheroid positioning grooves matched with the spheroids, the spheroids protrude out of the bearing plate, and the spheroids are arranged corresponding to the recording plates.
A method for recording the relationship position of the condyloid process of the mandible by using the device of the invention is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
a: manufacturing a bearing plate, a spheroid and a recording plate;
b: trial biting of a bearing plate: biting the bearing plate, recording the incisor position on the bearing plate, grinding a spheroid positioning groove at the center of the incisor position, installing a spheroid in the spheroid positioning groove, protruding the spheroid out of the bearing plate, and installing a recording plate on the other side of the bearing plate corresponding to the spheroid;
c: respectively paving gutta-percha on two sides of the bearing plate and respectively covering the spheroid, the incisor position and the recording plate;

g: taking out the gutta-percha, drying the recording plate, coating mark ink on the recording plate, respectively placing the gutta-percha on corresponding teeth in the mouth, enabling the lower jaw to freely slide horizontally, naturally extend forwards, retreat and slide left and right, and enabling the spheroid to scratch the recording plate;
h: taking off the gutta-percha, and recording the intersection point of the scratches as the mandibular condyloid process normal relation position according to the scratches of the recording plate;
i: manufacturing a retention sheet, punching a hole at the bottom of the retention sheet, fixing the retention sheet on the recording plate, and aligning the center of the hole with the intersection point of the scratches;
j: placing the gutta-percha on corresponding teeth in the mouth respectively, closing the lower jaw to move, and enabling the spheroid to stably return to the hole on the retention piece without sliding; injecting gutta-percha into the gap between the posterior teeth and the anterior teeth for fixation;
k: and taking out the whole gum record, namely an occlusion relation record of the relationship position in the condyloid process of the mandible.

The structure of the present invention will be further explained with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a device for recording the relation position of the condyloid apophysis of the mandible comprises a bearing plate 1, recording plates 2 respectively arranged on two side surfaces of the bearing plate, a spheroid 3 used for recording the moving track of the mandible on the recording plates, and gutta-percha respectively matched with upper and lower rows of teeth arranged on two sides of the bearing plate, wherein the gutta-percha on two sides of the bearing plate respectively covers the spheroid and the recording plates, a spheroid positioning groove matched with the spheroid is arranged on the bearing plate, the spheroid protrudes out of the bearing plate, and the spheroid is arranged corresponding to the recording plates. In this embodiment, the gutta-percha includes upper gutta-percha 4 matched with the upper row of teeth and lower gutta-percha 5 matched with the lower row of teeth, the recording board is arranged above the lower teeth, and the spheroid is arranged below the upper gutta-percha. In specific implementation, the recording plate can also be arranged below the upper teeth, and the spheroid is arranged above the lower gutta-percha. D: biting the bearing plate and the gutta-percha on the two sides of the bearing plate, palpating the contraction of temporal muscle and masseter muscle, closing the oral lip for shaping, enabling the gutta-percha on the two sides of the bearing plate to be tightly attached to the tooth surface, taking out the bearing plate after the gutta-percha is cured, and taking down the gutta-percha carrying the recording plate and the spheroid;
e: trimming gutta-percha, reserving an anterior tooth area, keeping the lens and the small steel ball stable, and cutting off redundant parts on the labial side;
f: placing gutta-percha on corresponding teeth in the mouth respectively, supporting the lenses by the small steel balls, enabling the lower jaw to freely and horizontally slide, relaxing muscles of a tested person, and exercising that the lower jaw naturally extends forwards, retreats and slides left and right laterally under the support of the small steel balls;
g: taking out the gutta-percha, drying the recording plate, coating mark ink on the recording plate, respectively placing the gutta-percha on corresponding teeth in the mouth, enabling the lower jaw to freely slide horizontally, naturally extend forwards, retreat and slide left and right, and enabling the spheroid to scratch the recording plate;
h: taking off the gutta-percha, and recording the intersection point of the scratches as the mandibular condyloid process normal relation position according to the scratches of the recording plate;
i: manufacturing a retention piece, punching a hole at the bottom of the retention piece, dropping wax on the retention piece and fixing the retention piece on a recording plate, wherein the center of the hole is aligned with the intersection point of the scratches;
j: placing the gutta-percha on corresponding teeth in the mouth respectively, closing the lower jaw to move, and enabling the spheroid to stably return to the hole on the retention piece without sliding; performing forced occlusion, palpating the temporalis muscle and the chewing muscle to obviously contract, and injecting gutta-percha into the gap between the posterior teeth and the anterior teeth for fixation;
k: and taking out the whole gum record, namely an occlusion relation record of the relationship position in the condyloid process of the mandible.
The device for recording the central relation position of the condyloid apophysis of the mandible has a simple structure and convenient material acquisition; the method for recording the relation position in the mandibular condyloid process by using the device of the invention is simple, feasible, stable and has wide adaptation.

Claims (7)
1. A method of recording the medial relation of the condyloid processes of the jaw, comprising: the method comprises the following steps:
a: manufacturing a bearing plate, a spheroid and a recording plate;
b: trial biting of a bearing plate: biting the bearing plate, recording the incisor position on the bearing plate, grinding a spheroid positioning groove at the center of the incisor position, installing a spheroid in the spheroid positioning groove, protruding the spheroid out of the bearing plate, and installing a recording plate on the other side of the bearing plate corresponding to the spheroid;
c: respectively paving gutta-percha on two sides of the bearing plate and respectively covering the spheroid, the incisor position and the recording plate;
d: biting the bearing plate and the gutta-percha on the two sides of the bearing plate to ensure that the gutta-percha on the two sides of the bearing plate is tightly attached to the tooth surface, taking out the bearing plate after the gutta-percha is cured, and taking down the gutta-percha carrying the recording plate and the spheroid;
e: trimming gutta-percha, reserving an anterior tooth area, and cutting off redundant parts on the labial side;
f: placing gutta-percha on corresponding teeth in the mouth respectively, and enabling the lower jaw to freely slide horizontally, naturally extend forwards, retreat and slide left and right by the aid of the spherical body supporting the recording plate;
g: taking out the gutta-percha, drying the recording plate, coating mark ink on the recording plate, respectively placing the gutta-percha on corresponding teeth in the mouth, enabling the lower jaw to freely slide horizontally, naturally extend forwards, retreat and slide left and right, and enabling the spheroid to scratch the recording plate;
h: taking off the gutta-percha, and recording the intersection point of the scratches as the mandibular condyloid process normal relation position according to the scratches of the recording plate;
i: manufacturing a retention sheet, punching a hole at the bottom of the retention sheet, fixing the retention sheet on the recording plate, and aligning the center of the hole with the intersection point of the scratches;
j: placing the gutta-percha on corresponding teeth in the mouth respectively, closing the lower jaw to move, and enabling the spheroid to stably return to the hole on the retention piece without sliding; injecting gutta-percha into the gap between the posterior teeth and the anterior teeth for fixation;
k: and taking out the whole gum record, namely an occlusion relation record of the relationship position in the condyloid process of the mandible.
2. The method of recording the medial relationship of the condyloid processes of the jaw of claim 1, wherein: the retention sheet in the step I is a self-solidifying plastic sheet.
3. The method of recording the medial relationship of the condyloid processes of the jaw of claim 1, wherein: and B, wax is dripped between the spherical body and the spherical body positioning groove for fixing, and wax is dripped between the recording plate and the bearing plate for fixing.
