With continued reference to fig. 3 and 4, the connection harness (300) includes: at least two harness segments and at least one pair of electrical connectors (330) at the end of a respective one of the harness segments connected to each other. Wherein at least one harness segment extends loosely and removably within the wire passing cavity (110) towards either of the first side and the second side.
In this embodiment, the refrigeration device further includes: the two connecting cavities (120) are respectively positioned at two sides of the wire passing cavity (110) along the direction from the first side to the second side, and the two connecting cavities (120) are communicated with the wire passing cavity (110); at least one harness segment extends loosely and removably from the wire passing cavity (110) into either of the two connecting cavities (120).
Specifically, the connecting harness (300) comprises a first harness segment (310), a second harness segment (320) and a pair of electric connectors (330) which are positioned at the connecting position of the first harness segment (310) and the second harness segment (320) and are connected with each other; the first harness segment (310) is loosely and detachably extended towards any one of the first side and the second side in the wire passing cavity (110) and is connected with the second harness segment (320) through the electric connector (330); the second wire harness section (320) is located in the door body (200) and electrically connected with the electric part (201).
The connection harness (300) includes: at least two harness segments connected by an electrical connector (330); constitute through a plurality of pencil sections connecting harness (300), can effectively reduce refrigeration utensil's the assembly degree of difficulty, be favorable to realizing improving product stability, improving user experience's target.
The first harness section (310) is used for leading out the electrical connection inside the box body (100), so that the further connection with the electric part (201) inside the door body (200) is realized. As shown in fig. 3, the door body (200) is hinged to the first side of the box body (100), and in the wire passing cavity (110), the first wire harness segment (310) extends in the direction toward the first side and extends into the connecting cavity (120) through the communicating cavity close to the first side, so as to be electrically connected to the second wire harness segment (320).
As shown in fig. 4, in the replacement door opening direction, the door body (200) is hinged to the second side of the box body (100), and in the wire passing cavity (110), the first wire harness section (310) extends in the direction toward the second side and extends into the connecting cavity (120) through the communicating cavity close to the first side, so as to be electrically connected to the second wire harness section (320).
The first harness segment (310) can be electrically connected to the second harness segment (320) regardless of the door opening direction of the refrigerator. The adoption of the unique first wire harness section (310) can effectively save materials and reduce assembly parts, so that the purposes of reducing cost and simplifying assembly flow are achieved, unnecessary electrical connection can be reduced, the defect that the service life is reduced due to crowded friction of a plurality of wires at a hinged part is avoided, and the aims of improving the product stability and improving the user experience are fulfilled.
In this embodiment, the wire passing cavity (110) has at least one wire inlet (117); the connecting wire harness (300) enters the wire passing cavity (110) through the wire inlet (117).
Specifically, the refrigeration appliance further includes: a power supply control unit (not shown in the figure) located between the wire harness box (111) and the housing (101); the connecting wire harness (300) is used for realizing the electrical connection between the power supply control unit and the electric component (201); one end of the connecting wire harness (300) is connected with the power supply control unit and enters the wire passing cavity (110) through the wire inlet (117); the wire passing cavity (110) extends towards any one side of the first side and the second side and extends to the door body (200) through the connecting cavity (120) so that the other end of the wire passing cavity is connected with the electric part (201).
In other embodiments of the present invention, since the wire passing cavity has a relatively large volume, the power supply control unit may also be disposed in the wire passing cavity. When the power supply control component is arranged in the wire passing cavity, one end of the connecting wire harness is connected with the power supply control unit; the wire passing cavity extends towards any one side of the first side and the second side and extends to the door body through the connecting cavity, so that the other end of the wire passing cavity is connected with the electric part.
The invention also provides a refrigeration appliance. Referring to FIG. 3, a partially assembled view of an embodiment of the refrigeration appliance of the present invention is shown prior to foaming.
The refrigeration appliance comprises: a case (100) having an opening; the door body (200) is hinged with the box body (100) and used for opening or closing the opening of the box body (100), and the door body (200) is provided with a vertical side wall (202) vertical to the direction of a hinge shaft; the electric component (201), the electric component (201) is located in the door body (200); the connecting wire harness (300) extends from the door body (200) to the box body (100), and the connecting wire harness (300) is used for achieving the electric connection of the electric component (201).
The box body (100) is matched with the door body (200) to form a low-temperature storage environment so as to realize low-temperature storage of articles; the door body (200) is hinged with the box body (100), and the door body (200) can be opened and closed around the hinge shaft by rotating the hinge shaft.
The electric part (201) is arranged on the door body (200) to improve the use experience of the refrigeration appliance. The electric component (201) can be a display, a door inductor or various electric devices such as an electric heating wire and the like.
The connecting wire harness (300) extends from the box body (100) to the door body (200) and is electrically connected with the electric part (201), so that power supply and control of the electric part (201) are realized.
As shown in fig. 3, the door (200) of the refrigeration appliance further includes: a routing channel (210), the routing channel (210) located within the vertical sidewall (202); the connecting harness (300) extends at least partially loosely and removably within the raceway (210) toward either of two ends.
Because the wiring channel (210) is positioned in the vertical side wall (202), the connecting wire harness (300) at least partially loosens and detachably extends towards any one of two ends in the wiring channel (210), when any one side of the door body (200) is connected with the box body (100), the connecting wire harness (300) can extend in the direction towards a hinge shaft in the wiring channel (210): when one side of the door body (200) is connected with the box body (100), the connecting wire harness (300) can extend towards the direction of a hinge shaft in the wiring groove (210); when the other side opposite to the door body (200) is connected with the box body (100), the connecting wire harness (300) can extend towards the opposite direction in the wiring groove (210) and still extend towards the hinged shaft.
Therefore, no matter how the door opening direction of the refrigeration appliance is, the connection wiring harness (300) in the door body (200) can realize the electric connection between the box body (100) and the door body (200) only by one set, so that materials can be effectively saved, and assembly parts can be reduced, thereby achieving the purposes of reducing cost and simplifying assembly flow, reducing unnecessary electric connection, avoiding the defect of service life reduction caused by crowded friction of a plurality of wires at a hinged part, and further realizing the purposes of improving the product stability and improving the user experience.
Specifically, with reference to FIG. 5, a schematic illustration of the specific construction of the vertical sidewall portion of the embodiment of the refrigeration appliance illustrated in FIG. 3 is shown.
The wiring groove (210) is used for providing wiring space for the extension of the connecting wiring harness (300) on the door body (200), so that the connecting wiring harness (300) can extend towards one side of the door body (200) and can also extend towards the other side opposite to the door body (200) when the door opening direction is changed.
In this embodiment, the wire trough (210) extends from one side of the door body (200) close to the hinge shaft to the opposite side, so as to provide a sufficient space for the connection harness (300) to extend in the vertical side wall (202), so that the connection harness (300) can better extend to the box body (100), and the electrical connection of the electric component (201) is realized.
With the way that wiring groove (210) set up to extend to the opposite side from one side of door body (200), can guarantee that same set of connecting harness (300) can extend to the opposite both sides of door body (200), thereby at the assurance trade the door in-process box (100) with under the prerequisite of electricity connection between the door body (200), reach the purpose of material saving, reduction equipment part.
In this embodiment, the door body (200) further includes: an edge card structure (220), the edge card structure (220) for forming the vertical sidewall (202), the edge card structure (220) comprising: a base (221), at least part of the outer surface of the base (221) enclosing the wiring groove (210), the base (221) having a base hole (222); the groove cover (223) covers the wiring groove (210), the groove cover (223) is provided with a threading hole (224), and the threading hole (224) is arranged at one end of the groove cover (223) in the extending direction; the connecting wire harness (300) at least partially loosens and is detachable, enters the wiring groove (210) through the base hole (222), extends towards the wiring hole (224) in the wiring groove (210), and extends out through the wiring hole (224).
Through limit card structure (220) constitution including base (221) and capping (223) trough (210) with perpendicular lateral wall (202), can utilize current structure to constitute trough (210) is less to current refrigeration utensil's structural change, right other structure of refrigeration utensil influence is less, but also can not increase under the condition of extra part, realizes trough (210), is favorable to simplifying the assembly step, simplifies the part structure.
The surface of the side catch structure (220) is perpendicular to the extending direction of the hinge axis (Z) to serve as the surface of the vertical side wall (202). Part of the surface of the base (221) is used for forming part of the vertical side wall (202), and the wiring groove (210) is positioned in part of the surface of the base (221).
The base hole (222) is used for communicating the wiring groove (210) with the inner space of the door body (200), so that a connecting wire harness (300) with one end connected with the power utilization component (201) can extend into the wiring groove (210) through the base hole (222).
In this embodiment, the base hole (222) is located at the bottom of the wiring groove (210). As shown in fig. 3, in this embodiment, the electric component (201) is located in the door body (200) below the wiring groove (210), and the base hole (222) is provided at the bottom of the wiring groove (210), so that the distance between the electric component (201) and the base hole (222) can be shortened as much as possible, the length of the connection harness (300) can be shortened, and the purposes of saving materials and reducing cost can be achieved.
Furthermore, the base hole (222) is located at the midpoint of the extending direction of the wiring groove (210). The base hole (222) is arranged at the middle point of the extending direction of the wiring groove (210), so that the connecting wiring harness (300) can extend to the two ends in the wiring groove (210) in the same length, reasonable arrangement of the length of the connecting wiring harness (300) in the door body (200) is possible, the material usage amount is further optimized, and the cost is reasonably controlled.
The groove cover (222) is used for covering the wiring groove (210), so that the connection wiring harness (300) is assembled in the wiring groove (210).
In this embodiment, the slot cover (223) is detachably fastened to the opening of the wiring slot (210). The lid that the joint can be dismantled in notch (223) closes the mode, can effectively improve and change the direction of opening the door the convenience of connection pencil (300) extending direction in trough (210) to reach the mesh of simplifying the assembly flow.
The threading hole (224) is used for enabling the connecting wire harness (300) to penetrate out, so that the connecting wire harness extends into the box body (100).

As shown in fig. 3, the groove cover (223) can be detached from the wiring groove (210), and the change of the covering direction of the groove cover (223) can change the position of the threading hole (224) on the wiring groove (210), so as to change the extending direction of the connecting wire harness (300), so that the extending direction of the connecting wire harness (300) is adapted to the hinge position of the door body (200) and the box body (100), and further the door change requirement of the refrigeration appliance is adapted.
With continuing reference to fig. 3, and with combined reference to fig. 6 and 7, the connecting harness (300) includes: at least two harness segments and at least one pair of electrical connectors (330) at the end of a respective one of the harness segments connected to each other. Wherein at least one harness segment extends loosely and detachably within the cabling channel (210) to either of two ends.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the connection harness (300): comprises a first wire harness segment (310), a second wire harness segment (320) and a pair of electric connectors (330) which are positioned at the connecting position of the first wire harness segment (310) and the second wire harness segment (320) and are connected with each other; the first harness segment (310) is positioned in the box body (100) and is connected with the second harness segment (320) through the electric connector (330); the second wiring harness segment (320) is loose and detachably extends into the door body (200) through the wiring groove (210) and is electrically connected with the electric part (201).
The connection harness (300) includes: at least two harness segments connected by an electrical connector (330); constitute through a plurality of pencil sections connecting harness (300), can effectively reduce refrigeration utensil's the assembly degree of difficulty, be favorable to realizing improving product stability, improving user experience's target.
The first wire harness section (310) is used for leading out electrical connection inside the box body (100) so as to realize connection with an electric component (201) inside the door body (200).
The second harness section (310) is electrically conducted with the first harness section (310) through the electrical connector (330), and the electrical connection of the electrical part (201) in the door body (200) is achieved. The second wire harness segment (310) is the only device arranged in the door body (200) and used for realizing the electrical connection of the electric component (201).
As shown in fig. 3, the door (200) is hinged to the first side of the cabinet (100), and the first harness segment (310) extends in a direction toward the first side of the cabinet (100). Referring to fig. 6 in combination, the cabling channel (210) has a first end (210a) and a second end (210b) opposite to each other along the extending direction, and when the door body (200) is hinged to the first side of the cabinet (100), the first end (210a) is close to the hinge shaft; therefore, when the groove cover (223) is closed, the second wire harness section (320) is extended towards the first end (210a) in the direction that the wire threading hole (224) is positioned at the first end (210a), namely, the second wire harness section (320) is extended in the direction towards the hinging shaft in the wire routing groove (210) so as to realize the electric connection with the first wire harness section (310).
After the door opening direction is changed, the door body (200) is hinged to the second side of the box body (100), and the first harness section (310) extends in the direction towards the second side of the box body (100). Referring to fig. 7 in combination, when the door body (200) is hinged to the second side of the refrigerator body (100), the second end (210b) is close to the hinge shaft; therefore, when the groove cover (223) is closed, the second wire harness segment (320) is closed in the direction that the wire threading hole (224) is positioned at the second end (210b), so that the second wire harness segment (320) extends towards the direction of the second end (210b), and the second wire harness segment (320) still extends in the direction towards the hinging shaft in the wire routing groove (210) to realize the electric connection with the first wire harness segment (310).
The second harness segment (320) can extend in the cabling channel (210) towards the direction of the hinge axis, regardless of the door opening direction of the refrigeration appliance, and is electrically connected to the first harness segment (310). The unique second wire harness section (320) is adopted, so that materials can be effectively saved, assembly parts can be reduced, the purposes of reducing cost and simplifying assembly flow are achieved, unnecessary electrical connection can be reduced, the defect that the service life is shortened due to crowded friction of a plurality of wires at the hinged position is avoided, and the purposes of improving product stability and improving user experience are achieved.
It should be noted that the terms "extend into", "extend to", "enter", and the like in the present invention are used to describe a static positional relationship of a related component of a refrigeration appliance with respect to another component, and unless explicitly stated otherwise, these terms should not be construed as limiting how the related component is assembled to another component in themselves.
In the present invention, each embodiment is written in a progressive manner, and the differences from the previous embodiments are emphasized, and the same parts in each embodiment can be referred to the previous embodiments.

Claims (10)

1. A side opening refrigeration appliance comprising:
a case (100) having an opening, the case (100) having a first side and a second side opposite the first side;
the door body (200) is selectively hinged with the first side or the second side of the box body (100) through a hinge shaft, and the door body (200) is used for opening or closing the opening of the box body (100); the direction in which the hinge shaft extends is perpendicular to the direction in which the first side points to the second side;
the electric component (201), the electric component (201) is located in the door body (200);
the connecting wire harness (300) extends from the box body (100) to the door body (200) and is used for realizing the electrical connection with the electric component (201);
it is characterized by also comprising:
a wire passing cavity (110), wherein the wire passing cavity (110) is positioned in the box body (100);
at least a portion of the connection harness (300) is loosely and detachably extended within the wire passing cavity (110) toward either one of the first side and the second side;
the two connecting cavities (120) are respectively positioned at two sides of the wire passing cavity (110) along the direction that the first side points to the second side, and the two connecting cavities (120) are communicated with the wire passing cavity (110);
when the door body (200) is hinged with the first side, the connecting wire harness (300) extends towards the first side to a connecting cavity (120) close to the first side; when the door body (200) is hinged to the second side, the connecting wire harness (300) extends towards the second side to the connecting cavity (120) close to the second side.
2. The refrigeration appliance according to claim 1, further comprising:
the side clamp structure is arranged on the side wall of the door body, which is vertical to the extension direction of the hinge shaft; the side card structure comprises a base and a slot cover, wherein the slot cover can be detachably connected with the base in a way that two ends of the slot cover can be adjusted and rotated;
the wiring groove is positioned in the side clamp structure and communicated with the interior of the door body;
the threading hole is positioned at one end of the groove cover; the connecting wire harness (300) is adapted to extend through the connecting cavity (120) and the threading hole to the cabling channel;
one end of the groove cover, which is provided with the threading hole, is close to one end of the door body, which is hinged with the box body (100).
3. The refrigeration appliance according to claim 1, further comprising:
the wire harness box (111) is located in the box body (100), and the inner surface of the box body of the wire harness box (111) encloses the wire passing cavity (110);
two hinge boxes (121) pointing to the direction of the second side along the first side, wherein the two hinge boxes (121) are respectively positioned at two sides of the wire harness box (111), and the inner surface of the box body of each hinge box (121) is enclosed to form the connecting cavity (120).
4. The refrigeration appliance according to claim 1, wherein said connection harness (300) comprises: at least two harness segments and at least one pair of electrical connectors (330) at the end of a respective one of the harness segments connected to each other.
5. The refrigeration appliance according to claim 4, wherein at least one harness segment extends loosely and removably within said wire passing cavity (110) toward either of said first side and said second side.
6. The refrigeration appliance according to claim 4, further comprising: the two connecting cavities (120) are respectively positioned at two sides of the wire passing cavity (110) along the direction from the first side to the second side, and the two connecting cavities (120) are communicated with the wire passing cavity (110);
at least one harness segment extends loosely and removably from the wire passing cavity (110) into either of the two connecting cavities (120).
7. The refrigeration appliance according to claim 1 or 4, wherein said connection harness (300) comprises a first harness segment (310) and a second harness segment (320) and a pair of electrical connectors (330) connected to each other at the connection location of the first harness segment (310) and the second harness segment (320);
the first harness segment (310) is loosely and detachably extended towards any one of the first side and the second side in the wire passing cavity (110) and is connected with the second harness segment (320) through the electric connector (330);
the second wire harness section (320) is located in the door body (200) and electrically connected with the electric part (201).
8. The refrigeration appliance according to claim 7, wherein said first harness section (310) is the only device provided in said cabinet (100) for electrically connecting said electrical components (201).
9. The refrigeration appliance according to claim 1, wherein the wire passing cavity (110) is provided with a mounting opening facing the door body (200), and the mounting opening is used for realizing the conversion of the extending direction of the connecting wire harness (300) in the wire passing cavity (110).
10. The refrigeration appliance according to claim 9, further comprising:
the extension cavity shell (114) is provided with a fixing opening (115) facing the door body (200), the inner surface of the extension cavity shell (114) is enclosed to form an installation channel (116), and the installation channel (116) is communicated with the wire passing cavity (110) through the installation opening.
