The invention also relates to a method for opening a drawer (3) and an inner drawer (5).
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a piece of furniture having a furniture body on which a drawer and at least one inner drawer are held movably, wherein the inner drawer is at least partially covered by a front panel of the drawer in a closed position and can be pushed out by means of at least one first push-out device after a locking device of the first push-out device has been unlocked by means of a movement of a force accumulator drive and can be pushed out by means of at least one second push-out device after a locking device of the second push-out device has been unlocked by means of a movement of a force accumulator drive, and to a method for opening drawers and inner drawers on a piece of furniture.
Background
There are pieces of furniture having a plurality of drawers which can be pushed out by a drive (AT 211504) having an electric motor. However, the use of such motors requires the laying of power cables, which is relatively expensive, and long term power consumption is disadvantageous.
EP 1901633B 1 discloses a piece of furniture, wherein the drawer and the inner drawer are arranged on the furniture body. The drawer and the inner drawer can each be pushed out by one push-out device, each of which is connected to each other by a switching element in order to couple and decouple the two push-out devices. The switching element is part of a control or regulating device of the piece of furniture, which increases the construction outlay and necessitates a corresponding calibration.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the invention is therefore to create a piece of furniture and a method for opening a drawer and an inner drawer on a piece of furniture, which ensure a reliable opening of the inner drawer by simple means.
This object is solved by a piece of furniture having the features of claim 1 and a method for opening drawers and inner drawers having the features of claim 11.
In the case of the piece of furniture according to the invention, one drawer can be pushed out by a first push-out device and at least one inner drawer can be pushed out by a second push-out device, wherein both push-out devices have a drive which is driven by an energy store and the locking device of the at least one first push-out device is synchronized with the locking device of the at least one second push-out device by means of a mechanical synchronization means. This means that when the drawer is opened, the inner drawer and the drawer are always unlocked and simultaneously pushed out. Due to the use of mechanical synchronizing members, no electrical energy is required and a high degree of functional reliability is also ensured.
The mechanical synchronization means for simultaneously unlocking the first and second ejector means may comprise a rotatable lever to effect the unlocking movement, in particular to push the front panel of the drawer from the closed position into the overpressure position. Instead of a rotatable lever, a slidable lever, a bowden cable or other mechanical gear member permanently coupling the two unlocking means can be used.
Preferably, the at least one first ejection section of the at least one first ejection device for the drawer is larger than the at least one second ejection section of the at least one second ejection device for the inner drawer. This ensures that the user has access to both the inner drawer and the drawer after the opening process has been started, which simplifies the operation. The push-out portion of the inner drawer may for example be in the range of between 10% and 70%, in particular 20% to 50%, of the push-out portion of the drawer.
In order to be able to also accommodate high weights on the drawer and to achieve a sufficiently large ejection section, two first ejection devices can be provided for the drawer, which are mounted adjacent to the pull-out guide, for example. The ejection device can be mounted either on the drawer, for example on the underside of a shelf or drawer frame, or fixedly on a holder for the furniture carcass. In any case, the movably driven drive produces the ejection of the drawer. The inner drawer can also be pushed out in a similar manner with two pushing-out devices which are directly or indirectly fixed to either the drawer or the furniture body. If the ejection devices are arranged such that they move relative to the furniture body, the couplings of the synchronizing member between the drawer and the inner drawer can easily be disengaged during the ejection process. The synchronization member between the drawer and the inner drawer is re-coupled when the drawer and the inner drawer reach the closed position. The coupling may be by using a familiar interlocking coupling design, such as a claw coupling or a tooth coupling.
When unlocking the ejection device, it is preferred that the further ejection device of the same drawer or of the same inner drawer and the further ejection device of the drawer or of the inner drawer are unlocked by using the synchronization member.
For particularly convenient handling, a self-closing device can be provided on the inner drawer and/or the drawer, which self-closing device moves the drawer or the inner drawer in the closing direction in the closing region, wherein the energy store of the respective ejection device is therefore loaded substantially in front of this closing region by the movement of the inner drawer or drawer. After the accumulator has been loaded, it is locked in position so that a further closing movement of the drawer or inner drawer takes place in the closing region. A corresponding mechanism for combining a charging accumulator with a self-closing device is disclosed, for example, in DE 102016113044 and can be used with the ejector device according to the invention.
In another embodiment, the first ejection means for the drawer and the second ejection means for the inner drawer have identical designs, thereby reducing the variety of components. For example, two identical right ejection devices for the drawer and two identical left ejection devices for the inner drawer may be used. If more than one inner drawer is provided, one or more ejection devices may also be provided for each additional inner drawer.
Preferably, a resilient stop or detent is provided which stops the inner drawer or limits extension movement after a predetermined distance. This allows limiting the distance traveled by the inner drawer so that the drawer and inner drawer can be offset during ejection even if the same ejection device is used. Alternatively, the energy store in the ejection device for the inner drawer can also be weaker than in the ejection device for the drawer. An adjustable configuration may also be provided for the accumulator, so that the ejection width of the drawer and/or the inner drawer can be adjusted.
In the method according to the invention for opening a drawer and an inner drawer, the front panel of the drawer is first pressed from the closed position into the overpressure position in order to unlock the locking device of the first ejection device for the drawer, wherein at the same time the unlocking of the locking device of the second ejection device for the inner drawer is effected by means of a mechanical synchronization member. Thus, both the drawer and the inner drawer are pushed out by the first or second push-out device. This simplifies the handling when opening the inner drawer, since only one movement is required to open the drawer and at least one inner drawer simultaneously.
The drawer is preferably pushed out a longer distance than the inner drawer so that both the storage space of the drawer and the storage space of the inner drawer are at least partially accessible.

Detailed Description
The piece of furniture 1 comprises a furniture body 2, on which furniture body 2 a drawer 3 and an inner drawer 5 are displaceably mounted. In this case, the inner drawer 5 is arranged in a concealed manner in a closed position, and the front panel 4 of the drawer 3 completely covers the front panel 6 of the inner drawer 5. There may also be more than one inner drawer 5, which is arranged in a hidden manner behind the front panel 4 and is movably mounted on the furniture body 2.
Fig. 3 shows the drawer 3 and the inner drawer 5 in a closed position, in which only the front panel 4 is visible from the outside. Both the inner drawer 5 and the drawer 3 are mounted such that they can be moved by means of pull-out guides 8, the pull-out guides 8 being mounted on mounting brackets 7 on the furniture body 2, respectively. To open the drawer 3, the front panel 4 is pushed from the closed position to an overpressure position in the furniture body 2 to unlock the locking means of the ejection means.
Fig. 4 shows the furniture carcass 2 without the drawer 3 and the inner drawer 5, but with four pull-out guides 8. Each pull-out guide comprises a fixed guide rail 9, an intermediate rail 10 and a movable sliding rail 11. It is also possible to use a pull-out guide 8 with only two rails or more than three rails.
The fixed bracket 80 is fixed to the pull-out guide 8 of the drawer 3, and the ejector 12 is mounted on the pull-out guide 8. On the ejection device 12, a drive 13 is movably mounted on the guide and can be connected to a coupling element on the drawer 3 or on the sliding rail 11 to eject the drawer 3 in the opening direction. The two ejector devices 12 are coupled to each other via a rotatable lever 14 so that when one locking device of one ejector device 12 is unlocked, the locking device of the other ejector device 12 is also unlocked. This means that when unlocking occurs, the drawer 3 is pushed out simultaneously in the opening direction on opposite sides by the driven actuators 13.
The inner drawer 5 can also be driven by an ejection device 15, the driven drive 16 being guided linearly on the ejection device 15 and being able to be coupled to a coupling element on the inner drawer 5 or to the sliding rail 11 on the inner drawer 5 in order to eject in the opening direction. The two ejection devices 15 are coupled to each other via a rotatable lever 17 so that when one locking device of one ejection device is unlocked, the other ejection device is also unlocked.
Fig. 5 shows the pull-out guide 8 and the push-out devices 12 and 15 without the furniture carcass 2. The first ejection device 12 for the drawer 3 is synchronized with the second ejection device 15 for the inner drawer 5, so that when both first ejection devices 12 are unlocked, the second ejection device 15 is also unlocked. For this purpose, a synchronization member is provided, which comprises a vertically rotatable rod 21 arranged between two deflection devices 20. The deflector 20 is basin-shaped and can be inserted in a recess in one of the side walls of the furniture body 2. At the deflection means 20, it is achieved that the rotation of the vertical rod 21 becomes a rotation of the shaft 19, which establishes a connection between the rotatable vertical rod 21 and the locking means of one of the push-out means 12 or 15. All four ejector devices 12 and 15 are therefore synchronized with one another. The deflector 20 can only be used on one side of the furniture. In this case, the push-out device 12 of the drawer and the push-out device 15 of the inner drawer are connected to the vertical rod 21.
Unlocking is achieved by pressing the front panel 4 in the closing direction, wherein the distance of the front panel 4 from the front panel 6 of the inner drawer 5 can be selected such that there is no contact and only the drawer 3 moves in the closing direction and at least one of the two first ejection devices 12 is unlocked and then the other three ejection devices are also unlocked by the synchronization member. Alternatively, the front panel 6 of the inner drawer 5 can rest against the front panel 4 of the drawer 3 in the closed position, so that by pressing in the front panel 4 the inner drawer 5 can also be moved simultaneously in the closing direction, so that the second ejection device 15 can also be unlocked first and then the other three ejection devices 12 and 15 can be unlocked.
Fig. 6 shows an ejector 15, which is identical in construction to the ejector 12. The ejection device 15 is arranged in a fixed manner on the carrier 80 and has a driver 16 pretensioned by an energy store. The housing of the ejector 15 is provided with a receptacle 95 for the shaft 90, the shaft 90 being rotatably mounted on the housing and having a radially projecting projection 91, which projection 91 can actuate a movable actuating element of the ejector 15 in order to unlock the ejector 15. The ejection device 15 can be designed as described in DE 102016113044. The projection 91 then acts on the displaceable actuating element for the unlocking process. A first projecting section 92 is formed on the rotatable shaft 90, which has a non-circular cross-section and can be inserted into a receptacle of the rotatable shaft 17 to connect the shaft 17 to the shaft 90 in a rotationally fixed manner. Also formed on the opposite side of the shaft 90 is a protruding section 94, which is coupled to the shaft 19 in a rotationally fixed manner.
A self-closing device may also be provided on each pull-out guide 8 to move the sliding rail 11 in the closing direction in the closing area and to keep the sliding rail 11 in the closed position. The self-closing device may be damped such that the closing movement of the drawer 3 or the inner drawer 5 is slowed down and then the self-closing device automatically moves the drawer to the closed position. The closing movement of the sliding rail 11 in front of the closing region can then be used to tension the energy store of the ejection device 12 or 15, as described in DE 102016113044.
Fig. 7 shows a second embodiment example of an article of furniture 1 with a drawer 3 and a movable inner drawer 5. As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the inner drawer 5 is movably held by two pull-out guides 8, and the drawer 3 is also movably held by two pull-out guides 8. The drawer 3 can be pushed out by the push-out device 12, while the inner drawer 5 can be pushed out by the push-out device 15. However, the synchronization cannot be performed by the vertical rods 21 arranged in the region of the side walls or the receptacles on the side walls, but only by the single vertical rod 21 ' provided between the two rotatable rods 14 ' and 17 '. The rotatable lever 14 'couples the two pull-out devices 12 of the drawer 3 to each other, while the rotatable lever 17' couples the two second pull-out devices 15 of the inner drawer 3 to each other. The rotatable levers 14 ' and 17 ' are therefore not linked by two levers 21 spaced apart from one another, but by a single lever 21 ' mounted on the rear wall or by another vertical or horizontal cross-member of the furniture body 2. For this purpose two deflectors 20' are provided, which are held by a basin-shaped housing on the rear wall or cross member. Other housing forms and brackets are of course possible.
Fig. 10 shows a detailed view of the connection between the rotatable rod 17 'and the vertical rod 21'. The vertical rod 21 ' is rotatably supported on the bearing 22 of the deflector 20 ' and has an end tooth which meshes with the tooth of the drive shaft 32 held on the bearing 23 of the deflector 20 '. The transmission shaft 32 has a gear 31 at the end, the gear 31 being in mesh with the gear 30, the gear 30 being mounted in a rotationally fixed manner on the rotatable shaft 17'. Consequently, the transmission shaft 32 is also rotated by the rotary motion of the rotatable rod 17 ', the rotary rod 17 ' then rotating the vertical rod 21 ' and by the further deflection device 20 ' rotating the further transmission shaft 32 in the lower region and thus the rotatable rod 14 '. Thus, the levers 14 'and 17' are synchronized.
In the example of embodiment shown, two ejection devices 12 and 15 are each used to eject a drawer 3 or an inner drawer 5. Of course, only one ejection device 12 or 15 may be provided. Furthermore, only one inner drawer 5 is held on the furniture body 2, wherein more than one inner drawer 5 can also be arranged behind the front panel 4 of the drawer 3.
In the embodiment example shown, the synchronization member is designed with rotatable levers 14,14 ', 17' which are coupled to one another in a rotationally fixed manner by means of gears. Bowden cables or other gears can also be used as synchronizing members.
