With continued reference to fig. 1 to 3, the exhaust fan component 1 is respectively connected with the sterilizing gas inlet 11 and the exhaust pipeline 12, the sterilizing gas is specifically hydrogen peroxide gas, the exhaust pipeline 12 is provided with the exhaust valve V6, the exhaust pipeline 12 is also connected with the first internal circulation pipeline 13, the first internal circulation pipeline 13 is provided with the first internal circulation valve V5, and the connection part of the first internal circulation pipeline 13 and the exhaust pipeline 12 is positioned between the exhaust fan component 1 and the exhaust valve V6.

Referring to fig. 2 to 3, in order to secure compactness of the overall structure, the exhaust fan part 1 and the blower part 2 are arranged in a straight line along a vertical direction.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in order to realize a filtering function at the time of exhausting, the exhaust fan unit 1 includes an exhaust fan 14 and a first filter 141, and the first filter 141 may be a commercially available high-efficiency filter; in order to realize the filtering function at the time of blowing, the blower unit 2 includes the blower 25 and the second filter 251, and the second filter 251 may be a commercially available high-efficiency filter.
With reference to fig. 1 to 3, the air internal circulation system of the IVC experimental animal box provided by the embodiment of the invention realizes disinfection by the following control method (i.e. working principle):
step 1: closing the exhaust valve V6, the first air supply valve V1, the second air supply valve V2 and the return air valve V4;
step 2: the sterilizing gas is input into the sterilizing gas inlet, the sterilizing gas is sent into the first internal circulation pipeline 13 through the exhaust fan component 1, the sterilizing gas is sent into the blower component 2 through the air inlet pipeline 21 by the first internal circulation pipeline 13, and the sterilizing gas is sent into the sterilizing gas outlet through the second internal circulation pipeline 23 by the blower component 2;
step 3: the sterilizing gas is sent into an IVC experimental animal box through a sterilizing gas outlet for sterilizing operation;
step 4: closing the first internal circulation valve V5 and the second internal circulation valve V3, and opening the exhaust valve V6, the first air supply valve V1, the second air supply valve V2 and the return air valve V4;
step 5: fresh air is sent through the first air supply valve V1, the fresh air is sent into the air supply pipeline 22 through the air supply part 2, and the air supply pipeline 22 continuously sends the fresh air into the IVC experimental animal box;
step 6: the old air in the IVC experimental animal box is sent to the exhaust fan component 1 through the return air pipeline 24, filtered in the exhaust fan component 1 and then sent to the exhaust pipeline 12, and the exhaust pipeline 12 is exhausted.

2. An air internal circulation system of an IVC laboratory animal box according to claim 1, characterized in that the exhaust fan part (1) and the blower part (2) are arranged in a straight line along a vertical direction.
