背景技术
由现有技术已知:在混合动力传动装置中将电机直接与变速器的驱动轴连接或者将电机设置成轴线平行于驱动轴并经由齿轮级或链传动机构而与驱动轴连接。此外,由现有技术已知:在机动车传动装置中油泵通常经由自己的圆柱齿轮传动机构或链传动机构由输入轴驱动,这需要轴向结构空间。

据此建议一种将油泵连接在机动车的具有轴线平行于变速器输入轴设置的电机的混合动力传动装置上的连接装置,其中,所述油泵的驱动装置连接在圆柱齿轮传动机构的中间齿轮上,变速器输入轴经由该圆柱齿轮传动机构而与电机作用连接。
通过按照本发明的构思,在变速器输入轴和电机之间存在的结构空间可以用于设置油泵,而不必设置附加的轴向结构空间。此外,通过相应的设计,可以与电机的设计独立地选择与油泵的传动比。与油泵的驱动装置不可相对转动地连接的用于连接在中间齿轮上的齿轮可以构造成圆柱齿轮或构造成冠状齿轮。构造成冠状齿轮在利用现有的结构空间方面得到高的灵活性。齿轮可以按有利的方式由塑料制成,尤其是当中间齿轮被确定成大尺寸时。

具体实施方式
按照本发明并且参照图1,提出一种将油泵1连接在机动车的具有轴线平行于变速器输入轴2设置的电机3的混合动力传动装置上的连接装置,其中,与油泵1的驱动装置不可相对转动地连接的并且构造成圆柱齿轮的齿轮4与一圆柱齿轮传动机构的中间齿轮5啮合,变速器输入轴2与电机3经由该圆柱齿轮传动机构作用连接。
在图1中用6标出由变速器输入轴2驱动的齿轮组。圆柱齿轮传动机构包括所述中间齿轮5、一个与电机3的转子不可相对转动地连接的齿轮7和一个与变速器输入轴2不可相对转动地连接的齿轮8。

Claims (10)

4.根据权利要求1所述的将油泵(1)连接在机动车的混合动力传动装置上的连接装置,其特征在于,在油泵(1)的驱动装置与圆柱齿轮传动机构的中间齿轮(5)之间的作用连接中设置有包括太阳轮、行星架和齿圈的行星齿轮传动机构(16),其中,油泵(1)的驱动装置与行星架连接,中间齿轮(5)与太阳轮或者与齿圈连接,并且行星齿轮传动机构(16)的其余元件与第二电机(17)连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的将油泵(1)连接在机动车的混合动力传动装置上的连接装置,其特征在于,行星齿轮传动机构(16)的齿圈构成为中间齿轮(5)的内齿部。
6.根据权利要求4所述的将油泵(1)连接在机动车的混合动力传动装置上的连接装置,其特征在于,行星齿轮传动机构(16)的齿圈构成为齿轮(4)的内齿部,齿轮(4)的外齿部与中间齿轮(5)啮合。
7.将油泵(1)连接在机动车的具有轴线平行于变速器输入轴(2)设置的电机的混合动力传动装置上的连接装置,其中,变速器输入轴(2)与电机(3)经由链传动机构(10)作用连接,其特征在于,所述油泵(1)能借助另一链传动机构(11)经由电机(3)驱动。
8.根据权利要求7所述的将油泵(1)连接在机动车的混合动力传动装置上的连接装置,其特征在于,所述电机(3)的转子与一个包括两个彼此同轴并且不可相对转动地设置的链轮(12、13)的双链轮(12)不可相对转动地连接,其中,一个链轮(12)与和变速器输入轴(2)不可相对转动地连接的链轮(14)作用连接,而另一个链轮(13)与和油泵(1)的驱动装置作用连接的链轮(15)作用连接。
9.根据权利要求7或权利要求8所述的将油泵(1)连接在机动车的混合动力传动装置上的连接装置,其特征在于,在油泵(1)与和油泵(1)的驱动装置作用连接的链轮(15)之间的作用连接中设置有包括太阳轮、行星架和齿圈的行星齿轮传动机构(16),其中,油泵(1)的驱动装置与行星架连接,链轮(15)与太阳轮或者与齿圈连接,并且行星齿轮传动机构(16)的其余元件与第二电机(17)连接。
10.根据权利要求8所述的将油泵(1)连接在机动车的混合动力传动装置上的连接装置,其特征在于,所述行星齿轮传动机构(16)的齿圈构成为链轮(15)的内齿部。
