Background
At present, a counting assembly is arranged in a developing box, a counted piece and a light detecting port matched with the counted piece are arranged in a printer, the counted piece is arranged such that one end of the counted piece is used for being stirred by the counting assembly, the other end of the counted piece can block the light detecting port and the light detecting port which cannot be blocked, and when the counted piece is not stirred by the counting assembly, the other end of the counted piece blocks the light detecting port, so that light cannot be detected by the printer; when the counted piece is shifted by the counting assembly, the other end of the counted piece does not block the light detection port, and light can be detected by the printer; the printer judges the amount of toner contained in the developing cartridge by calculating the number of times of the detected light, and then sets the life of the developing cartridge.
The reality is that, after the developer in the developing box used up, each part in the developing box still can be used, and end user just abandons the developing box this moment, not only can lead to end user's office cost to rise, also can cause the pollution to current living environment, consequently, need consider to design a structure, and after the carbon powder in the developing box was consumed and finishes, end user only need can continue to use this developing box to the new carbon powder of replenishment in the developing box.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a developing box capable of automatically resetting, when developer in the developing box is consumed, an end user only needs to add new developer into the developing box, and then the developing box is installed on a printer to be reused, so that the aim of utilizing the developing box to the maximum extent is fulfilled.

The counting part further comprises a plurality of supporting parts arranged in the circumferential direction of the cylinder, the protruding height of each supporting part is smaller than that of each blocking part, and the supporting parts are used for being abutted to the end covers.
The end cover comprises a first through hole, a second through hole and a third through hole, the first through hole, the second through hole and the third through hole are arranged in the end cover, the power receiving part and the counting part are exposed through the first through hole and the second through hole respectively, and the reset action rod is arranged in the third through hole.
Preferably, the third through-hole is located upstream of the second through-hole.
The process cartridge provided by the present invention comprises the drum assembly and the developing cartridge as described above, which are combined with each other, and the developing cartridge is detachably mounted in the drum assembly.
The drum assembly includes a base plate, and a first plate, a second plate, a third plate and a fourth plate extending in the same direction around the base plate, respectively, the first plate, the second plate, the third plate, the fourth plate and the base plate enclose to form an accommodating groove for accommodating the developing cartridge, and when the developing cartridge is mounted to the accommodating groove, the reset action rod abuts against the first plate.

Detailed Description
In order to make the description more accurate, the embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings, and first, the respective orientations of the process cartridge according to the present invention are defined with respect to the orientation of the developing cartridge, the longitudinal direction of the developing cartridge 10 is defined as the longitudinal direction X, the width direction of the developing cartridge 10 is defined as the lateral direction Y, and the height direction of the developing cartridge 10 is defined as the vertical direction Z.

As shown in fig. 1, the developing cartridge 10 is mountable in a mounting direction a, and includes a housing 11, a rotary member 12 rotatably mounted in the housing 11, an end cap 13 at one longitudinal end of the housing 11, a power receiving member 14, and a counting assembly 15, the power receiving member 14 and the counting assembly 15 being located at the same longitudinal end of the housing 11, and both the power receiving member 14 and the counting assembly 15 being exposed to the outside through the end cap 13, the counting assembly 15 receiving a driving force of the power receiving member 14 to operate, of course, the counting assembly 15 and the power receiving member 14 may be located at both longitudinal ends of the housing 11, respectively, the power receiving member 14 receiving the driving force from the outside and transmitting the driving force to the rotary member 12 and the counting assembly 15, respectively; the counting assembly 15 rotates about a rotation axis L3.
As shown in fig. 2, the drum assembly 20 includes a bottom plate 29, and a first plate 21, a second plate 22, a third plate 23 and a fourth plate 24 respectively extending from the periphery of the bottom plate 29 in the same direction, the first plate 21, the second plate 22, the third plate 2, the fourth plate 24 and the bottom plate 29 enclose and form an accommodating groove 25 for accommodating the developing cartridge 10, the developing cartridge 10 is detachably and fixedly mounted to the accommodating groove 25, the developing cartridge 10 and the drum assembly 20 are combined to form a process cartridge, the process cartridge is detachably mounted to office equipment such as a printer or a copier, when the developer accommodated in the developer accommodating chamber is consumed, an end user takes the process cartridge out of the equipment, and takes the developing cartridge 10 out of the accommodating groove 25, so that the developing cartridge 10 can be replenished with new developer or replaced with a new developing cartridge; also, the drum assembly 20 has the same orientation according to the orientation of the developing cartridge 10 defined above.
After the developing cartridge 10 is mounted in the accommodating groove 25, the first plate 21 and the third plate 23 restrain the developing cartridge 10 in the longitudinal direction thereof, prevent the developing cartridge 10 from shifting in the longitudinal direction, and the power receiving member 14 and the counter assembly 15 are located on the side of the first plate 21.

As shown in fig. 3, the developing cartridge further includes an intermediate gear 16 for transmitting the driving force from the power receiving member 14 to the counter assembly 15. The counting assembly 15 comprises a counting member 151 and a resetting device combined with the counting member 151, wherein the resetting device is used for restoring the counting member 151 to an initial position for starting counting after the counting member 151 finishes counting, the resetting device comprises a resetting action rod 153 and an elastic member 152 combined with the counting member 151, the elastic member 152 is used for providing initial acting force required for resetting for the counting member 151, after the elastic member 152 exerts acting force on the counting member 151, the resetting action rod 153 can exert resetting acting force on the counting member 151 again, and finally the counting member 151 finishes resetting.
As shown in fig. 4A and 4B, the counter element 151 is rotatable about a rotation axis L3, and includes a cylindrical body 151a, a power receiving portion 151B and a non-power receiving portion 151c provided in a circumferential direction of the cylindrical body 151a, and a toggle protrusion 151f protruding from the cylindrical body 151a along the rotation axis L3, preferably, the power receiving portion 151B is a toothed portion in the circumferential direction of the cylindrical body 151a, and the non-power receiving portion 151c is a non-toothed portion in the circumferential direction of the cylindrical body 151 a; further, a plurality of supporting portions 151d and blocking portions 151e are further provided in the circumferential direction of the cylindrical body 151a, as shown in the figure, the supporting portions 151d and the blocking portions 151e are protrusions protruding outward from the circumferential surface of the cylindrical body 151a, and the supporting portions 151d have a protruding height smaller than that of the blocking portions 151e, and the supporting portions 151d are configured to abut against the end caps 13, so that the counter 151 is positioned between the housing 11 and the end caps 13. The supporting portion 151d is integrally formed with the cylinder 151a, which can effectively reduce the manufacturing cost of the counting part 151 and the supporting portion 151d, and meanwhile, the supporting portion 151d is provided with a smaller protruding height than the blocking portion 151e, and the supporting portion 151d can be protected by the blocking portion 151e, so as to prevent the supporting portion 151d from being broken due to the falling of the counting part 151; since the blocking portion 151e needs to interact with the reset actuation lever 153, providing the blocking portion 151e with a greater projection height helps to reduce the travel of the reset actuation lever 153, thereby reducing the structural and material requirements of the reset actuation lever 153, as will be described below.
After the counting is completed, the counter 151 is disengaged from the intermediate gear 16, and the stopper 151e is restricted by the reset operation lever 153; when the developing cartridge 10 is removed, the elastic member 152 applies an initial force to the counter member 151, and the counter member 31 is rotated by a certain angle so that the blocking portion 151e is opposed to the return action lever 153; when the developing cartridge 10 is mounted again, the reset operation lever 153 receives an external force and applies a reset force to the blocking portion 151e, the counter 151 rotates a certain angle again, and finally the counter 151 engages with the intermediate gear 16, completing the reset.
As shown in fig. 5A and 5B, the end cap 13 includes first and second through- holes 131 and 132 provided therein, and the power receiving part 14 and the counter element 151 are exposed through the first and second through- holes 131 and 132, respectively; further, the end cap 13 of the present embodiment further includes a limiting plate 133 disposed in the circumferential direction of the second through hole 132, a third through hole 134, and a reset action rod 153 disposed in the third through hole 134; the stopper plate 133 is adapted to abut against the supporting portion 151d, and preferably, the third through hole 134 is located upstream of the second through hole 132 in the vertical direction of the developing cartridge 10, and when the developing cartridge 10 is mounted to the drum assembly 20, the third through hole 134 is closer to the drum assembly 20 than the second through hole 132, and thus, when the reset lever 153 located in the third through hole 134 is acted upon by an external force, it moves substantially in a straight line in which the vertical direction of the developing cartridge is located.
The reset lever 153 includes a deformable base 1531 formed in the third through hole 134, an abutting portion 1532 disposed at a free end of the base 1531, and a force application portion 1533, wherein the base 1531 is disposed in the third through hole 134 in a cantilever manner, the abutting portion 1532 is configured to receive an external force, the force application portion 1533 is configured to block or push the blocking portion 151e, and preferably, in a case where the abutting portion 1532 is not subjected to the external force, at least a portion of the force application portion 1533 is located in the second through hole 132; when the abutting portion 1532 receives an external force, the base portion 1531 is elastically deformed, the biasing portion 1533 is rotatable about the joint of the base portion 1531 and the end cap 13 to be displaced, and the displacement amount of the biasing portion 1533 is small, so that the rotational movement of the biasing portion 1533 can be regarded as a linear movement in the vertical direction of the developing cartridge.

As shown in the drawing, before the developing cartridge 10 is mounted to the drum assembly 20, the abutting portion 1532 is located outside the second through hole 132, the blocking portion 151e is not opposed to the urging portion 1533, and the toothed portion 151b of the counter 151 is engaged with the intermediate gear 16; when the developing cartridge 10 is mounted to the drum assembly 20 and the power receiving member 14 receives the driving force, the counting member 151 rotates in the direction indicated by r to start counting, at which time the abutting portion 1532 abuts against the first plate 21 of the drum assembly 20 and the urging portion 1533 moves in the second through hole 132 in a direction substantially parallel to the vertical direction; when the counting member 151 completes counting, the toothless portion 151c of the counting member 151 is opposed to the intermediate gear 16, and even if the power receiving member 14 continues to receive the driving force from the outside, the counting member 151 does not continue to rotate, and at the same time, the blocking portion 151e is blocked by the force applying portion 1533.
