本发明公开了一种能满足多种蔬菜生长需求,又能抑制绿藻生长,在弱光环境下健康生长的水培营养液配方及制备方法,包括基础营养液和抑藻物质,所述基础营养液包括大量元素、微量元素和痕量元素。具体的配比为:硝酸钙1000mg/L,硝酸钾1000mg/L,FE‑EDTA铁钠盐200mg/L,磷酸二氢钾200mg/L,磷酸二氢铵150mg/L,硫酸镁700mg/L,硼酸7mg/L,硫酸锰5mg/L,硫酸亚铁15mg/L,硫酸铜0.25mg/L,硫酸锌0.22mg/L,钼酸铵0.02mg/L,苯扎氯铵0.01mg/L。苯扎氯铵可提供Cl离子,在不同的PH值范围内,均表现出很好的杀菌灭藻能力,最佳使用量量为0.01mg/L,能有效地渗透绿藻细胞壁,分解绿藻细胞的DNA,从而杀死并抑制藻类繁殖,解决了现有水培营养液易生绿藻而变质发臭的难题。

技术领域
本发明涉及无土栽培领域,尤其涉及可抑制绿藻生长的水培叶菜营养液配方及配制方法。
背景技术
国内外很多学者都在进行无土栽培的配方研究。营养液的配方以土壤浸提液的化学成分为基础,应用较广的包括:霍格兰德配方、山崎配方和日本园试配方等。霍格兰德配方比较适宜于黄瓜育苗。山崎配方针对不同的作物进行了不同的配比改良。日本园试配方比较通用,但依然无法避免营养液中的绿藻生长。
根据作物生长发育所必需的环境条件,用非活性固体基质和营养液替代天然土壤向作物提供温度、水分、氧气和养分,使水培植物能够正常生长并完成其整个生命周期的生长。水中有很多肉眼看不到的浮游藻类孢子,营养液含有大量的营养元素,在光线充足的情况下,绿藻很容易大量繁殖,附着在栽培箱、基质海绵和植物根系上,给植物的生长也会造成一定的影响。
通过过滤装置,从水中捞出绿藻,离心分离,但是这种方法成本高,需要不断的更换滤芯。通过紫外杀菌灯,也可进行灭菌处理,不过会增加能耗,不一定经济。利用杀藻剂进行灭藻是一种探索,常见的聚合氯化铝对池塘水体净化的是有效的,但铝会造成大脑神经系统损伤,不能直接用于水培植物的营养液。考虑到弱光条件下,蔬菜会减慢对Mg、N、P等营养元素的吸收,因此有必要从营养液配方的角度,重新对阳台水培菜园的营养液进行设计和改良。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服水培营养液易生绿藻而变质发臭的难题,提供了一种能满足多种蔬菜生长需求,又能抑制绿藻生长,在弱光环境下健康生长的水培营养液配方及制备方法。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:本发明包括基础营养液和抑藻物质,所述基础营养液包括大量元素、微量元素和痕量元素。
具体的配比为:硝酸钙1000mg/L,硝酸钾1000mg/L,FE-EDTA铁钠盐200mg/L,磷酸二氢钾200mg/L,磷酸二氢铵150mg/L,硫酸镁700mg/L,硼酸7mg/L,硫酸锰5mg/L,硫酸亚铁15mg/L,硫酸铜0.25mg/L,硫酸锌0.22mg/L,钼酸铵0.02mg/L,苯扎氯铵0.01mg/L。
具体的营养元素含量为:N 313.28mg/L,P 88mg/L,K444.16mg/L,Ca 169.7mg/L,Mg 69.02mg/L,S 164.902531mg/L,Cu0.063625mg/L,Fe3.0135mg/L,Mn1.6255mg/L,Zn0.050006mg/L,B1.2236mg/L,Mo0.0109mg/L,Cl0.0020mg/L。
优选地,苯扎氯铵可提供Cl离子,在不同的PH值范围内,均表现出很好的杀菌灭藻能力,最佳使用量量为0.01mg/L,能有效地渗透绿藻细胞壁,分解绿藻细胞的DNA,从而杀死并抑制藻类繁殖。
优选地,磷酸二氢钾具有克服作物生长后期根系老化吸收能力下降而导致的营养不足的作用。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述,以下实施例只是描述性的,不是限定性的,不能一次限定本发明的保护范围。
以下实施例中所使用的方法,如无特殊规定,均为常规方法;所用到的原料若无特别说明,则为分析纯的化学药品。
1、先预先确定栽培营养液的浓度和所需的体积(ml);
2、计算母液浓度与栽培营养液浓度的比值,即二者的倍数关系;
3、计算配制规定浓度和体积的栽培营养液需要A、B、C、D四种母液各多少ml;
4、取适当容积的量杯,先加入2/3体积的水,再加入A母液,搅拌均匀,再缓慢加入B母液,搅拌均匀,不允许有沉淀生产。然后缓慢加入C母液,搅拌均匀,最后加水定容到规定体积。
5、将配制完成的栽培营养液倒入小喷壶中,用于小苗的喷雾浇灌。

为避免各种肥料的相互作用及酸碱度对溶解的影响,营养液分A、B、C、D液配置,使用时顺序加入。首先依据需配置营养液量分别称量各种肥料。
A液:(容量1L)
先用温水溶解硝酸钙,边加水边搅拌直至溶解均匀。
B液:(容量1L)
先用温水溶解FE-EDTA铁钠盐,然后加入硝酸钾,加水搅拌至完全溶解。
C液:(容量1L)
先用温水溶解硫酸亚铁,硼酸以温水溶解后加入,然后依次加入硫酸锰、硫酸铜、硫酸锌、钼酸铵等,混合搅拌。
D液:(容量1L)
先用温水溶解苯扎氯铵,边加水边搅拌直至溶解均匀
使用流程:
使用营养液时按10mL兑1公斤水的比例,先加A液溶液,充分溶解后再加B液溶液,最后添加C液和D液溶液。
调整营养液的酸碱度营养液的酸碱度直接影响营养液中营养成分存在的状态、转化和有效性。磷酸盐在碱性时易发生沉淀;锰、铁等在碱性溶液中由于溶解度降低也会发生缺乏症。营养液通常用井水或自来水配制。假如水源的PH值为中性或微碱性,则配制成的营养液PH值与水源相近,假如不符要进行调整。在调整PH值时,应先把强酸、强碱加水稀释,营养液偏碱时多用磷酸或硫酸来中和,偏酸时用氢氧化钠来中和,然后逐滴加入到营养液中,同时不断用PH试纸测定,至所需要的酸碱度为止(蔬菜营养液PH值为5.5-6.5)。
采摘前2-3天将营养液更换为自来水,可置换肥料在植物体内的堆积,提高蔬菜口感和品质。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明采用苯扎氯铵作为抑藻剂,清除叶菜水培过程中生长的绿藻,苯扎氯铵具有无毒、无臭、无污染等优点,化学性质较稳定,便于运输,水溶性强,对环境无害并且无生物累积性。
2、本发明提供的抑制绿藻生长的水培无土栽培营养料,专门针对水培进行无土栽培的营养液,能够满足水培生长过程中对各种元素的需求,叶片肥大,根系发达。
3、本发明提供的抑制绿藻生长的水培营养液,能有效抑制水培无土栽培中绿藻的生长,进一步提高无土栽培水培的观赏价值,以便于水培无土栽培的推广,绿藻的清除率为95%。
以上仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明结构的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些也应当视为本发明的保护范围,这些都不会影响本发明的实施效果和专利的实用性。
Claims (3)
1.一种抑制绿藻的营养液配方,其特征在于,包括基础营养液和抑藻物质,所述基础营养液包括大量元素、微量元素和痕量元素。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基础营养液的配比为:硝酸钙1000mg/L,硝酸钾1000mg/L,FE-EDTA铁钠盐200mg/L,磷酸二氢钾200mg/L,磷酸二氢铵150mg/L,硫酸镁700mg/L,硼酸7mg/L,硫酸锰5mg/L,硫酸亚铁15mg/L,硫酸铜0.25mg/L,硫酸锌0.22mg/L,钼酸铵0.02mg/L,苯扎氯铵0.01mg/L。
3.根据权利要求1所述的苯扎氯铵可提供Cl离子,在不同的PH值范围内,均表现出很好的杀菌灭藻能力,最佳使用量量为0.01mg/L,能有效地渗透绿藻细胞壁,分解绿藻细胞的DNA,从而杀死并抑制藻类繁殖。
