The folding scooter of claim 1, wherein: the lower part slidable of holding up pipe (2) is provided with slider (22), folding handrail (3) are passed through link gear connects and drives slider (22), through rotatory folding handrail (3) can make slider (22) remove in holding up pipe (2) to open the second folding device, fold holding up pipe (2).
3. The folding scooter of claim 1, wherein: gear teeth (12) are formed on the right driving wheel (4 a) and the left driving wheel (4 b), and the right driving wheel (4 a) and the left driving wheel (4 b) can be meshed with each other through the gear teeth (12).

The folding scooter of claim 2 wherein: the second folding device comprises a locking device (14) and a fork tube (15), an arc-shaped slideway (18) is arranged in the locking device (14), a sliding block (19) is arranged in the fork tube (15), a fixed shaft (20) is arranged at the lower end of the sliding block (19) in a penetrating mode, and the fixed shaft (20) is slidably arranged in the arc-shaped slideway (18); the front part of the pedal (1) is provided with the locking device (14), and the lower end of the support tube (2) is rotatably connected with the locking device (14) through a fork tube (15) so as to be rotationally folded; locking clamping grooves (21) are formed at the two ends of the arc-shaped slide rail (18) inwards, and the folding handrail (3) can be driven to relatively displace between the sliding block (19) and the fork tube (15) through the linkage mechanism by rotating, so that the fixed shaft (20) is driven to move in the arc-shaped slide rail (18); the upper end of the sliding block (19) is provided with an inclined surface (23) for the sliding head (22) to extrude, and the sliding head (22) can move in the handrail (2) by rotating the folding handrail (3), so that the inclined surface (23) is extruded, and the sliding block (19) is driven to move in the fork tube (15); the upper end of the sliding head (22) is provided with a fixed head (25), the fixed head (25) is positioned at the upper end of the inclined surface (23) and is fixed on the support pipe (2), and a second spring (26) is abutted between the fixed head (25) and the sliding head (22); the linkage mechanism is a steel wire rope group (24), and the folding handrail (3) is connected through the steel wire rope group (24) and drives the second folding device; a cavity (27) is formed in the middle of the sliding block (19), a semicircular hole (28) for allowing the fastener (17) to pass through is formed in one side of the cavity (27), and a third spring (29) is abutted between the fastener (17) and the cavity (27); an inner tube (30) is arranged in the support tube (2) in a penetrating way, the upper end of the inner tube (30) extends out of the support tube (2) and is connected with the folding handrail (3), a sheath (31) is arranged between an opening at the upper end of the support tube (2) and the inner tube (30), an elastic opening (32) is formed in the opening at the upper end of the support tube (2), and a quick-dismantling piece (33) is arranged on the periphery of the elastic opening (32); elastic clamping connection is carried out in the inner tube (30) to form a spring pin piece (34), the other end of the spring pin piece (34) extends out of the inner tube (30) and is provided with a protruding block (35), and the support tube (2) is provided with a plurality of positioning holes (36) for the protruding blocks (35) to pass through; the locking device (14) is provided with a rotary hole (16), one end of the fork tube (15) is rotatably fixed in the rotary hole (16) through a fastener (17), and the fork tube (15) can be rotated and folded relative to the bicycle pedal (1).
