Working mode-clamping:
when the paper needs to be clamped, the soft and fragile adhesive paper is moved into the space between the upper jaw and the lower jaw of the clamp claw, and the upper jaw and the lower jaw are reasonably closed by a certain driving mode. When the upper jaw and the lower jaw are folded, the anti-sticking films of the upper jaw and the lower jaw can be in direct contact with the paper, so that the force is further transmitted to the inside, and the buffering cotton inside the paper is elastically deformed. The deformation of the buffer cotton absorbs a part of the clamping force and makes the clamping force distributed evenly. So that the soft and fragile paper can not be broken and deformed. Meanwhile, the anti-sticking film formed by weaving the polytetrafluoroethylene filaments on the outer layer is also deformed due to the action of the buffer cotton wrapped in the anti-sticking film, and then warp and weft which are woven can slightly move.
The clamp grabs the bracket, the lining plate, the air plate and the like of the upper jaw and the lower jaw, and provides good rigid support for the upper jaw and the lower jaw.
At the moment, after the paper is clamped, the excellent clamping effect can be obtained by adjusting the external drive and the movement distance of the upper jaw and the lower jaw.
Working mode-separation:
when the paper is moved to a preset position, the upper jaw and the lower jaw are separated by a certain driving mode, and the paper is separated:
the clamp grabs the bracket, the lining plate, the air plate and the like of the upper jaw and the lower jaw, and provides good rigid support for the upper jaw and the lower jaw.
During the separation, with the antiseized membrane of the fragile viscidity paper direct contact of softness, can effectually prevent that the paper from gluing and grabbing jaw contact surface about pressing from both sides.
Meanwhile, the compressed buffer cotton can recover deformation, so that the anti-sticking film formed by weaving polytetrafluoroethylene filaments coated on the outer layer of the buffer cotton also recovers deformation, and the warp and weft which are woven can slightly move. The process is equivalent to that the anti-sticking film and the soft fragile sticky paper generate relative displacement, and the paper is further prevented from being stuck on the contact surface of the upper jaw and the lower jaw of the clamp.
An air passage is reserved between the upper jaw and the lower jaw, and air holes are reserved on the lower surface of the upper jaw and the upper surface of the lower jaw. The air joints are left at the tails of the upper jaw support and the lower jaw support, and when the upper jaw and the lower jaw are separated, the air joints are controlled by the outside to inflate the upper jaw and the lower jaw. For the upper jaw, high-pressure gas can sequentially pass through an upper jaw air connector, an air passage in an upper jaw support, an air passage of an upper jaw air plate, an air hole of the upper jaw air plate, a long runner hole of an upper jaw buffer surface and a long runner hole of an upper jaw anti-sticking film to be blown on paper to assist the paper to be separated. For the lower jaw, high-pressure gas can sequentially pass through the lower jaw air connector, the air channel in the lower jaw support, the air channel of the lower jaw air plate, the air hole of the lower jaw air plate, the long runner hole of the lower jaw buffer surface and the long runner hole of the lower jaw anti-sticking film, and the high-pressure gas is blown on paper to assist the paper to be separated. The beat of air blowing is that continuous air blowing and pulse air blowing are combined, the continuous air blowing can separate large-area adhesion, and the pulse air blowing can separate small-area adhesion. The upper jaw sealing gasket and the lower jaw sealing gasket can be effectively guaranteed, compressed gas can flow to the air hole from the air joint, and air leakage is avoided.
Due to the three anti-sticking means and reasonable air flow control, the paper can be effectively prevented from being stuck on the clamp claw and not separated after being dragged and conveyed.

the upper jaw part comprises upper jaw supports, upper jaw air connectors, upper jaw lining plates, upper jaw sealing gaskets and upper jaw air plates, the upper jaw supports are two rectangular long blocks which are vertically arranged side by side, each upper jaw support is an installation supporting piece of the upper jaw part, the bottom surface of each upper jaw support is provided with two threaded holes, a vertical air passage is arranged inside each upper jaw support, one end of each air passage is connected to the bottom surface, the other end of each air passage is connected to the back surface, the air passage on the back surface is provided with a threaded hole for installing the upper jaw air connector, each upper jaw lining plate is a rectangular-like thin plate and is installed horizontally on the ground, two ends of each long edge of each air passage are provided with reserved holes which are installed on the bottom surface of each upper jaw support, the outer ring of each upper jaw lining plate is provided with a plurality of conical holes for installing upper jaw fastening screws B, each upper jaw lining plate is a support of the whole upper jaw part, each upper jaw sealing gasket is arranged below each upper jaw lining plate and is a rectangular-like soft thin plate, the shape and the contour of the outer ring of the upper jaw air plate are the same as those of the upper jaw lining plate, the upper surface of the upper jaw air plate is provided with a labyrinth air passage, the two ends of the long edge of the upper jaw air plate are provided with a labyrinth air passage, the lower part of the upper jaw sealing gasket is provided with an upper jaw air plate, the outer ring of the upper jaw air plate is a rectangular-like thin plate, the contour of the upper jaw air plate is the same as that of the upper jaw lining plate and is tightly attached to the bottom surface of the upper jaw sealing gasket, the two ends of the long edge of the upper jaw air plate are provided with cone holes arranged on the bottom surface of the upper jaw support, the outer ring of the upper jaw air plate is provided with a plurality of threaded holes, the position of the upper jaw air plate is the same as that of the outer ring of the upper jaw lining plate and is a fastening hole arranged on the bottom surface of the upper jaw lining plate, the upper surface of the upper jaw air plate is provided with the labyrinth air passage, and the shape of the labyrinth air passage is the labyrinth air passage and is the same as that of the labyrinth of the upper jaw sealing gasket, a plurality of matrix air holes are arranged below the upper jaw air plate, the air holes are arranged on a passage of a labyrinth air passage, the labyrinth air passage of the upper jaw air plate is also connected with an air passage of an upper jaw support, an upper jaw fastening screw B is a conical screw and sequentially passes through an upper jaw lining plate, an upper jaw sealing gasket, a conical hole of an upper outer ring of the upper jaw air plate, a reserved hole and a threaded hole from top to bottom to be connected and fastened, and after connection, the length of the upper jaw fastening screw B does not extend out of the upper jaw air plate at the lowest layer;
