Abstract
The invention discloses a method for assembling a rolling ring of a drying machine, which comprises the following steps of (1) manufacturing equipment in a sectional manufacturing mode; (2) a section of the rolling ring of the drying machine to be installed is separated; (3) rolling a steel plate into a cylinder; (4) manufacturing two supporting circular flanges, and placing the two supporting circular flanges serving as the supporting circles of the cylinder obtained in the previous step into the cylinder to enable the inner wall of the cylinder to be in close contact with the outer circumferential surfaces of the two supporting circular flanges and to be in welded connection; (5) welding a supporting plate on the outer part of the cylinder, performing vertical turning, and turning the supporting plate to a size which can be in interference fit with a rolling ring of the drying machine; (6) after the support plate is machined, heating a rolling ring of the dryer and installing the rolling ring by utilizing the principle of expansion with heat and contraction with cold; (7) after cooling, the rolling ring of the dryer is in interference fit with the turned support plate, so that the invention realizes the functions of reducing stress concentration during assembly, avoiding the separation of the rolling ring and the cylinder body and ensuring the normal operation of equipment.

The roller dryer is often used in the shaving board wood industry, the rolling ring of the dryer is an indispensable part of the roller dryer, because the diameter of the common roller dryer is larger, the effective diameter of most equipment is phi 2m or more, the largest effective diameter phi 7m manufactured in the world currently, and the assembly of the rolling ring also has a plurality of forms, the existing form comprises a steel plate which is filled with corresponding gaps between the rolling ring and a cylinder body, and then the steel plate, the cylinder body and the rolling ring are welded together, the defects are that because the diameter ratio of the equipment is larger, the dryer is generally made of steel plate coil paper, the roundness of the cylinder is difficult to ensure when the cylinder is rolled, the gaps which are larger and smaller and the thickness of the steel plate of an intermediate plug are changed easily generated when the rolling ring is filled, the welding is correspondingly different, and the welding generates stress, the final stress can be concentrated on the rolling ring, the rolling ring is easy to deform in a pulling mode, the rolling ring is good in roundness processing, but basically has ellipses in different degrees after welding and assembling, high-temperature smoke is introduced into the dryer in the using process, the temperature of the smoke can be adjusted at any time according to different water contents and different outside air temperatures of actual dry materials, the shrinkage expansion amount of the dryer changes at any time, and the use is seriously influenced by welding.
Some dryers adopt a wedge block form, a rolling ring adopts a wedge block between barrel bodies, some dryers adopt a mode that the wedge block is directly welded between the rolling ring and the barrel bodies, some dryers adopt jackscrews to jack the wedge block, and the welding defects are the same as the above method.
Therefore, the invention aims to solve the problems that the stress concentration is reduced during assembly, the separation of the rolling ring and the cylinder body is avoided, and the normal operation of equipment is ensured.

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide the method for assembling the rolling ring of the drying machine, which can realize the functions of reducing stress concentration during assembly, avoiding the separation of the rolling ring and a cylinder body and ensuring the normal operation of equipment.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a method for assembling a rolling ring of a dryer comprises the following steps:

(4) manufacturing two supporting circular flanges, and placing the two supporting circular flanges serving as the supporting circles of the cylinder obtained in the previous step into the cylinder to enable the inner wall of the cylinder to be in close contact with the outer circumferential surfaces of the two supporting circular flanges and to be in welded connection;
(5) welding a support plate on the outer part of the cylinder, and turning the support plate welded on the circumferential surface of the cylinder to a size capable of being in interference fit with the rolling ring of the dryer according to the inner diameter size of the rolling ring of the dryer;
(6) after the support plate is machined, the rolling ring of the drying machine is heated, the specification and the size of the rolling ring of the drying machine are expanded by utilizing the principle of expansion with heat and contraction with cold, and then the rolling ring of the drying machine is sleeved on the machined position on the support plate;
(7) when the dryer is normally used, because the temperature of the steel plate of the inner ring is high and the temperature of the outer rolling ring is low, the inner expansion is larger, the outer expansion is small in size, and the support plate and the dryer rolling ring are matched to be tighter and firmer.
Further, the two supporting flanges in the step (4) are equal in size and specification and are distributed in parallel.
Further, when the support plate in the step (5) is turned, a groove structure is machined from the outer circumferential surface, the diameter of the bottom surface of the groove structure is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the rolling ring of the drying machine in a normal state, and the width of the groove structure is slightly smaller than the width of the rolling ring of the drying machine in the normal state, so that the rolling ring of the drying machine and the support plate can be in interference fit.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the invention, by adopting a hot charging mode, after hot charging is finished, the equipment is cooled to normal temperature, the rolling ring is firmly attached to the supporting plate, and the whole part of the rolling ring is in surface contact with the supporting plate.

(5) welding a support plate 2 on the outer part of the cylinder 3, and turning the support plate 2 welded on the circumferential surface of the cylinder 3 according to the inner diameter size of the rolling ring 1 of the drying machine to a size capable of being in interference fit with the rolling ring 1 of the drying machine;
(6) after the support plate 2 is machined, the rolling ring 1 of the drying machine is heated, the specification and the size of the rolling ring 1 of the drying machine are expanded by utilizing the principle of expansion with heat and contraction with cold, and then the rolling ring 1 of the drying machine is sleeved on the machined position on the support plate 2;
(7) when the dryer rolls circle 1 and the 2 interference fit of backup pad of car after cooling, when the dryer normally used, because the temperature of the steel sheet of inner circle is high, the temperature of outer rolling circle is low to make inside inflation bigger, outside expanded size is little, but backup pad 2 and the 1 complex of dryer rolling circle are tighter more durable.
The two supporting circular flanges 4 in the step (4) are equal in size and specification and are distributed in parallel, when the supporting plate 2 in the step (5) is subjected to turning, a groove structure is machined from the outer circumferential surface, the diameter of the bottom surface of the groove structure is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the rolling ring 1 of the drying machine in a normal state, and the width of the groove structure is slightly smaller than the width of the rolling ring 1 of the drying machine in the normal state, so that the rolling ring 1 of the drying machine and the supporting plate 2 can be in interference fit.

(6) after the support plate is machined, the rolling ring of the drying machine is heated, the specification and the size of the rolling ring of the drying machine are expanded by utilizing the principle of expansion with heat and contraction with cold, and then the rolling ring of the drying machine is sleeved on the machined position on the support plate;
(7) when the dryer is normally used, the temperature of the steel plate of the inner ring is high, and the temperature of the outer rolling ring is low, so that the inner expansion is larger, the outer expansion is small, and the support plate and the dryer rolling ring are matched more tightly and more firmly;
the two supporting circular flanges in the step (4) are equal in size and specification and are distributed in parallel;
