Detailed Description
In recent years, with the development of society, traffic travel has become a part of people's lives, and traffic payment is traffic-related transaction behavior that may occur in the traffic travel. For example, in the process of traveling by using an automobile, the payment for refueling when refueling the automobile is one of the traffic payments.
The traditional refueling payment system for automobile refueling generally consists of a management and control system, a fuel dispenser and a card reading device of a payment card arranged on the fuel dispenser. When the vehicle is refueled, the refueling machine generates corresponding bill information according to the refueling data of the vehicle, the bill information is respectively sent to the card reading device and the control center, so that the card reading device can deduct corresponding cost from the payment card according to the bill information, and the control center settles the account according to the bill information. The card reading device is integrated on the oiling machine by adopting the payment system, the card reading device is easy to break down due to the fact that the oiling machine is in a relatively severe environment, a user needs to repeatedly insert the card for completing payment, and oiling payment efficiency is low.
In order to solve the problems of low payment efficiency, queuing and the like in the traditional refueling mode, a refueling payment system based on a vehicle-mounted wireless terminal is produced. In the refueling payment system, the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal can read the information of the payment card and can perform wireless communication with the communication equipment in the gas station, so that a user can obtain authorization information through the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal to start the refueling machine to refuel by self, and after refueling is completed, the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal can automatically deduct the oil charge in the payment card and rewrite the balance of the payment card.
The vehicle-mounted wireless terminal is internally provided with vehicle identifiers which correspond to the vehicles one by one, and in order to realize the private replacement of the payment process, how to avoid the private replacement of the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal is solved, and the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal is ensured to be in a working state which can be used for payment.
Aiming at the problem of how to ensure that the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal is in a working state available for payment, the invention provides a disassembly prevention method of the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal, the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal and communication equipment. Fig. 1 is an architecture diagram of a fueling payment system on which the present invention is based, and as shown in fig. 1, a communication device 20, a fuel dispenser 30 and a management and control system 40 respectively connected to the communication device 20 may be provided in a fueling station, and an in-vehicle wireless terminal 10 is mounted on a vehicle. The communication device 20 may establish a wireless connection channel with the in-vehicle wireless terminal 10.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of a method for preventing detachment of a vehicle-mounted wireless terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the method for preventing detachment of a vehicle-mounted wireless terminal includes:
step 101, after a vehicle enters a gas station, a communication device arranged at the gas station acquires wireless connection with an on-board wireless terminal of the vehicle.
And 102, performing anti-disassembly authentication on the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal according to the disassembly information sent by the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal.
And 103, if the anti-removal authentication fails, the communication equipment is disconnected from the wireless connection with the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal.
It should be noted that the main executing body of the method for preventing detachment of the in-vehicle wireless terminal provided in this embodiment is a communication device installed in a gas station, and the method may be specifically formed by connecting and combining physical structures such as a processor, a memory, a logic combination circuit, an integrated chip, and a network card unit.
Specifically, after the vehicle enters the gas station, the communication device can establish a wireless channel with an onboard wireless terminal arranged on the vehicle, and perform data transmission and information interaction by using the wireless channel. It can be known that the manner of establishing the wireless communication channel may be implemented by the communication device actively initiating a connection request to the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal, or may be implemented by the communication device receiving the connection request sent by the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal and making a corresponding response, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Subsequently, the communication device can perform tamper authentication on the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal to ensure normal operation of the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal.
Specifically, the communication device may receive detachment information transmitted from the in-vehicle wireless terminal and authenticate the in-vehicle wireless terminal based on the detachment information. In an optional implementation manner, the disassembly information includes an operating status bit of the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal; correspondingly, according to the dismantlement information that vehicle-mounted wireless terminal sent to the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal authentication of preventing tearing open, include: and judging whether the working state bit of the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal is in an inactive state, if so, failing to prevent the disassembly authentication of the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal.
Further, the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal is usually fixedly installed in the vehicle, and because it plays a role of a payer in a wireless payment process, generally speaking, the installation position of the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal is not allowed to be freely changed due to the payment safety. Correspondingly, when the working state bit of the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal indicates that the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal is in the activated state, the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal is in the normal position, and the function of wireless payment can be realized; when the working state of the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal indicates that the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal is in the inactive state, the situation that the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal is detached from the vehicle possibly occurs, namely, the wireless payment function cannot be continued. Therefore, the communication device can judge the working state bit in the disassembly information transmitted by the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal so as to realize the anti-disassembly authentication of the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal.
Preferably, the disassembly information sent by the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal also comprises a vehicle-mounted wireless terminal identifier; correspondingly, after the communication device disconnects the wireless connection with the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal, the method further comprises the following steps: and sending fault reporting information to the issuer according to the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal identifier in the disassembly information so that the issuer can maintain the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal according to the fault reporting information.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the detachment information may further include a vehicle-mounted wireless terminal identifier, which may specifically be a factory identifier or an issue code, on the basis of including the operating status bit. Correspondingly, when the communication equipment sends that the working state bit of the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal is in an inactive state, fault reporting information can be sent to an issuer issuing the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal in a wireless network mode, so that the issuer can maintain the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal according to the fault reporting information, and the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal is convenient for users to use.
According to the method for preventing the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal from being detached provided by the embodiment of the invention, after a vehicle enters a gas station, the communication equipment arranged at the gas station is in wireless connection with the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal of the vehicle, the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal is subjected to detachment prevention authentication according to detachment information sent by the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal, and if the detachment prevention authentication fails, the communication equipment is disconnected from the wireless connection with the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal, so that the judgment on the working state of the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal is realized, and the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal is ensured to be in a normal working state when payment is carried out by the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart of a method for preventing detachment of a vehicle-mounted wireless terminal according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the method for preventing detachment of a vehicle-mounted wireless terminal includes:
step 201, after a vehicle enters a gas station, a vehicle-mounted wireless terminal of the vehicle is in wireless connection with communication equipment arranged at the gas station;
step 202, sending disassembly information to the communication equipment so that the communication equipment can carry out anti-disassembly authentication on the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal according to the disassembly information.
It should be noted that the main executing body of the method for preventing detachment of the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal provided in the second embodiment is the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal installed on the vehicle, and the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal may be formed by connecting and combining physical structures such as a processor, a memory, a logic combination circuit, an integrated chip, and a network card unit.
Specifically, after the vehicle enters the gas station, the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal can establish a wireless channel with a communication device arranged at the gas station, and perform data transmission and information interaction by using the wireless channel.
Subsequently, the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal sends the detachment information to the communication equipment so that the communication equipment can carry out anti-detachment authentication on the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal.
Specifically, the in-vehicle wireless terminal transmits detachment information to the communication device, and authenticates the in-vehicle wireless terminal based on the detachment information: the disassembly information comprises a working state bit of the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal; correspondingly, when the working state bit of the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal is in an inactive state, the communication equipment judges that the anti-removal authentication fails and disconnects the wireless connection with the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal.
Preferably, in the second embodiment, the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal includes a tamper circuit; when the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal is detached, the detachment prevention circuit is disconnected; correspondingly, before sending the disassembly information to the communication device, the method further comprises: judging whether a tamper circuit in the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal is disconnected or not, and setting the working state bit of the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal to be in an inactive state when the tamper circuit is disconnected, correspondingly, the method also comprises the following steps: and receiving an activation instruction sent by a publisher, closing the anti-disassembly circuit according to the activation instruction, setting the working state bit of the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal to be in an activation state, wherein the working state bit cannot be changed even if the anti-disassembly circuit is closed again, and the working state bit can be modified and reset to be in the activation state only after reissuing.
Further, the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal is usually fixedly installed in the vehicle, and because it plays a role of a payer in a wireless payment process, generally speaking, the installation position of the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal is not allowed to be freely changed due to the payment safety.
For this purpose, the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal may specifically have an operating status bit and a tamper circuit, where the operating status is an operating status that can be used to identify the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal, such as an activated status, an inactivated status, and the like, and the tamper circuit may specifically include electronic components such as a power supply, a capacitor, a resistor, and a switch, which can be used to indicate whether the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal is detached: if the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal is detached, the detachment prevention circuit is disconnected, and the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal can set the working state bit in the detachment prevention circuit to be in an inactive state so as to enable subsequent communication equipment to perform detachment authentication on the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal.
That is, when the working status bit of the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal indicates that the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal is in the activated state, the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal is in the normal position, and the function of wireless payment can be realized; when the working state of the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal indicates that the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal is in the inactive state, the situation that the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal is detached from the vehicle possibly occurs, namely, the wireless payment function cannot be continued.
Through the mode, the communication equipment can judge the working state bit in the disassembly information sent by the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal so as to realize the anti-disassembly authentication of the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal.
Correspondingly, the disassembly information sent by the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal to the communication equipment can also carry the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal identifier, so that when the communication equipment finds that the working state bit of the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal is in an inactive state, the communication equipment can send fault reporting information to an issuer issuing the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal in a wireless network mode, and the issuer can maintain the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal according to the fault reporting information, thereby facilitating the use of a user.
In the method for preventing the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal from being detached provided by the second embodiment of the present invention, after the vehicle enters the gas station, the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal of the vehicle is wirelessly connected with the communication device provided in the gas station, and the detachment information is sent to the communication device, so that the communication device performs the detachment-prevention authentication on the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal according to the detachment information, thereby determining the working state of the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal and ensuring that the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal is in a normal working state when the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal is used for payment.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a communication device according to a third embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 4, the communication device includes:
a controller 21 to which the communication antenna 22 is connected;
the communication antenna 22 is wirelessly connected with the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal of the vehicle after the vehicle enters the gas station, and receives the disassembly information sent by the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal;
the controller 21 is used for performing anti-disassembly authentication on the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal according to the disassembly information;
if the tamper authentication fails, the communication antenna 22 disconnects the wireless connection with the in-vehicle wireless terminal.
It should be noted that the communication device may be disposed in a gas station as shown in fig. 1, and electrically connected to a fuel dispenser and a management and control system of the gas station, respectively, or may be wirelessly connected to an onboard wireless terminal disposed on a vehicle by a wireless connection.
Specifically, when the vehicle enters a gas station, the communication antenna 22 can establish a wireless channel with an in-vehicle wireless terminal provided on the vehicle, and perform data transmission and information interaction using the wireless channel. It can be known that the manner of establishing the wireless communication channel may be implemented by the communication antenna 22 actively initiating a connection request to the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal, or may be implemented by the communication antenna 22 receiving the connection request sent by the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal and making a corresponding response, which is not limited in this embodiment.
The vehicle-mounted wireless terminal may then be tamper-authenticated by the controller 21 to ensure proper operation of the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal.

In an alternative embodiment, the detachment information includes an operating status bit of the in-vehicle wireless terminal.
Accordingly, the controller 21 is specifically configured to: and judging whether the working state bit of the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal is in an inactive state, if so, failing to prevent the disassembly authentication of the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal.
Therefore, the controller 21 can perform tamper authentication of the in-vehicle wireless terminal by determining the operation status bit in the detachment information transmitted by the in-vehicle wireless terminal.
Preferably, the disassembly information sent by the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal also comprises a vehicle-mounted wireless terminal identifier; correspondingly, the communication equipment further comprises a network connection unit;
after controlling the communication antenna 22 to disconnect the wireless connection with the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal, the controller 21 sends the failure reporting information including the identification of the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal to the issuer through the network connection unit, so that the issuer can maintain the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal according to the failure reporting information.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the detachment information may further include a vehicle-mounted wireless terminal identifier, which may specifically be a factory identifier or an issue code, on the basis of including the operating status bit. Accordingly, when the controller 21 finds that the operating status bit of the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal is in an inactive status, the network connection unit may be used to send the fault reporting information to the issuer issuing the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal in a wireless network transmission manner, so that the issuer can maintain the vehicle-mounted wireless terminal according to the fault reporting information, thereby facilitating the use of the user.
