The invention relates to a child safety seat electric control system and a child safety seat comprising the same, wherein the child safety seat electric control system comprises a user operation module, an electronic control module, a state detection module and an automatic constraint actuating mechanism; the user operation module is used for transmitting an operation instruction of a user to the electronic control module; the state detection module is used for detecting whether the automatic restraint device of the child safety seat is installed in place or not, detecting whether a child is seated on the child safety seat or not and transmitting automatic restraint state information to the electronic control module; the electronic control module is used for receiving the operation instruction and the automatic binding state information for processing and controlling the automatic binding executing mechanism; the automatic binding executing mechanism is arranged on the seat body and used for automatically binding the child on the child safety seat. The child safety seat electric control system is convenient to use and high in intelligent degree, and the riding safety of children is greatly guaranteed.

Technical Field

Background
A child safety seat is a seat that is fixed to a seat of a vehicle for seating a child and can restrain the child by a restraint device to maximize the safety of the child when an accident such as a high-speed collision of the vehicle occurs.

The state detection module comprises a safety belt detection device 5, a buckle detection device 6, a seat entering detection device 7 and a binding state detection device 11; the seating detection device 7 is used for detecting whether a child is on the child safety seat; the buckle detection device 6 is used for detecting whether the safety belt buckle is buckled or not; the binding state detection device 11 is used for detecting a current signal on the automatic binding executing mechanism 1 to judge whether the binding of the safety belt 3 is finished; the webbing detection device 5 is configured to continuously detect whether the webbing 3 is slack after the restraint is completed.
As shown in fig. 1, the automatic restraint actuator 1, the seatbelt detection device 5, and the electronic control module 4 are provided on the seat back of the seat body 2. The seating detection means 7 is a pressure sensor arranged on the base of the child safety seat. The belt detection means 5 is a position sensor or a microswitch arranged on the back of the child safety seat 2.
As shown in fig. 4, the specific operation flow of the present invention is as follows:
firstly, a user inputs an operation instruction or the user does not operate through a key or a voice recognition device arranged on the child safety seat or is connected with a mobile terminal such as a remote controller or a vehicle center control through a wireless network or a wire and an electronic control module, the pressure sensor arranged on the seat of the child safety seat detects whether the child is seated or not, meanwhile, the buckle detection device 6 detects whether the buckle of the safety belt is buckled or not, if the child is seated and the buckle of the safety belt is buckled or not, the electronic control module 4 controls the automatic binding execution mechanism 1 to tighten the safety belt 3 according to state information and/or the operation instruction of the user, and the binding state detection device 11 judges whether the safety belt 3 is bound or not according to whether a current signal generated when the binding belt is pulled close to a resistance reaches a threshold value or not. If the current signal exceeds the threshold, the automatic restraint actuator 1 stops operating and the restraint is completed. Meanwhile, the information storage unit 15 stores the information of the child safety seat electronic control system locally, and the wireless communication unit 9 transmits the information to the mobile terminal or the server 8 through a wireless network. Thereafter, the seat belt detecting device 5 continuously detects whether the seat belt 3 is loosened during the normal seating of the child.

the user operation module (14) is used for transmitting an operation instruction of a user to the electronic control module (4);
the state detection module is used for detecting whether the automatic binding executing mechanism (1) is installed in place or not, detecting whether a child is seated on the child safety seat or not and transmitting automatic binding state information to the electronic control module (4);
the electronic control module (4) is used for receiving the operation instruction and the automatic binding state information for processing and controlling the automatic binding executing mechanism (1); the electronic control module (4) comprises a signal processing unit (13), an automatic binding driving unit (10) and a state detection unit (12); the state detection unit (12) is used for receiving the automatic binding state information; the signal processing unit (13) is used for receiving the operation instruction and the automatic binding state information, processing the operation instruction and the automatic binding state information and generating a control signal; the automatic binding driving unit (10) is used for receiving the control signal and controlling the automatic binding executing mechanism (1) to operate;
the automatic binding executing mechanism (1) is arranged on the seat body (2) and is used for automatically binding children on the child safety seat;
the state detection module comprises a safety belt detection device (5), a buckle detection device (6), a seat entering detection device (7) and a binding state detection device (11);
the seating detection device (7) is used for detecting whether a child is on the child safety seat; the buckle detection device (6) is used for detecting whether the safety belt buckle is buckled or not; the binding state detection device (11) is used for detecting a current signal on the automatic binding executing mechanism (1) to judge whether the binding of the safety belt (3) is finished; the safety belt detection device (5) is used for continuously detecting whether the safety belt (3) is loosened after binding is finished.
