Background
In the mechanical field, a threaded connection is a common connection. With reference to fig. 1, 2 and 4, in operation, the adjusting nuts 23 of the tensioning device 2 are all rotated outwards to the edge of the screw 22, the connecting rods 3 are in a swinging state, then one end of the adjusting nut provided with the repairing structure 31 of the invention is inserted into the hole where the internal thread to be repaired is located, one repairing structure 31 is closely attached to the internal thread to be repaired for positioning, next, the other repairing structures 31 are respectively closely attached to preset positions, then, each adjusting nut 23 is rotated inwards in sequence, the connecting rods 3 are pushed towards the center of the rotary table 1 in the rotating process of the adjusting nut 23, and due to the hinging effect, one ends of all the connecting rods 3 provided with the repairing structures 31 are subjected to outward expanding movement which is far away from each other outwards and are closely attached to the internal thread to be repaired, namely, as shown in the arrow direction in fig. 2. When the relative positions of all the repairing structures 31 and the internal threads to be repaired are well adjusted, the connecting rod 3 can not swing any more, and finally the rotating disc 1 is rotated to repair the damaged internal threads. After the repair is completed, all the adjusting nuts 23 are rotated outwards until the connecting rod 3 can swing, and the invention is retracted.
When the external thread is repaired according to the invention, as shown in fig. 3, the tensioning device 2 and the repair structure 31 are on the same side of the turntable 1, i.e. both at the lower end of the connecting rod 3, and the repair structure 31 faces inwards. When the relative positions of all the repairing structures 31 and the external threads to be repaired are well adjusted, the connecting rod 3 can not swing any more, and finally the rotating disc 1 is rotated to repair the damaged external threads. After the repair is completed, all the adjusting nuts 23 are rotated outwards until the connecting rod 3 can swing, and the invention is retracted.
As can be seen from the above description and FIGS. 2 and 3, when repairing the internal and external threads, the tensioning device 2 is disposed at different positions of the connecting rods 3, so that each connecting rod 3 is provided with a plurality of through holes to meet the use requirement.
The repairing structure 31 is sleeved on the connecting rod 3, holes corresponding to the positions of the repairing structure 31 and the connecting rod 3 are formed in the repairing structure 31 and the connecting rod 3, the repairing structure 31 and the connecting rod 3 can be locked at two stations through the bolt, the bolt is pulled out to rotate the repairing structure 31 by 180 degrees when the two stations are switched, and then the bolt is inserted.
As shown in fig. 4, the screw 22 is sleeved with a spring 24 at a portion between the base 21 and the adjusting nut 23. When the internal thread is repaired, when the adjusting nut 23 is rotated outwards, the upper end of the connecting rod 3 is pushed outwards under the elastic action of the spring 24, and the lower end of the connecting rod 3 moves inwards, so that the lower end can conveniently stretch into the position of the internal thread to be repaired. In a similar way, when the external thread is repaired, the spring pushes out the lower end of the connecting rod 3 outwards, so that the connecting rod is conveniently sleeved outside the external thread to be repaired.
In the preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the struts 11 of the turntable 1 are provided in four and are arranged in a cross-shape. When the screw thread repairing device is used, the adjusting nuts 23 on the oppositely arranged support rods 11 are synchronously adjusted, so that the phenomenon that the rotating center deviates and the stress is uneven to influence the screw thread repairing quality is avoided.

The invention is not only used for repairing the internal thread and the external thread of the pipe fitting, but also can be used for repairing other various devices with the internal thread or the external thread, and has wide application range.
