In order to achieve the functions of introducing fresh air and exhausting air, two fans, an air inlet fan and an air exhaust fan, are generally arranged in a machine body. When the design is used for designing the internal structure of the machine body, different air channels are designed at the same time, and various structural plates are necessarily installed in the machine body to control the wind direction, so that the internal structure of the product can be complex, the volume of the fan is generally designed to be larger for ensuring the overcurrent air quantity, and the cost of the cabinet type fresh air fan is high frequently.

Preferably, the lower part of the fan shell is provided with a sealing cotton pad at two angular positions or the lower part of the front panel and the rear panel of the shell.
Preferably, the front baffle and the rear baffle of the fan shell are respectively provided with an upturned pressing bar at the opening of the top.
The inner side of the upturned pressing strip or the edge of the partition board is provided with a sealing cotton pad.
Preferably, a rack is arranged at the bottom of the left baffle or the right baffle of the fan shell, the rack is meshed with a gear, and the gear is connected with a stepping motor.

The indoor air outlet 1 of the fresh air fan is of a common structure and arranged at the top of the machine shell, and the top of the machine shell can be directly designed into an open air outlet without a top plate or an air outlet can be formed in the top plate of the machine shell. The filter element 2 is necessarily arranged in the indoor air outlet 1, and in order to ensure that the air is filtered before being discharged, a medium-efficiency filter element and a high-efficiency filter element are generally arranged. The fresh air machine also has to be provided with an outdoor ventilation opening 4 for connection with the outside and an indoor air inlet 8 for the indoor air to enter the fresh air machine and to exit the outside. The inside of the outdoor vent 4 is provided with a baffle 5, two sides of the baffle 5 are clung to the left panel and the right panel of the shell, the baffle 5 is obliquely arranged, the upper edge of the baffle 5 is fixedly connected with the upper side of the outdoor vent, and the lower edge of the baffle is arranged in the middle of the machine body. Specifically, the lower edge of the baffle 5 is arranged on the longitudinal center line of the inner cavity space of the fresh air fan, and the distance between the lower edge of the baffle and the rear panel and the front panel of the machine shell is the same.
A fan 12 is arranged below the partition plate 5, the fan 12 is arranged in the fan shell 6, and an air suction hole 61 is formed in the rear baffle 63 of the fan shell 6 at a position corresponding to the air suction opening of the fan; the air outlet 65 of the fan shell 6 corresponding to the air outlet side of the fan is arranged at the top; the fan housing 6 is installed in the housing through the rotating shaft 7, the fan housing 6 can swing back and forth due to the rotating shaft 7, and the fan housing 6 switches different operation modes through swinging.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, when the blower housing 6 swings forward, the rear baffle 63 is attached to the lower edge of the partition, and the blower 12 communicates with the air flow between the outdoor vent 4 and the PTC heater 3, and the fresh air mode is set for the fresh air blower. As shown in fig. 8, when the fan housing 6 swings forward, the front baffle 64 is attached to the lower edge of the partition, and the fan 12 communicates with the indoor air inlet 8 and the air flow through the outdoor air outlet 4, and the fresh air fan is in an air exhaust mode.
The angle of the fan housing 6 is adjusted, and the air flow of the machine body is guided by matching with the shape switching of the fan housing. Specifically, when the fresh air fan is in the fresh air mode, the air outlet 65 of the fan housing faces the PTC heater 3, the top of the baffle plate is tightly attached to the lower edge of the partition plate, the bottom is tightly attached to the rear panel of the housing, and the air inlet (i.e., the air inlet hole 61 of the fan housing) of the fan 12 faces the outdoor vent 4.
When the fresh air fan is in the exhaust mode, the air outlet 65 of the air fan shell faces the direction of the outdoor ventilation opening 4, the top of the front baffle plate 64 is tightly attached to the lower edge of the baffle plate, the bottom of the front baffle plate is tightly attached to the front panel of the air fan shell, and the air inlet (namely the air inlet hole 61 of the air fan shell) of the air fan 12 turns to the direction of the indoor air inlet 8.
The invention only designs the structure plate for fixing the filter element and the structure for fixing the PTC heater on the upper part of the machine body, the lower half part of the machine body is an integral cavity, the fan shell is arranged, and the fan shell is of an integral structure, thus the modular installation can be carried out.
Preferably, the lower part of the fan shell is provided with a sealing cotton pad at two angular positions or the lower part of the front panel and the rear panel of the shell.
Preferably, the front baffle and the rear baffle of the fan shell are provided with upturned and everted folded edges 62 at the top. The flap 62 is turned outwardly from the body at an angle of 30 to 60 degrees.
Preferably, a gasket is provided inside the flange 62 or at the edge of the partition 5.
The connection is with pivot 7 setting in the fan shell middle part position, and fan shell below sets up step motor and gear structure and makes the fan shell rotate as the center with the pivot, and specific structure is: a gear ring 9 is fixed at the bottom of the left baffle of the fan shell 6, a gear 10 is fixed on the shaft of a motor 11, the gear 10 is meshed with the gear ring 9, and the motor 11 is fixed on a shell structural plate. The fan shell 6 is driven to rotate by the motor, so that the direction of the air outlet 65 of the fan shell is changed, the shape of the fan shell 6 is utilized to change the air flow direction in the fresh air machine, and the two functions of air inlet and air exhaust of the fresh air machine can be achieved by one fan. Of course, the driving structure can also be arranged on the right side of the fan shell, so long as the front-back rotation of the fan shell is realized.
The rotating shaft is arranged at the middle height of the fan shell, and can be practically adjusted near the position according to the distance between the baffle plate and the front and rear baffle plates of the shell.
The air trend process under the two modes of the fresh air fan provided by the invention is as follows:
Fig. 7 shows the state of the fan in the fresh air mode and the direction of air in the machine body: at this time, the position of the fan shell rotates to incline forwards, the folded edge of the rear baffle of the fan shell is clamped by the partition plate in the fan, and the partition plate plays roles in isolating air and limiting the fan shell. The air suction opening of the fan faces the outdoor ventilation opening, fresh air enters from the outdoor ventilation opening, then enters the fan from the axial direction of the fan, is discharged from the radial direction of the fan, and enters the room from the indoor air outlet under the filtering action of the filter element after being heated by the PTC.
Fig. 8 shows the state of the blower in the exhaust mode and the direction of air in the machine body at this time: at this time, the fan shell rotates to a backward inclined position, the front baffle hem of the fan shell is clamped by the baffle plate, the air suction inlet of the fan faces the indoor air inlet, indoor dirty air enters the fresh air fan from the indoor air inlet, axially enters the fresh air fan from the fan, is discharged from the fan shell, and finally is discharged to the atmosphere from the outdoor vent.
