In addition, the novel car backing device removes rainwater by adding the resistance wire into the mirror shell, so that whether a fire disaster is possible or not is temporarily avoided, the process is more complicated by changing the structure, and the manufacturing cost is increased.
At present, the rearview mirrors on the market, whether sold or designed in research, are changed in terms of collision resistance, auxiliary mirrors are installed or radar prompting systems are added, and resistance wire heating, blowers, wipers and the like are mostly adopted in terms of rain prevention. While these designs may solve some problems, they not only increase manufacturing costs, but also introduce safety issues, such as the installation of a wiper may affect the surrounding view.

The rearview mirror prepared by installing the stainless steel lens on the rearview mirror shell prepared by adding the compounding agent can meet the use requirement.

Example 1

The partial performance data of the rubber strips of examples 1-5 are shown in Table 1. As can be seen from Table 1, the elasticity, strength and mechanical property of the multifunctional memory type rearview mirror shell material prepared by the invention all meet the use requirements. Besides montmorillonite and sulfur, the adjustment of other compounding agents has little influence on the performance of the product, the optimal amount is fixed, and the proper amount of montmorillonite can ensure that the elasticity and the strength of the backing mirror shell are more suitable for use. From the implementation example, all the performances are in accordance with the use performance.
