Background
In the gynecological laparoscopic surgery or the focused ultrasound treatment process, the uterine manipulator is one of the common instruments, and a traditional uterine manipulator is required to be used no matter in related surgery or uterine cavity perfusion, and is fixed by clamping a uterine manipulator plug at a cervical opening of a woman. The traditional uterine lifter comprises a uterine lifting part with a fixed circular truncated cone shape and a central opening, wherein the center of the uterine lifting part with the fixed circular truncated cone shape is fixed on a connecting rod, the shape and the size of the uterine lifting part are fixed and cannot be adjusted, and as the body structure of each person is different, the cervical orifice of a woman which is not produced is usually small, the cervical orifice of a woman with more production is larger, but the uterine volume of a woman is usually only about 5ml, the shape of the uterine lifting part cannot be made into a fixed circular truncated cone shape with a larger slope, and the uterine lifting part is blocked at the cervical orifice by means of the outer diameter of the circular truncated cone with gradually changed diameters. When the cervical orifice is very small, the traditional uterine manipulator cannot be used, the cervical orifice is forced to be plugged into the cervical orifice to cause damage to the patient, when the cervical orifice is very large, the traditional uterine manipulator cannot be used, and the cervical orifice cannot be relied on to fix the uterine manipulator, so that the uterine manipulator with fixed shape and size is difficult to ensure that the uterine manipulator is suitable for all patients, and the traditional uterine manipulator is adopted to cause damage to the patient when the uterine manipulator is withdrawn from the cervical orifice after the use is finished, so that pain is brought.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the technical problems in the prior art, the invention provides the uterine manipulator capable of adjusting the diameter of the uterine manipulator, which brings convenience to treatment.

By adopting the technical scheme, the uterus lifting machine can adjust the diameter of the uterus lifting part by rotating the outer sleeve rod and pushing the movement of the independent connecting sleeve by the outer sleeve rod, thereby solving the defect that the size of the traditional uterus lifting machine is not adjustable, improving the application range of the uterus lifting machine and avoiding secondary injury to patients.

Compared with the prior art, the invention is convenient for adjusting the diameter of the uterine lifting part, the diameter of the uterine lifting part can be adjusted by rotating the outer sleeve rod to move upwards or downwards, the uterine lifting device can be taken out after the diameter is reduced after the use is finished, secondary injury to a patient is avoided, the extension distance of the liquid medicine injection opening can be adjusted, and the injection of liquid medicine is assisted by the air bag, so that the uterine lifting device is convenient to use.
