Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a sheet container, and more particularly, to a sheet container that contains a plurality of sheets such as disposable antibacterial cloths (nonwoven fabric sanitary wipes) and takes out the sheets one by one to the outside for use.
Background
For example, sheets such as disposable nonwoven sanitary wipes are used for wiping tables in restaurant facilities, wiping food containers and the like in food factories, wiping cooking utensils, and wiping fingers.
A plurality of sheets are stacked one on top of another and stored in a paper rectangular parallelepiped (including a cube) sheet storage container body 1 as shown in fig. 8. Then, the front opening/closing cover 2, which is partly provided in series and is openable and closable, is formed by cutting a cutting line provided in the front panel 8 of the sheet storage container body 1 or a cutting line provided from the top panel 9 of the sheet storage container body 1 to the front panel 8, and then the front opening/closing cover 2 is opened to take out the sheets one by one.
The front opening/closing cover 2 may be formed by cutting the entire sheet storage container body 1 to form an opening, instead of being partially connected to the sheet storage container body 1.
The front opening/closing cover 2 may be provided only on the top panel 9 of the sheet storage container body 1.
As shown in fig. 9, for example, the sheet container body 1 is formed in a rectangular parallelepiped shape by assembling one substantially rectangular thick paper sheet 3.
The thick paper sheet 3 is composed of, for example, an upper front panel 8a, an upper panel 9, a rear panel 10, a bottom panel 11, a lower front panel 8b, an upper left panel 14a, an upper right panel 15a, a lower left panel 14b, and a lower right panel 15b, each of which is rectangular.
The upper front panel 8a, the upper panel 9, the back panel 10, the bottom panel 11, and the lower front panel 8b are provided in series at one longitudinal end edge of the thick paper sheet 3 (in the case of a cube shape, one longitudinal end edge is considered as a longitudinal end edge) via, for example, folds 4, 5, 6, and 7.
The upper left panel 14a and the upper right panel 15a are provided in series with the left and right edges of the upper panel 9 (the edges in the width direction of the thick paper sheet 3) via, for example, folds 12 and 13, respectively.
The lower left panel 14b and the lower right panel 15b are provided in series with the left and right edges of the bottom panel 11 (the edges in the width direction of the thick paper sheet 3) via, for example, folds 16 and 17, respectively.
Further, flaps 19 are provided continuously to the respective left and right edges (edges in the width direction of the thick paper sheet 3) of the upper front surface plate 8a, the rear surface plate 10, and the lower front surface plate 8b via fold lines 18.
The front opening/closing cover 2 is formed to be openable and closable by cutting a front opening/closing cover cutting line of approximately コ shape provided from the upper panel 9 to the upper front panel 8a of the cardboard sheet 3, for example. The front opening/closing cover 2 is provided to be connected to the sheet storage container body 1 via a fold 20, for example.
The fold line 20 is formed to have a desired length, for example, extending linearly in the longitudinal direction of the top panel 9 (the width direction of the thick paper sheet 3) at substantially the center of the top panel 9.
The front opening/closing lid cutting line includes left and right side cutting lines 21, left and right front end cutting lines 22, and left and right locking piece cutting lines 23, 23.
The left and right side cut lines 21, 21 are formed by bending both ends of the fold line 20 at right angles and extending to substantially the center of the upper front panel 8 a.
The left and right front end portions cut lines 22, 22 are formed by bending the respective front ends of the cut lines 21, 21 at substantially right angles in directions approaching each other and extending a desired length.
The left and right locking piece cutting lines 23, 23 are formed by bending the front ends of the front end portion cutting lines 22 at substantially right angles and extending to the lower end edge of the upper front panel 8 a.
The left and right side cut lines 21, 21 and the front end cut lines 22, 22 form a lid main body of the front opening/closing lid 2. Further, a substantially rectangular locking piece 25 is formed by a lower end edge 24 of the upper front panel 8a between the locking piece cutting lines 23, 23 formed at the front end portion of the lid body and the front ends of the cutting lines 23, 23.
In the assembled sheet storage container body 1, the front opening/closing cover 2 can be closed by inserting the locking piece 25 at the tip end portion of the front opening/closing cover 2, which is cut to be openable and closable, into the lower front panel 8 b.
An assembling device (not shown) is used to assemble the rectangular parallelepiped sheet storage container body 1 from the thick paper sheet 3.
That is, the folding mechanism of the assembly apparatus folds the respective folds of the thick paper sheet 3 so that the edges of the upper front panel 8a and the lower front panel 8b are overlapped, the edges of the upper left panel 14a and the lower left panel 14b are overlapped, and the edges of the upper right panel 15a and the lower right panel 15b are overlapped. Then, the stacked portions are bonded by the bonding device portion of the assembly device to form a rectangular parallelepiped sheet storage container body 1.
The flaps 19 are folded so as to be disposed inside the upper left panel 14a, the lower left panel 14b, the upper right panel 15a, and the lower right panel 15b, respectively.
The folding mechanism of the assembly device is configured to fold the upper front panel 8a and the lower front panel 8b so as to overlap each other on the front side.
The bonding device portion of the assembly device is configured to bond the upper front panel 8a and the lower front panel 8b that are overlapped with each other so that the locking piece 25 is not partially bonded to the lower front panel 8 b.
Thus, when the locking piece 25 is pulled out to the near side after the case is assembled, the locking piece 25 can be separated from the sheet storage container body 1.
The upper left panel 14a and the lower left panel 14b are not overlapped with each other to form a front surface. Therefore, among the assembling devices, there are a type of assembling device in which the upper left panel 14a is folded and bonded so as to overlap with the front surface side of the lower left panel 14b, and a type of assembling device in which the lower left panel 14b is folded and bonded so as to overlap with the front surface side of the upper left panel 14 a.
Similarly, there is no problem in which the upper right panel 15a and the lower right panel 15b are overlapped with each other to form a front surface. Therefore, among the assembling devices, there are a type in which the upper right panel 15a is folded and bonded so as to overlap with the front surface side of the lower right panel 15b, and a type in which the lower right panel 15b is folded and bonded so as to overlap with the front surface side of the upper right panel 15 a.
Then, by cutting the opening/closing lid section cutting line, the user who has purchased the assembled sheet storage container body 1 can open and close the front opening/closing lid 2 as shown in fig. 10, and can take out sheets from the inside.
For example, a plurality of the sheet container bodies 1 may be stacked up and down, and the sheet containers may be used separately according to the purpose of use.
As such a sheet container, for example, a sheet container disclosed in patent document 1 is known.

Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
However, in terms of the space in which the sheet container is placed, the sheet container may not be placed so that the front side (the side on which the front panel is placed) of the sheet container is in front of the front side. In this case, when the sheet can be placed only with the side surface side (the surface side on which the upper left panel 14a or the upper right panel 15a is located) facing the front, the sheet needs to be taken out from the space together with the sheet storage container in order to take out the sheet from the sheet storage container.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The same parts as those in the related art are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof is omitted.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the sheet storage container of the present invention further includes a side opening/closing cover 27 that can be opened and closed, in a rectangular parallelepiped sheet storage container main body 26 having a conventional front opening/closing cover 2.
The side opening/closing cover 27 is formed by cutting a cutting line provided in the right panel 15 (or/and the left panel 14) which is one side panel of the sheet storage container body 26, for example, and is provided so as to be partially continuous with the sheet storage container body 1.
Alternatively, the side opening/closing cover 27 is formed by cutting a cutting line extending from the upper panel 9 of the sheet container body 26 to the right panel 15 (or/and the left panel 14) as the one side panel, for example, and is provided so as to be partially continuous with the sheet container body 26.
The side opening/closing cover 27 may be formed by cutting the entire sheet storage container body 26 without providing a part thereof in connection with the sheet storage container body 26.
The side opening/closing cover 27 may be formed only on the right side (or/and the left side) of the front opening/closing cover 2 of the top panel 9 of the sheet storage container body 26.
Alternatively, or in addition to the side opening/closing cover 27, as shown in fig. 6, a side opening/closing cover 46 may be provided that is openable and closable by cutting a cutting line provided from the bottom panel 11 of the sheet storage container main body 26 to the left panel 14 (or/and the right panel 15) as the other side panel.
The side opening/closing cover 46 is provided so as to be partially connected to the sheet storage container body 1, for example.
The width (W) of the rectangular parallelepiped sheet storage container body 26 may be, for example, 150mm to 1000mm, and is preferably 200mm to 500mm, and more preferably 250mm to 350mm in view of workability.
The depth (D) may be, for example, 50mm to 1000mm, and is preferably 100mm to 300mm, and more preferably 150mm to 250mm, from the viewpoint of workability.
The height (H) may be, for example, 10mm to 1000mm, and is preferably 20mm to 500mm, and more preferably 30mm to 250mm, from the viewpoint of workability.
Further, as the size of the sheet storage container main body 26, for example, the width (W) × depth (D) × height (H) is 313mm × 189mm × 149mm, 315mm × 169mm × 145mm, 315mm × 190mm × 30mm, 315mm × 190mm × 51mm, and the like.
Fig. 2 shows an example of a single substantially rectangular thick paper sheet 28 before the sheet container body 26 of the present invention is assembled. The thick paper sheet 28 is provided with the side opening/closing cover 27 on the conventional thick paper sheet 3. The side opening/closing cover 27 is openable and closable by cutting a substantially コ -shaped side opening/closing cover cutting line provided from the top panel 9 to the upper right side panel 15a of the cardboard sheet 28.
The side opening/closing cover 27 is provided in series with the sheet storage container body 26 via a fold line 29, for example.
The fold line 29 is formed to extend linearly in the width direction of the sheet storage container body 1 at, for example, substantially the center between the fold line 13 at the right end edge of the upper panel 9 and the side cut line 21 on the right side of the front opening/closing cover 2, and to have a desired length.
It is preferable that the cutting line for forming the front opening/closing cover 2 and the cutting line for forming the side opening/closing cover 27 are not shared, but may be partially shared.
The side opening/closing lid section cutting line includes left and right side section cutting lines 30 and 30, left and right tip section cutting lines 31 and 31, and a finger insertion opening section forming cutting line 32.
The left and right side cut lines 30, 30 are formed by folding at right angles from both ends of the fold line 29 and extending to substantially the center of the upper right panel 15 a.
The left and right front end portions cut lines 31, 31 are formed by bending the respective front ends of the side portion cut lines 30, 30 at substantially right angles in directions approaching each other and extending a desired length.
The finger insertion opening portion forming cutting line 32 is formed in a concave shape that connects the ends of the front end portion cutting lines 31, 31 and is recessed upward (inward).
And surrounded by the left and right side portion cut lines 30, the tip portion cut lines 31, and the finger insertion opening portion forming cut line 32A cover main body 27 forming the side opening/closing cover 27a. In addition, the cover main body 27 is usedaThe finger insertion opening 33 of the side opening/closing cover 27 is formed in a portion of the tip end portion of the finger insertion opening forming cutting line 32, the portion being cut by the finger insertion opening forming cutting line.
After the cutting line 32 is cut, a portion surrounded by the finger insertion opening forming cutting line 32 is a protruding piece 34 provided continuously to the upper right panel 15 a. The reference numeral 35 denotes a fold of the projecting piece 34.
The front end portion cut line 31 of the side opening/closing cover 27 and the finger insertion opening portion forming cut line 32 are formed from the upper right panel 15aIs formed inside at a desired distance from the end edge 36. That is, the side opening/closing cover 27 is provided at a position above a portion where the upper right panel 15a and the lower right panel 15b overlap each other when the thick paper sheet 28 is assembled.
With this configuration, even when the lower right panel 15b and the upper right panel 15 are used as an assembling device for assembling the sheet storage container main bodyaIn the case of bonding the assembly device of this type with the front side overlapped, the side opening/closing cover 27 is not located at the portion where the lower right panel 15b and the upper right panel 15a are overlapped, and therefore, the side opening/closing cover can be formed.
Further, even in the case of using an assembly device of the type in which the lower right panel 15b and the upper right panel 15a are bonded so as to overlap the back surfaces thereof, the side opening/closing cover 27 is not positioned in a portion where the lower right panel 15b and the upper right panel 15a overlap each other, and therefore, the side opening/closing cover can be formed.
Therefore, in the folding method of the side panels, the thick paper sheet of the present invention can be assembled even with any type of assembling device conventionally used. Therefore, in order to manufacture the sheet container of the present invention, a conventionally used assembly apparatus can be used, and the sheet container is excellent in economical efficiency and convenience.
The concave shape of the cutting line 32 for forming a finger insertion opening may be of any size and shape as long as a finger can be inserted. The finger insertion opening portion-forming cutting line 32 may have a circular arc shape or a rectangular shape, for example.
The finger insertion opening portion-forming cutting line 32 may be convex. In this case, the projecting piece 34 is provided in connection with the side opening/closing cover 27 via a fold line.
Alternatively, instead of the side opening/closing cover 27, or in addition to the side opening/closing cover 27, another side opening/closing cover (not shown) may be provided from the upper panel 9 to the upper left panel 14 a.
Further, another side opening/closing cover 46 may be provided from the bottom panel 11 to the lower left panel 14b instead of or in addition to the side opening/closing cover 27 and the other side opening/closing cover as shown in fig. 6 and 7.
Similarly, another side opening/closing cover (not shown) may be provided from the bottom panel 11 to the lower right panel 15b instead of the other side opening/closing cover 46 or in addition to the other side opening/closing cover 46.
The side opening/closing cover 46 is also formed in the same manner as the side opening/closing cover 27.
For example, fig. 7 shows a thick paper sheet 47 in a substantially rectangular shape before the sheet container body 26 is assembled, which is composed of the front opening/closing cover 2 and the side opening/closing cover 46.
The side opening/closing cover 46 is formed by cutting a side opening/closing cover cutting line of approximately コ shape provided from the bottom panel 11 to the lower left panel 14b of the thick paper sheet 47.
The same parts as those of the side opening/closing cover 27 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof is omitted.
The crease line 29 is formed to have a desired length, for example, on the bottom panel 11 of the sheet container body 1 so as to linearly extend in the width direction of the sheet container body 1.
The front end portion cutting line 31 of the side opening/closing cover 46 and the finger insertion opening portion forming cutting line 32 are formed inside at a desired distance from the end edge 36 of the lower left panel 14 b. That is, when the thick paper sheets 47 are assembled, the side opening/closing cover 47 is provided at a position lower than a portion where the lower left panel 14b and the upper left panel 14a overlap.
The side opening/closing covers 27, 46 are formed so that the finger insertion opening portion forming cutting line 32 for forming the finger insertion opening portion 33 can be cut more easily than the cutting lines 30, 31 for forming the side opening/closing covers 27, 46 other than the finger insertion opening portion forming cutting line 32.
That is, the cutting lines for forming the finger insertion opening 33 and the cutting lines for forming the side opening/closing covers 27 and 46 excluding the finger insertion opening 33 are formed so that the force required for cutting the cutting lines for forming the finger insertion opening 33 is weaker than the force for cutting the cutting lines for forming the side opening/closing covers 27 and 46 excluding the finger insertion opening 33. For example, the connecting portion of the cutting line for forming the finger insertion opening 33 is formed to have a shorter distance between the connecting portion of the cutting line and the cutting line adjacent to each other than the connecting portion of the cutting line for cutting the side portion cutting line 30 and the tip portion cutting line 31.
Thus, first, only the protruding piece 34 is cut, and the finger to which the finger is inserted can be inserted into the opening. Then, when the other cutting lines 30 and 31 are cut by inserting a finger into the opening portion, the entire lid can be cut satisfactorily.
As shown in fig. 3, the side cut lines 30a and 30a of the upper right panel 15a of the side cut lines 30 and 30 of the side opening/closing cover 27 are inclined inward with respect to the line L in the width direction by a slight angle, for example, about 2 to 2.8 degrees.
In the side opening/closing cover 46, the side cut lines 30a and 30a of the lower left panel 14b portion of the side cut lines 30 and 30 are inclined inward from each other by a slight angle, for example, about 2 to 2.8 degrees, with respect to the line in the width direction, similarly to the side opening/closing cover 27.
The angle may be, for example, 1 to 13 degrees, and is preferably 2 to 12 degrees, and more preferably 4 to 6 degrees, from the viewpoint of workability.
This makes it easier to take out the sheet from the opening and to close the side opening/closing covers 27 and 46, as compared with the case where the side cutting lines 30a and 30a are not inclined.
Similarly, the side cut lines 21a and 21a of the upper front panel 8a of the side cut lines 21 and 21 of the front opening/closing cover 2 may be inclined inward from each other at a slight angle, for example, at an angle of about 2 to 2.8 degrees, with respect to the line M in the width direction.
The angle may be, for example, 1 to 13 degrees, and is preferably 2 to 12 degrees, and more preferably 4 to 6 degrees, from the viewpoint of workability.
Note that, reference numeral 37 denotes a cutting line of the flap 19a provided on the right side of the upper front panel 8a in the thick paper sheet 28. The cutting line 37 is formed in a shape that matches the cutting line of the side opening/closing cover 27 when assembled. In the case of the thick paper sheet 47, the cutting line 37 is formed in the flap 19 on the left side of the lower front panel 8 b.
In addition, reference numeral 38 denotes a cutting line of the flap 19b provided on the right side of the rear panel 10 in the case of the thick paper sheet 28. The cutting line 38 is formed in a shape that matches the cutting line of the side opening/closing cover 27 when assembled. In the case of the thick paper sheet 47, the cutting line 38 is formed in the left flap 19 of the back panel 10.
The cutting lines 37 and 38 are cut after cutting the side opening/closing cover cutting line from the assembled sheet storage container body 26, for example.
As shown in fig. 4, the tabs 19a and the side opening/closing cover 27 are provided with adhesive portions 39a and 39b at desired portions thereof which overlap each other at the time of assembly. Further, adhesive portions 40a and 40b are provided at desired portions of the upper blade 19b and the side opening/closing cover 27 which are overlapped with each other. The adhesive portions 39a and 39b may be bonded to each other and the adhesive portions 40a and 40b may be bonded to each other at the time of assembly.
In this case, by cutting the side opening/closing cover 27 from the assembled sheet container, the cutting lines 37 and 38 of the adhered flaps 19a and 19b are also cut. Next, as shown in fig. 5, an opening 41 for taking out the sheet is formed.
The portions 42 and 43 cut off from the flaps 19a and 19b may be cut off from the thick paper sheet 28 in advance.
The side opening/closing cover 46 may be configured in the same manner.
As shown in fig. 5, from the viewpoint of the strength of the sheet storage container and the ease of taking out sheets, the width a of the side portion 44 of the upper panel and/or the upper side panel (e.g., upper right panel) left after the side opening/closing cover 27 is cut, that is, the side portion 44 between the side portion cut lines 30, 30 of the side opening/closing cover 27 and the fold lines 4, 5 (or the side edge 45 of the upper side panel 15 a) may be 1mm to 33mm, preferably 5mm to 30mm, more preferably 10mm to 15mm, and particularly preferably 13 mm.
In addition, experiments were conducted on the strength of the sheet storage container and the ease of taking out sheets by changing the width (a) of the side portion with respect to the ratio of the width (a) of the side portion to the depth (D) of the sheet storage container, that is, the width (a)/depth (D) (%) of the side portion.
In this case, the result of the sheet container having a depth (D) of 189mm is as follows: when the width (a)/depth (D) (%) of the side portion is in the range of 1.6 to 9.6%, the strength and the ease of taking out the sheet are better, when the width (a)/depth (D) (%) is in the range of 2.0 to 8.0%, the strength and the ease of taking out the sheet are better, and when the width (a)/depth (D) (%) is in the range of 3.2 to 4.8%, the strength and the ease of taking out the sheet are particularly better.
Further, the results of the sheet container having a depth (D) of 169mm were as follows: when the width (a)/depth (D) (%) of the side portion is in the range of 1.6 to 9.5%, the strength and the ease of taking out the sheet are better, when the width (a)/depth (D) (%) is in the range of 2.0 to 7.9%, the strength and the ease of taking out the sheet are better, and when the width (a)/depth (D) (%) is in the range of 3.2 to 4.8%, the strength and the ease of taking out the sheet are particularly better.
From the above experimental results, from the viewpoint of the strength of the sheet container and the ease of taking out the sheet, the width (a)/depth (D) (%) of the side portion of the sheet container is preferably 1.6 to 9.6%, more preferably 2.0 to 8.0%, and particularly preferably 3.2 to 4.8%.
By setting the width a to the above range, the size of the opening 41 of the side opening/closing cover 27 can be sufficiently secured, and the sheet can be easily taken out. Further, since the strength of the sheet container can be increased, even if a plurality of sheet containers with the side opening/closing cover 27 cut off are stacked in the vertical direction, the sheet container in the lowermost layer is not damaged.
The width a of the side portion 44 of the bottom panel and/or the lower side panel (e.g., lower left panel) left after the side opening/closing cover 46 is cut is also the same.
In the present invention, the sheet container is assembled by the assembling device in the same manner as the conventional sheet container. By cutting the cutting line, for example, as shown in fig. 5, the side opening/closing cover 27 can be opened and closed freely, and the sheet inside can be taken out from the lateral side.
Therefore, even when the space for placing the sheet storage container is limited, the sheet can be taken out by opening and closing the cover with the side surface side of the sheet storage container as the near side.
In addition, the degree of freedom in placing the sheet container is increased.
In addition, when the thick paper sheet 28 is assembled, for example, the side opening/closing cover 27 can be cut even if either one of the upper right panel 15a and the lower right panel 15b is overlapped so as to be a front surface side.
In addition, similarly, when the thick paper sheet 47 is assembled, for example, even if either one of the upper left panel 14a and the lower left panel 14b is overlapped to be a front surface side, the side opening/closing cover 46 can be cut.
Therefore, when the thick paper sheet 28 is assembled, a conventional apparatus for assembling a sheet container of the type in which the lower right panel 15b is folded and bonded so as to be superposed on the upper right panel 15a so as to be on the front side may be used.
Alternatively, when the thick paper sheet 28 is assembled, a conventional apparatus for assembling a sheet container of the type in which the lower right panel 15b is folded and bonded to the upper right panel 15a so as to be on the back side thereof may be used.
The same applies to the case of assembling the thick paper sheets 47.
Further, even if the sheet storage containers are stacked up and down, the sheets can be taken out in any direction.
In the case of a sheet container in which the front opening/closing cover 2 is provided from the upper panel 9 to the front panel 8 and the side opening/closing cover 46 is provided from the bottom panel 11 to the left panel 14 (or the right panel 15), the cutting line of the front opening/closing cover 2 and the cutting line of the side opening/closing cover 46 are formed in different panels.
Therefore, the rigidity of the panel of the sheet container is high both before and after the cutting line is cut, and the sheet container can be prevented from being damaged even when the sheet container is stacked up and down.
Further, the opening of the side opening/closing cover 46 may be enlarged.
