Abstract

本发明公开了一种简易式连接器结构,其主要包括连接体,该连接体设有第一容置空间及第二容置空间,其第一容置空间与电路板的一侧相契合,而第二容置空间则与扁平电缆体相契合,又第一容置空间内部设有至少一个第一导电部,而第二容置空间内部设有至少一个第二导电部;如此,通过第一容置空间与电路板相互连接,第二容置空间与扁平电缆体相连接,即可有效达到快速连接且节省人工成本等效用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种简易式连接器结构,尤其涉及一种可减少人工成本及便于连接的简易式连接器结构。
背景技术
现今科技日新月异,市面上许多科技的相关产品的生命周期极为短暂;如此,在生产科技产品的过程中,若是减少其中一个生产所需的步骤,又或是减少制造所需的相关材料时,即可有效地减少科技公司所需付出的制造成本。
如此,现有的扁平电缆连接器必须通过焊接的过程才可将其扁平电缆连接器与各种电子组件焊接固定于其电路板上,亦像是一种掀盖式的连接器,其主要具有掀盖、绝缘本体及至少一个导电端子。绝缘本体内设有至少一个导电体,其一端用以焊接于电路板上,而另一端则用以与插入绝缘本体的开口内的扁平电缆接触以形成电性导通,然后使用者则可利用掀开的开启或闭合的操作来使得扁平电缆得到插设固定或松开脱离连接器的目的。
又或是一种连接器结构,其通过电路板内部所具有的镂空部周边设有的若干焊接点,再通过其焊接点与连接器周边设有的导电端子相互焊接固定,以达到连接导电的功效。
然而,上述两项现有连接器,皆须通过焊接的制作程序以将其连接器与电路板相互导电且相互连接固定;如此,即无法有效降低生产连接器所需的生产成本。
发明内容
现有的连接器皆需通过焊接的过程,以与各种电子组件分别焊接以固定于电路板上;如此,不但在制造的程序上多一项制造过程而需耗费多余的人工成本外,且在修缮的过程中,还需通过熔焊的工法后,才可将其连接器拆除以进行相关修缮的作业。
因此,为改善上述问题的目的,本发明提供了一种简易式连接器结构,其主要包括连接体,该连接体设有第一容置空间及第二容置空间,第一容置空间与电路板的一侧相契合,第二容置空间与扁平电缆体的扁平电缆连接部相契合,该连接体内部设有导电端子,该导电端子设有第一导电部及第二导电部,该第一导电部延伸设置于该第一容置空间的任意一侧或一端,而该第二导电部则延伸设置于该第二容置空间的任意一侧或一端,该第一导电部的一侧设有至少一个第一突出部,该第二导电部一侧设有至少一个第二突出部;该第一容置空间与电路板的一侧相连接,通过该第一突出部与该电路板的一面相互贴合,进以达到导电且紧固的作用;又该第二容置空间与扁平电缆体所设有的扁平电缆连接部相连接,该第二突出部则与该扁平电缆连接部相贴合进以进行导电且紧固的作用。
另外,该连接体的任意一侧或一端进一步设有固定件,该固定件与该导电端子相互连接以通过该固定件进行开启或关闭的动作时,该导电端子则会受到该固定件的连动而进行紧固或松弛的作用。
又,该连接体的任意一侧或一端进一步设有至少一个连接部,该连接部与该电路板相互连接以将该连接体固定于该电路板的一侧。
本发明更进一步可提供另一种简易式连接器结构,其主要包括连接体,该连接体的任意一侧或一端设有容置空间,该容置空间与电路板与扁平电缆体相互叠合的厚度相契合,该连接体内部设有导电端子,该导电端子一侧延伸设有第一导电部及第二导电部,该第一导电部及该第二导电部延伸设置于该容置空间的任意一侧或一端,该第一导电部的一侧设有第一突出部,该第二导电部一侧设有第二突出部,该第一突出部与该第二突出部位于电路板与扁平电缆体相叠合的上下或左右的相对位置以紧固电路板与扁平电缆体相叠合的位置。
该连接体的任意一侧或一端进一步设有固定件,该固定件与该导电端子相互连接以通过该固定件进行开启或关闭的动作时,该导电端子则会受到该固定件的连动而进行紧固或松弛的作用。
又,该连接体的任意一侧或一端进一步设有至少一个连接部,该连接部与该电路板相互连接以将该连接体固定于该电路板的一侧。
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能更明显易懂,下文现配合各附图所列举的具体实施例详加说明。

请参阅图1及图2,为本发明的立体图及第一实施例使用状态图,如图所示,本发明主要包括连接体10,该连接体10设有第一容置空间11及第二容置空间12,该第一容置空间11与电路板40的一侧相契合,该第二容置空间12与扁平电缆体50所设有的扁平电缆连接部51相契合,又该连接体10内部设有导电端子20,该导电端子20设有第一导电部21及第二导电部22,而该第一导电部21延伸设置于该第一容置空间11的任意一侧或一端,该第二导电部22则延伸设置于该第二容置空间12的任意一侧或一端,另外,该第一导电部21的一侧设有至少第一突出部211,该第二导电部22一侧设有至少第二突出部221。
如此,当该电路板40插入该第一容置空间11时,该第一突出部211则会与该电路板40的一面相贴合,且因该第一导电部21具有弹性,故当该第一突出部211与该电路板40相互贴合时,该第一突出部211亦会向该第一容置空间11内部挤压,借以紧固该电路板40;又,当该扁平电缆体50通过该扁平电缆连接部51插入至该第二容置空间12时,该第二突出部221亦与该扁平电缆连接部51相互贴合,且因该第二导电部22亦具有弹性,故该第二突出部221亦会向该第二容置空间12的内部挤压,进以紧固该扁平电缆连接部51。如此通过该第一导电部21所设有的该第一突出部211与该电路板40相贴合,该第二导电部22所设有的该第二突出部221与该扁平电缆连接部51相贴合,即可达到相互导电且卡固的作用。
请参阅图3A,为本发明的第二实施例使用状态图,如图所示,该第一容置空间11与该第二容置空间12可设于该连接体10的一侧或一端,如图3A所示,该第一容置空间11设于该连接体10的一侧且开口方向朝向左方(如图3A的左方位置),而该第二容置空间12则设于该连接体10的另一侧,且开口方向则朝向右方(如图3A的右方位置),而该第一导电部21亦是延伸设于该第一容置空间11一侧或一端且该第一容置空间11内容有该电路板40,而该第二导电部22亦延伸设于该第二容置空间12一侧或一端而该第二容置空间12内容有该扁平电缆连接部51,如此,除该第二容置空间12所设置的位置不同以使得该扁平电缆连接部51所需插入连接的方向不同外,其所达成的功效与其结构的技术特征亦属相同。
再者,再参阅图3B所示,为本发明的第三实施例使用状态图,该第二容置空间12所设置的位置则改为该连接体10的下方侧,且其开口位置向下,然而该第二导电部22亦可延伸设置于该第二容置空间12一侧或一端,而该扁平电缆连接部51则可从下方插入该第二容置空间12,又或是以凹折的方式插入该第二容置空间12内。因此,由图3A及图3B可知,该第一容置空间11及该第二容置空间12所设置的位置应不可限制本发明的技术特征。
请参阅图4,为本发明的固定件使用状态图,如图所示,该连接体10一侧或一端位置进一步可设有固定件30,该固定件30与该导电端子20相互连接以通过该固定件30进行开启或关闭的动作时,该导电端子20则会受到该固定件30的连动而进行紧固或松弛的作用;进一步地说,该固定件30进行开启的动作时,该导电端子20则会受到其连动而松弛,而若是该固定件30进行关闭的动作时,该导电端子20则会受到其连动而紧固;如此,当该导电端子20进行紧固的动作时,该第一导电部21则会向该第一容置空间11内挤压,而该第二导电部22则会向该第二容置空间12内挤压,进而更进一步地通过该第一突出部211紧固该电路板40,该第二突出部221紧固该扁平电缆连接部51。
请参阅图5至图8,为本发明的连接部的各实施例连接状态图,如图所示,该连接体10一侧或一端进一步设有连接部13,该连接部13用于与该电路板40相互连接固定,以有效将该连接体10固定于该电路板40的一侧上,然而,其连接方法有多种方式可予以实现,故,在此配合各附图的实施例详加说明:
如图5所示,其连接工法通过螺丝60与螺帽61相互锁固,而其电路板40及连接部13则夹于该螺丝60与该螺帽61之间,进而有效达到连接的作用;如是,当该连接部13与该电路板40的一面相互贴合时,即可通过该螺丝60以贯穿该连接部13与该电路板40的贴合部位,之后,再通过该螺帽61从该螺丝60的尾端进行锁固,借此,即可有效将该连接体10与该电路板40相互连接。
另外,如图6所示,由附图即可发现,与该螺丝60相互锁固的组件,并不限定于该螺帽61而已,若是将该螺帽61替换为攻牙铁片62,再将该攻牙铁片62的攻牙部63与该螺丝60相互锁固,亦可有效将该连接体10与该电路板40相互连接。
请参阅图7,其连接工法除上述的方法外,亦可通过普遍所知的卡固方式,以将该连接体10与该电路板40相互连接;进一步地说,该连接体10所设有的该连接部13的一侧具有卡扣部131,而该电路板40与该连接体10相互连接之处则设有被卡扣部41,又该连接部13延伸于该电路板40的一面以与该电路板40相贴合,如此,通过该卡扣部131与该被卡扣部41相互卡固后,即可将该连接体10与该电路板40相互连接。
再参阅图8,该连接体10亦可由夹固的方式与该电路板40相互连接,亦如,该连接部13为一ㄈ状,而通过该开口的方向以让该电路板40的一侧插入以与该连接体10相卡合;如此,由上述各实施例可知,该连接体10与该电路板40的连接方式可由多种不同的连接方法实现,故其连接的方法应无局限。
请参阅图9,为本发明的第四实施例的使用状态图,如图所示,本发明可提供另一种样式的简易式连接器结构,其包括:连接体70,该连接体70的任意一侧或一端设有容置空间71,该容置空间71与电路板40与扁平电缆体50相互叠合的厚度相契合,该连接体70内部设有导电端子80,该导电端子80一侧延伸设有第一导电部81及第二导电部82,该第一导电部81及该第二导电部82延伸设置于该容置空间71的任意一侧或一端,该第一导电部81的一侧设有第一突出部811,该第二导电部82一侧设有第二突出部821,该第一突出部811与该第二突出821部位于电路板40与扁平电缆体50相叠合的上下或左右的相对位置以紧固该电路板40与该扁平电缆体50相叠合的位置。
通过上述的结构可知,其仅须通过该容置空间71即可将该电路板40及该扁平电缆体50容纳于内,而后再通过该第一突出部811及该第二突出部821将该电路板40与该扁平电缆体50的上下位置夹固,以使得该电路板40与该扁平电缆体50相互紧合且与该导电端子80相互导电。
以上所述,仅为本发明的最佳实施例,当不能以此限定本发明实施的范围;因此,凡依本发明权利要求及发明说明书内容所做的简单的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明权利要求涵盖的范围内。

Claims (13)

1.一种简易式连接器结构,其特征在于,该结构包括:
连接体,所述的连接体的任意一侧或一端设有第一容置空间及第二容置空间,所述的第一容置空间的任意一侧或一端设有至少一个第一导电部,所述的第二容置空间的任意一侧或一端设有至少一个第二导电部。
2.如权利要求1所述的简易式连接器结构,其特征在于,所述的连接体内部设有导电端子,所述的导电端子包括有所述的至少一个第一导电部及所述的至少一个第二导电部,所述的至少一个第一导电部延伸设置于所述的第一容置空间的任意一侧或一端,所述的至少一第二导电部延伸设置于所述的第二容置空间的任意一侧或一端。
3.如权利要求2所述的简易式连接器结构,其特征在于,所述的至少一个第一导电部的一侧设有至少一个第一突出部,所述的第一突出部卡合于电路板与所述的至少一个第一导电部的间。
4.如权利要求2所述的简易式连接器结构,其特征在于,所述的至少一个第二导电部的一侧设有至少一个第二突出部,所述的第二突出部卡合于扁平电缆体与所述的至少一个第二导电部之间。
5.如权利要求2所述的简易式连接器结构,其特征在于,所述的连接体的任意一侧或一端上还设有固定件,所述的固定件与所述的导电端子相互连接以通过所述的固定件进行开启或关闭的动作时,所述的导电端子则会受到所述的固定件的连动而进行紧固或松弛的作用。
6.如权利要求5所述的简易式连接器结构,其特征在于,所述的连接体的任意一侧或一端还设有至少一个连接部,所述的连接部与所述的电路板相互连接以将所述的连接体固定于所述的额电路板的一侧。
7.如权利要求6所述的简易式连接器结构,其特征在于,所述的连接部以螺丝螺帽相锁固、螺丝攻牙铁片相锁固、卡固或夹持固定与所述的电路板相连接。
8.如权利要求6所述的简易式连接器结构,其特征在于,所述的连接体为绝缘的连接体。
9.一种简易式连接器结构,其特征在于,该结构包括:
连接体,所述的连接体的任意一侧或一端设有容置空间,所述的容置空间的任意一侧或一端设有至少一个第一导电部及至少一个第二导电部,所述的至少一个第一导电部一侧设有第一突出部,所述的至少一个第二导电部一侧设有第二突出部,所述的第一突出部与所述的第二突出部位于所述的容置空间的上下或左右的相对位置。
10.如权利要求9所述的简易式连接器结构,其特征在于,所述的连接体内部设有导电端子,所述的导电端子延伸设有所述的至少一个第一导电部及所述的至少一个第二导电部。
11.如权利要求10所述的简易式连接器结构,其特征在于,所述的连接体的任意一侧或一端还设有固定件,所述的固定件与所述的导电端子相互连接以通过所述的固定件进行开启或关闭的动作时,所述的导电端子则会受到所述的固定件的连动而进行紧固或松弛的作用。
12.如权利要求10所述的简易式连接器结构,其特征在于,所述的连接体的任意一侧或一端还设有至少一个连接部,所述的连接部与所述的电路板相互连接以将所述的连接体固定于所述的电路板的一侧。
13.如权利要求12所述的简易式连接器结构,其特征在于,所述的连接部以螺丝螺帽相锁固、螺丝攻牙铁片相锁固、卡固或夹持固定与所述的电路板相连接。
