The above object of the present invention can be achieved by the following technical solutions: a top drive drilling control assistance device comprising: the device comprises a data acquisition module, a data sending module and a communication module; the input end of the data acquisition module is used for being connected with a top drive control system, and the output end of the data acquisition module is connected with the communication module; the data acquisition module is used for acquiring real-time measurement parameters of the top drive drilling system and sending the real-time measurement parameters to the communication module; the communication module is used for receiving the real-time measurement parameters and the intrinsic parameters of the top drive drilling system; the communication module can be connected with a top drive drilling control optimization device so that the top drive drilling control optimization device can obtain the real-time measurement parameters and the inherent parameters; and the communication module can receive the control instruction generated by the top drive drilling control optimization device; the input end of the data sending module is used for being connected with the top drive control system, and the output end of the data sending module is connected with the communication module; and the data sending module is used for sending a control signal to the top drive control system according to the control instruction.
As a preferred embodiment, the top drive drilling control assistance device further comprises: and the relay is connected between the top drive control system and the top drive drilling system and is used for controlling the control authority of the top drive drilling system.
In a preferred embodiment, the relay has a first operating position in which the relay releases all control authority of the top drive drilling system to the top drive control system; and under the second working position, the relay releases part of control authority of the top drive drilling system to the top drive drilling control optimization device.
As a preferred implementation, the data acquisition module, the data transmission module and the communication module are all connected with a power supply in a driller box of a top drive control system.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

The application provides a top drive well drilling control auxiliary device A, which can comprise: the system comprises a data acquisition module 11, a data sending module 13 and a communication module 15; the input end of the data acquisition module 11 is used for being connected with a top drive control system 19, and the output end of the data acquisition module 11 is connected with the communication module 15; the data acquisition module 11 is configured to acquire real-time measurement parameters of the top drive drilling system and send the real-time measurement parameters to the communication module 15; the communication module 15 is used for receiving the real-time measurement parameters and the intrinsic parameters of the top drive drilling system; the communication module 15 can be connected with a top drive drilling control optimization device 21, so that the top drive drilling control optimization device 21 can obtain the real-time measurement parameters and the inherent parameters; and the communication module 15 can receive the control instruction generated by the top drive drilling control optimization device 21; the input end of the data sending module 13 is used for being connected with the top drive control system 19, and the output end of the data sending module 13 is connected with the communication module 15; the data sending module 13 is configured to send a control signal to the top drive control system 19 according to the control instruction.
In use, the input of the data acquisition module 11 and the input of the data transmission module 13 are connected to the top drive control system 19. The communication module 15 is connected with a top drive drilling control optimization device 21. The top drive drilling control assistance device of the present embodiment is thus connected between the top drive control system 19 and the top drive drilling control optimization device 21. Therefore, the top drive drilling control optimization device 21 can automatically read the inherent parameters of the top drive drilling system and automatically adjust the internal control logic according to the inherent parameters, so that the control logic is prevented from being manually modified according to the characteristics of the top drive drilling system, and the working efficiency of the top drive drilling control optimization device 21 can be improved.
Further, when the top drive drilling system works, the data acquisition module 11 can acquire real-time measurement parameters of the top drive drilling system and send the real-time measurement parameters to the communication module 15. The top drive drilling control optimization device 21 can obtain the real-time measurement parameters; and generating a control command according to the real-time measurement parameter. And then the communication module 15 receives the control instruction, and the data sending module 13 sends a control signal to the top drive drilling system according to the control instruction, so as to perform optimal control on the top drive drilling system.
The technical scheme shows that: the top drive drilling control auxiliary device A of the embodiment of the application can automatically modify the control logic according to the characteristics of the top drive drilling system, so that the manual modification of the control logic according to the characteristics of the top drive drilling system is avoided, and the working efficiency can be improved. And the top drive drilling control optimization device 21 can control the top drive drilling system through the top drive drilling control auxiliary device of the embodiment of the application, so that the control of the top drive drilling system can be optimized.
As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, an input of the data acquisition module 11 is for connection to a top drive control system 19. The top drive control system 19 is connected to a top drive drilling system. Therefore, an operator can perform various drilling operations through the operating console of the top drive control system 19 and also can monitor the running state of the top drive drilling system, so that the operating function of the top drive control system 19, and the parameter display and remote monitoring of the top drive drilling system are realized. The input end of the data acquisition module 11 is connected with the top drive control system 19. I.e. the data acquisition module 11 is not directly connected to the top drive drilling system but to the top drive control system 19. Thereby enabling partial functionality of the top drive control system 19 to be opened. The partial functions include, but are not limited to, an upper torque limit setting, an upper speed limit setting, a forward and reverse rotation knob, etc.
In this embodiment, the data acquisition module 11 is used to acquire real-time measurement parameters of the top drive drilling system. The real-time measurement parameters and the real-time measurement parameters collected by the top drive control system 19 belong to a series relation. That is, the real-time measurement parameters acquired by the data acquisition module 11 are included in the real-time measurement parameters acquired by the top drive control system 19. That is, the real-time measurement parameters acquired by the top drive control system 19 are more than the real-time measurement parameters acquired by the data acquisition module 11.
Further, the real-time measurement parameters acquired by the data acquisition module 11 are acquired according to the function opened by the top drive control system 19. That is, the real-time measurement parameters required to be acquired by the function of the opened top drive control system 19 are acquired by the data acquisition module 11. That is, the real-time measurement parameters acquired by the data acquisition module 11 have a corresponding relationship with the opened functions of the top drive control system 19. For example, when the function opened by the top drive control system 19 is the torque upper limit set value, the real-time measurement parameters acquired by the data acquisition module 11 need to include the torquemeter indication on the top drive drilling system. When the function opened by the top drive control system 19 is the upper speed limit set value, the real-time measurement parameters acquired by the data acquisition module 11 need to include the speedometer indication on the top drive drilling system.
Further, the output end of the data acquisition module 11 is connected with the communication module 15. So that the data acquisition module 11 can send the real-time measurement parameters to the communication module 15.
In this embodiment, the communication module 15 is configured to receive real-time measurement parameters and parameters intrinsic to the top drive drilling system. The intrinsic parameter may be information related to the top drive drilling system. For example, the intrinsic parameter may be a start delay time of the top drive, an acceleration characteristic of the top drive, or the like. The communication module 15 is used for receiving the real-time measurement parameters acquired by the data acquisition module 11. The real-time measurement parameters can be stored in the memory 23, so that the communication module 15 can record the parameters of the top drive drilling system, and can output the parameters in a report form when necessary, so that the parameters can be referred and analyzed by a user on one hand, and data support is provided for better understanding of the top drive drilling system on the other hand.
Further, the communication module 15 can be connected to the top drive drilling control optimization device 21 so that the top drive drilling control optimization device 21 can obtain real-time measurement parameters and intrinsic parameters. Therefore, the top drive drilling control optimization device 21 can automatically read the inherent parameters of the top drive drilling system and automatically adjust the internal control logic according to the inherent parameters, so that the control logic is prevented from being manually modified according to the characteristics of the top drive drilling system, and the working efficiency of the top drive drilling control optimization device 21 can be improved.
Further, the communication module 15 can receive a control instruction generated by the top drive drilling control optimization device 21, where the control instruction is calculated by the top drive drilling control optimization device 21 according to the real-time measurement parameters acquired by the data acquisition module 11. That is, the function of the top drive control system 19 being opened is taken over by the top drive drilling control optimization device 21, thereby enabling optimal control of the top drive drilling system.
In this embodiment, the input of the data transmission module 13 is used for connecting with the top drive control system 19. The input end of the data transmission module 13 is connected with the top drive control system 19. That is, the data transmission module 13 is not directly connected to the top drive drilling system, but is directly connected to the top drive control system 19. So that the top drive drilling system can be controlled by the top drive control system 19.
Further, the data sending module 13 is configured to send a control signal to the top drive control system 19 according to the control instruction. The data transmission module 13 needs to transmit the control signal according to the top drive drilling system. The control signal can be 4-20 mA current. Or a voltage of 0 to 10V.
Further, the top drive drilling control auxiliary device a further comprises: the top drive drilling control assistance device further comprises: and a relay connected between the top drive control system 19 and the top drive drilling system and used for controlling the control authority of the top drive drilling system.
Specifically, the relay has a first operating position in which the relay releases all control authority of the top drive drilling system to the top drive control system 19 and a second operating position; in the second working position, the relay releases part of the control authority of the top drive drilling system to the top drive drilling control optimization device 21.
Thus, when the top drive drilling control optimization device 21 is not needed, the relay releases all control authority of the top drive drilling system to the top drive control system 19 in the first working position. I.e. all functions of the top drive drilling system are controlled entirely by the top drive control system 19.
That is, because of the existence of the relay, the top drive drilling control auxiliary device of the embodiment of the present application can ensure that all functions and operations of the top drive drilling system are kept unchanged no matter whether the top drive drilling control optimization device 21 is connected or not after being connected with the top drive drilling system. Also, the relay can guarantee that the top drive drilling control auxiliary device of the embodiment of the application can not influence the operation of the top drive drilling system, so that the top drive drilling system can normally work.
When the top drive drilling control optimization device 21 needs to be used, the relay releases part of the control authority of the top drive drilling system to the top drive drilling control optimization device 21 under the second working position.
Specifically, a relay is added on a signal line of a control knob or a potentiometer of the top drive drilling system and a PLC thereof. The signal line of the PLC of the control knob or potentiometer is connected to the top drive control system 19. When the relay is positioned at the first working position, a control knob or a potentiometer of the top drive drilling system is normally connected with a signal wire of a PLC (programmable logic controller); and the top drive drilling system is disconnected from the top drive drilling control auxiliary device described in the embodiments of the present application. When the relay is at the second working position, a control knob or a potentiometer of the top drive drilling system is disconnected with a signal wire of a PLC (programmable logic controller); and the top drive drilling system is connected with the input end of the data acquisition module 11 and the input end of the data transmission module 13.
In one embodiment, the data acquisition module 11, the data transmission module 13, and the communication module 15 are all connected to a power supply within the driller's casing of the top drive control system 19. Therefore, the data acquisition module 11, the data transmission module 13 and the communication module 15 can be powered by the power supply in the driller box. That is, the power supply in the driller box can supply power to the top drive drilling control auxiliary device in the embodiment of the application. Therefore, an additional power supply is omitted, and the size of the top drive drilling control auxiliary device in the embodiment of the application is reduced.
In one embodiment, the top drive drilling control assistance apparatus a further comprises: a memory 23 storing intrinsic parameters of the top drive drilling system, the memory 23 being connected to the communication module 15. The memory 23 is used to record the parameters inherent to the top drive drilling system so that the parameters inherent to the top drive drilling system can be stored in the memory 23. So that when the top drive drilling control optimization device 21 is connected to the communication module 15, the communication module 15 is used to receive the real-time measurement parameters acquired by the data acquisition module 11. The real-time measurement parameters can be stored in the memory 23, so that the top drive drilling control optimization device 21 can automatically read the inherent parameters of the top drive drilling system and automatically adjust the internal control logic according to the inherent parameters, thereby preventing manual modification of the control logic according to the characteristics of the top drive drilling system and improving the working efficiency of the top drive drilling control optimization device 21. Further, when the communication module 15 records parameters of the top drive drilling system, the parameters can be stored in the memory 23, so that the parameters can be output in a report form as needed, on one hand, the parameters are provided for reference analysis of a user, and on the other hand, data support is provided for better understanding of the top drive drilling system.
In one embodiment, the top drive drilling control assistance apparatus a further comprises: and the operation module 25 is connected with the communication module 15, and the operation module 25 is used for calculating the real-time measurement parameters. The arithmetic module 25 may, for example, filter, signal change, etc. the real-time measurement parameters. The filtering algorithm includes, but is not limited to, clipping filtering, median filtering, or average filtering, etc.
In one embodiment, the top drive drilling control assistance apparatus a further comprises: a first standard interface connector 27 for connection to the top drive control system 19; the first standard interface connector 27 is connected to an input of the data transmission module 13 and an input of the data acquisition module 11. Therefore, the data sending module 13, the data acquisition module 11 and the top drive drilling system can be quickly connected through the first standard joint, the connection of the data sending module 13, the data acquisition module 11 and the top drive drilling system is standardized and simplified, and further the artificial misoperation during signal connection is avoided on hardware. Further, the first standard interface connector 27 is connected to the top drive control system 19 by a first cable 31.
In one embodiment, the top drive drilling control assistance device further comprises: a second standard interface joint 29 for connection to the top drive drilling control optimization device 21; a second standard interface connector 29 is connected to the communication module 15. Therefore, the communication module 15 and the top drive drilling control optimization device 21 can be quickly connected through the second standard connector, the connection between the communication module 15 and the top drive drilling control optimization device 21 is standardized and simplified, and further the manual operation errors during signal connection are avoided in hardware. Further, a second standard interface connector 29 is connected to the top drive drilling control optimization unit 21 via a second cable 33.
