Fig. 1 is a flow chart of a communication method according to some embodiments of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the communication method of this embodiment includes steps S102 to S106. The communication method of this embodiment may be executed by the service platform, or may be executed by other servers or server-side devices.
In step S102, called feature information sent by the terminal is acquired. The terminal may be, for example, a mobile phone, or other user equipment with a communication function.
The called feature information is information capable of describing a characteristic of the called party or identification information of the called party. For example, a user account number, an email address, an extension number, a license plate number, a merchant identification, etc. of the called party.
The terminal may transmit the called characteristic information in various ways. In some embodiments, the terminal may transmit through a data communication network, for example, through an application client installed in the terminal, so that the called feature information may be conveniently and quickly transmitted. According to the requirement, the person skilled in the art can also send the message by means of short message, voice call and the like, and the details are not described herein.
In step S104, a called number corresponding to the called feature information is searched.
The corresponding relation between the number of the user and the characteristic information can be stored in advance, so that the called number corresponding to the called characteristic information can be searched according to the corresponding relation.
In step S106, in response to finding the called number corresponding to the called feature information, the call initiated by the terminal to the service platform is forwarded to the called number. The service platform refers to equipment with a communication switching function of a service party, and the service party provides communication services for establishing a calling and called communication relationship for a user.
In some embodiments, after the called number is found, the corresponding relationship between the terminal information and the called number may be recorded. For example, the corresponding relationship between the calling number, i.e. the number of the terminal, and the called number may be recorded; or the called feature information sent by different terminals in a period of time can be sequenced, and the corresponding relation between the sequencing number of the request and the called number is recorded. These records may be temporary or permanent. Therefore, the calling of the calling party can be transferred to the corresponding called party according to the record.
When the terminal initiates a call to the service platform, the call can be forwarded to the called party according to the searched called number. The specific way in which the terminal initiates the call may be various.
One mode is that in response to finding the called number corresponding to the called characteristic information, an instruction for initiating a call is sent to the terminal, so that the terminal initiates the call to the service platform according to the instruction. In some embodiments, the terminal may initiate a call to the service platform within a short preset time after receiving the indication. For example, a control application in the terminal may invoke a cell phone dial pad and automatically enter the number of the service platform and automatically initiate a call. The method can respond to the called characteristic information sent by the user without operation, and automatically complete the whole call flow.
In another mode, in response to finding the called number corresponding to the called characteristic information, query result information is sent to the terminal, so that the user initiates a call to the service platform by using the terminal. The user can dial the number of the service platform by himself, or can acquire the number of the service platform from the query result information, or initiate a call to the service platform by selecting a function of contacting the service platform in the application. This way, the user can decide when to initiate a call at his discretion, which can increase the user's flexibility of use.
In some embodiments, the calling number may be suppressed when a call initiated by the terminal to the service platform is forwarded to the called number. Thereby protecting the privacy of both communication parties. Whether the number is concealed or not can be selected as required.
As required, those skilled in the art may use NGN (Next Generation Network), IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem, IP is an abbreviation of Internet Protocol, meaning Network Protocol), etc. to address and use a switching office to transfer calls in a manner of IP transmission, a conventional PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network), a conventional E164 Telephone number, etc. to complete the call process.
By the method of the embodiment, the service party only needs to transfer the call initiated by the terminal without automatically initiating two calls, so that the service party can only pay the cost of one-way communication, and the communication cost is saved. And the terminal can contact the opposite party to be contacted through the called characteristic information, so that the terminal can contact the opposite party even under the condition of not knowing the mobile phone number of the opposite party, and the flexibility and the usability of communication are improved.
The following exemplarily describes the communication method in two different application scenarios.
Fig. 2 is a flow chart of a communication method according to further embodiments of the present invention. In the application scenario of fig. 2, the user may contact the other party according to some called feature information provided by the application during the use of the application. The applications can be, for example, an email application, a shopping application, a recruitment application, and the like. As shown in fig. 2, the communication method of this embodiment includes steps S202 to S214.
In step S202, the terminal receives a click action of the user on a "contact merchant" button in the application page.
In step S204, the terminal application sends the corresponding merchant identifier to the service platform through the internet in response to the click behavior of the user.
In step S206, the service platform searches for the telephone number of the merchant corresponding to the merchant identifier, and records a corresponding relationship between the terminal telephone number and the telephone number of the merchant.
In step S208, the service platform sends an instruction to initiate a call to the terminal, where the instruction carries a special service number of the service platform.
In step S210, the terminal automatically calls the special service number in response to the received instruction.
In step S212, the service platform acquires a call. And determining that the called number is the telephone number of the merchant by the service platform according to the calling number as the telephone number of the terminal.
In step S214, the service platform forwards the call to the telephone number of the merchant and hides the calling number to establish communication between the user and the telephony device of the merchant.
Through the embodiment, the user can upload the called characteristic information through the internet to establish the voice call with the other party under the condition of not knowing the number of the other party, and the privacy of both parties of the call is protected. Moreover, the service platform only needs to pay one-way call cost, so that the communication cost is reduced.
In addition, the invention can help the user to contact the called party according to the called characteristic information acquired by the user on line. For example, the user a finds that a vehicle occupies its own parking space, and the owner of the vehicle does not leave his own contact information around the vehicle. In this case, the user a can easily contact the owner user B of the vehicle through the vehicle-moving application based on the communication flow of the present invention.
Fig. 3 is a flow chart of a communication method according to further embodiments of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the communication method of this embodiment includes steps S302 to S312.
In step S302, the terminal of the user a submits the license plate number of the vehicle input by the user a in the application to the service platform.
In step S304, the service platform searches for the phone number of the user B corresponding to the license plate number, and records the corresponding relationship between the terminal identifier of the user a and the phone number of the user B.
In step S306, the service platform sends a query result to the terminal of the user a, where the query result carries the special service number of the service platform.
In step S308, the terminal of the user a presents the query result to the user a.
After seeing the query results, user a can call if and when as needed.
In step S310, the terminal of the user a calls a special service number in response to the dialing action of the user.
In step S312, the service platform obtains the call initiated by the number of the user a, and forwards the call to the phone number of the user B, and hides the calling number to establish communication between the user and the merchant.
The above embodiments are exemplary only. For example, a person skilled in the art can replace the license plate number with the address number of the merchant, the certificate number on the certificate that the user has picked up, and other information that the user has obtained online. By the method of the embodiment, the user can initiate a call according to the information acquired on line, so that the user can quickly find the called party in more scenes.
In some embodiments, a processing time may also be recorded, where the processing time represents a time for acquiring called feature information sent by a terminal or a time for searching for a called number corresponding to the called feature information. Therefore, the processing time can be used as a reference to decide whether to forward the call or to which called party to forward the call, so as to filter invalid communication requests and improve the working efficiency of the service platform.
The following describes the communication method in two different application scenarios.
Fig. 4 is a flow chart of a communication method according to further embodiments of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the communication method of this embodiment includes steps S402 to S414.
In step S402, called feature information transmitted by the terminal is acquired.
In step S404, a called number corresponding to the called feature information is searched.
In step S406, the processing time corresponding to the terminal and the called feature information is recorded.
In step S408, a call to the service platform by the terminal is acquired.
In step S410, it is confirmed whether the validity period is currently exceeded according to the processing time. If not, go to step S412; if so, step S414 is performed.
In step S412, the call initiated by the terminal to the service platform is forwarded to the called number.
In step S414, a call failure is returned to the terminal.
Therefore, the communication request of the terminal within a period of time can be processed, the processing efficiency of the service platform is improved, and resources are saved.
Fig. 5 is a flow chart of a communication method according to further embodiments of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the communication method of this embodiment includes steps S502 to S510.
In step S502, a plurality of pieces of called feature information transmitted by the same terminal are acquired.
In step S504, a called number corresponding to each piece of called feature information is searched.
In step S506, the processing time corresponding to the terminal and each piece of called feature information is recorded.
In step S508, a call to the service platform by the terminal is acquired.
In step S510, the call is forwarded to the called number which is found and corresponding to the nearest processing time.
Therefore, when the terminal wants to communicate with a plurality of contacts, the call can be forwarded to the called party corresponding to the request sent by the user last time, so that the latest requirement of the user is met. Of course, those skilled in the art may also choose to process multiple requests of the user in sequence, which is not described here.
